Nice friendly hotel. Staff friendly & helpful apart from 1 sullen young man in dining room! Clean, 2 good swimming pools. Food plain but wholesome. Decent sized portions after a hard day's walking.

Fantastic family run hotel. Good food, swimming pool also sauna. Crazy golf. New outdoor pool being built.

Horrendous, never again. What an utter disappointment this so called 4 (1) star hotel was. Should definitely have read the worst reviews first. So only me to blame. I totally concur with what all the 1 star reviews highlight. The worst disappointment was the food. Been to Austria skiing once or twice a year for the past 30. Always been looking forward to excellent home cooked hearty freshly prepared food. Especially the smell of a vast sortiment of warm freshly baked breads for breakfast. Not so here I can assure you. The few bread varieties they had was from frozen. And they were pre sliced and stale. (How hard is it to get fresh bread in the morning) Not even real fresh orange juice but yellow water. The variety of the breakfast buffet was non existent. The same day in and day out. It would take so little money and effort to put some variety of quality meat and cheeses etc. On. I’m not even going to mention the dinner. Fancy names but totally tasteless, and even a 10 year old could present it better. Salad bar is just too bad for even trying to comment. Spent New Year’s Eve there and thought that something special would be put on. Nope same drivel as the rest of the days. It’s not even prepared from scratch, but premade processed factory food. Hospital food is like Michelin star food compared to this. A good tip for the hotel would be to spend a little more on fresh quality produce and cooking from scratch. It’s not that difficult.

Thanks to all the "participants" in the hotel Sunshine — friendly, sympathetic and helpful they were all. Also at my home forgotten skin cream was helped me. On soon, Servus and Adé Angelika Scharff from the group Kretzschmar-Reisen.

Lovely clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Kettle and fridge provided, but no tea, milk or coffee! Meals were tasty. Breakfast was cold buffet style but plenty of choice and as much as you wanted. Evening meal was soup, salad, main course and sweet with a menue provided each morning to make your choice for the evening. Swimming pools, table tennis, small gym, outdoor chess, tennis and crazy golf all free of charge.

Quality and quantity of food is poor. They don't do gluten free. Accommodation is clean and beds ok. I would not recommend to a friend.

It's magnificent… Stunning… Pool… Sauna crazy golf.

A very nice place to stay. Clean and well looked after. A good selection of food choices in the evening and a lovely breakfast with lots of choice too. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Pool is nice and there's also a steam room with showers. My partner had a massage which she said was very good.

The hotel lacked me and my girlfriend.

Rooms are relatively large and clean.

And a little päckchensauche
Let's see what the breakfast and the next few days bring.

Could eat tonight between 3 select.
All three have heard very well, if quality and quantity are there more stars, I promise!
So after 5 days now I raise from three to four stars
Portions were still very small but the food was i. O. And the favorable price appropriately
Maybe we come back even.

Unfortunately, breakfast for a 4 star was hotel, which has also its room rate, insufficiently.

Positive:
Wonderful, large rooms in the new building — very clean — very friendly and helpful staff — 2 pools, 1 separate, for adults only is perfectly :)
Negative (for a 4-star House) :
The "kitchen" unkind and with canteen flair and flavor. Breakfast with little selection (1 type rolls — bread partly old/thawed (? ) — juice-water concentrates — simple machines-powder coffee — etc. ) — starve no one is here but everything on clearance trimmed. Dinner is slightly better, despite "Bags soup".
Sauna or Ruhe (räumchen) small and the very noisy — no spare towels — partly worn chairs look grubby — Tip: bring your drink, is not offered here.
Free Wi-Fi in the bar and reception area
Conclusion:
Might enclose a lovely hotel with plenty of (unused) — a savings plan of the hotel chain?

Just got back. Had a really great time. I had a lovely bog room with a balcony that overlooked the beautiful Austrian countryside. Staff were helpful and hotel is nicely situated for the shops. Felt very relaxed and at home.

We had a relaxed 10 day family holiday. Located in a beautiful and quiet valley it is close to the ski lifts and a short amble into the village. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, knowledgable and helpful.

Friendly staff. Great facilities. Not too far frim the slopes or shops. Best place to stay in Niederau.
