We stayed at The Moss in Jan 2023 for 7 nights.||Initial impression on arrival was a warm friendly welcome at reception, and a very clean and well presented hotel. We had checked in virtually en-route to Obergurgl, and so the physical check in was very quick.||We had a nice room on the first floor, which was easily accessed via the lift. The room was very recently refurbished, and was clean, large, and well appointed, with good storage/hanging etc.
Wonderful ski holiday! The Moss is a beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely spacious rooms with lots of storage. Attractive details. There’s a secure ski equipment room for convenience as well. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Nice spa area with pool. The food is delicious. Each night was a different varied menu plus there’s a child menu. Ski school and rentals are directly across the street. The free ski bus stops right in front of the hotel for easy access to all slopes.
Wonderful ski holiday! The Moss is a beautiful boutique hotel. The service at the hotel is outstanding. Everyone who works there is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and lots of storage. Lovely pool. Big breakfast buffet and really nice 3 course dinners that varied every night of our weeklong stay. We plan on returning next year!
