The hotel is a family hotel. One of the bosses is always on site. All the staff reads from their eyes every wish. We travel a lot, but we have never experienced such good service, such good food, constantly renewed rooms and a fantastic wellness area in another hotel.

Hotel Schönruh is a hotel that really deserves its 4star, top food super breakfast and top maintained rooms. The staff always friendly and attentive. The wellness area top maintained, round a perfect holiday. Hotel has its own e-bikes, and riding is a lot of fun. 5 stars Schönruh gets extra from me.

Here you feel very comfortable from the first moment and can enjoy the service. The right place for anyone who appreciates the special.

The staff is always on the road with a smile and always courteous.
At the breakfast buffet, the afternoon snack and the evening menu, the chef's emphasis is placed on ensuring that all guests get their money's worth.
There was a lack of nix.
Especially the dinner was always something for the eye and a taste experience.
The renovated rooms are furnished with everything and decorated with love.
Even with wellness, woman, husband and child can definitely relax.

Very nice hosts. Top was the grilling in the smoker. Otherwise everything is perfect (kitchen party, gala dinner, bar, etc. ). We'll be back:-)

We were here as a couple in early July. Despite the non-optimal weather, it was an unforgettable stay. Our suite was a dream. The food was an absolute dream. The house has a super size and the host family is very friendly. You will feel at home after 5 minutes. Thank you very much for that. I'll be back:-)

Repeat offenders The new panoramic rooms are a dream. We keep coming back. Why? Because it's like coming home. The food, service is simply top. But what makes the Schönruh special: the Krupik family and the whole team. We make many holidays, but the hospitality here is unbeatable. Requests will be addressed immediately, a personal word at any time. It is always a surprise, because when the doors close there, something is renewed again and again.

We would like to say thank you again for allowing you to spend New Year's Eve with you at short notice. Great midnight buffet and the fireworks from Schönruh, great. Great impressions & moments that we don't want to miss.

Very nice Hotel, great location! All are super sweet of you to be perfect to let the soul dangle. Beautiful sauna area and great Pool! The gondola is only 3 minutes away walking time and in place there are great deals such as Canyoning or pedal boating on the lake. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, no matter whether at Breakfast, at the sportsman's snack, or at dinner, a daily Breakfast, cakes and fresh food in between, and a six-course menu in the evening, no wishes, thanks to the fresh and high quality products. Also the Spa area can score points by a very well trained masseuse just! Was with my friend there for the first Time, he for the fifth Time and felt directly welcomed! For next year, a stay is definitely in the planning. With such a loving host family, and really expert staff, you can feel completely at ease.

What a nice hotel. My stay here was only short and in the mid season, but very pleasant. Nice large rooms overlooking the mountains, very clean, very tidy. Incredibly attentive service from all employees and owners. Warm welcome and warmest care during our stay. Excellent food in the evening, great breakfast buffet. Yes, I am full of praise. However, I am also extremely critical when something is not good (see my other reviews). Here, however, you are fond of living and coming back with joy.

Rather coincidentally and unfortunately only for one day we stayed tour at the hotel Schönruh on an Alpine. The very friendly reception was ever somehow impressive. It surprised no longer, as we walked to dinner. The dinner, more a gala menu, was excellent. The service was excellent, attentive and very friendly. My room was large, all wonderfully clean, tastefully decorated and had a beautiful view across the mountains. In the evening, we had celebrated a bit, so I went the next morning to refresh in the swimming pool. Here everything is tip-top so very pleasant, bright Flash. The subsequent breakfast left nothing to be desired. What can I say? Yes, we will come again.

Since the opening, I am a regular guest in this Hotel. It is an excellent Hotel. Here is still price-performance. I can only recommend it.

We feel in the Schönruh at home — great guest host family that always and everywhere "is" from morning till night. Quiet location, also easily accessible. Price/performance is excellent. Tip is the food, as well as the whole range.
Edy + Doris give the highest note.

For me, this hotel is the best hotel in quite Gerlos! Shouldn't you go.
