This is a wonderful hotel with excellent service. First impression is Disney-Land with the entrance for the car which is under the hotel but it is pretty cool and a great entrance. You are greeting and taken care of with exceptional service. Every amenity is available from the first moment. The views and hikes in the area are truly wonderful. We swam in the pool, checked out the sauna, and played tennis on the clay tennis court. A local tennis pro gave lessons and helped me with my backhand. There is also a well staffed and well stocked exercise area with free-weights, treadmills, rowing machines, exercise machines, all that. Yoga is available in the evenings at 18:00. The food is just out of this world. This is a halb-pension, meaning breakfast and supper are included. The breakfast has everything I could think of and then some. With excellent staff awaiting any request. The evening meal is a menu which varies and provides a wide variety. Each course was excellent and served from well trained and professional staff. The wine list was superb and we started with a beer and then white wine, and a nice bottle of red before retiring. Along with the evening meals, there was a children's cooking school we saw. It looked like fun for the kids. And the hotel had a nice bbq one night. The hotel provides great service and good variety. Take some time to hike from the hotel to Seefeld or drive down to the valley and hike along the scenic paths with breath-taking views and wonderful fresh air. It is just beautiful. Wifi is free throughout the hotel. And it is the type of Wifi you sign in once and it remembers the username/password. No need for multiple sign in time after time. It was fast Wifi and great for the mobile phone. We made friends with some guest who had children (two boys) and the kids seem to love this place. It was not too loud or too many kids running around. I would recommend this hotel for people with children and without. It was perfect for both. The couple sat at the table right next to ours. You are assigned a table and keep that same table every night, which is nice because it is familiar and makes for a comfortable stay. There are four elevators which are getting you to your floor. They are quick and we never waited more than a minute for one to arrive. The hotel is rather large, and there are mane rooms, conference rooms, bars, gift shop, coffee room, and many places to relax and have peace and quiet. There were several dogs that I saw in the hotel so it must be pet friendly. This is a huge perk for me because I love dogs and glad people brought theirs. Room Tip: over the pool has lots of noise if you keep your door open to enjoy the fresh air.
