Mega food, great service, absolutely hospitable… All around just great, were there the second time, anytime again. Pure relaxation, in the middle of the mountains.

It was a really great stay, it has everything to fit. As a professional Freeskier, I'm very much and have already experienced a lot. Here, however, everything was class, the rooms, the owners and the food. 5 stars and I wasn't sure the last Time there.

Supernice staff, clean and beautiful rooms in different stiles due to done renovation on floor 1-2 that haven’t reached the top floors.
When the modernizations are done it’s gonna be even better.
Breakfast was good and the bartender was super friendly and she made tasteful drinks with humor and a smile.

Every meal a work of art. The hotel team is very hard at work to make your stay as agreeable as possible. In addition the hotel offers an indoor / outdoor pool all year round with the spa ♨ area just adjacent for massages of all kinds. Generally breakfast.

The reception staff are lovely, rooms are nice and the breakfast buffet is great. Wifi is TERRIBLE, even though it’s a busy period I’ve had worse Wi-Fi here than I did in the middle of nowhere in South America. Takes literal minutes to load basic pages. No reception or staff on after 9.30pm so if you need something you have to wait to the morning, which I find weird from a service perspective for a supposedly 4 star hotel. Door for room needs to be locked with a key rather than self locking which is a bit annoying. All in all an ok stay but wouldn’t class it as four stars compared to other hotel experiences.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff, clean and tidy. Nice spa, but in the sauna only in the style of nude.
The location is very convenient, near the rental, stop ski-bead, to the lift 5 minutes in a warm, new bus. The Central street is a 5 minute walk away, in the neighboring house is a supermarket. The place is quiet, the view from the balcony is super!

Great hotel, friendly staff and good food. Very clean wellness too. Only minor remarks are bad Wi-Fi signal, internet speed and inconsistent water temperature (in room and in wellness). If I should go back to Mayrhofen, my stay will be in the Zillertalerhof Hotel.

Large room, delicious dinner, great breakfast buffet and simply super staff.
Wellness area sufficient, swimming pool for winter holiday too cold and the exterior unfortunately always closed.
In my opinion, the room keys should not be freely accessible to every guest, but should only be spent by the reception.
Some hotel guests were very close to the sauna area, but this is not included in my rating.
Overall, it was a nice stay.

My son & I enjoyed a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great room with lots of space. Loved how the chambermaid had folded the duvets differently each day! Food was excellent and plentiful after a hard day out on the slopes. If we comeback to Mayrhofen, this will be our choice.

Here I liked so much, starting from the great Biotee selection at breakfast, over the generous spa area with enough chairs to relax, about the very friendly and caring staff/better said team. And in the kitchen there was always something great to conjure up. Very tasty and creative. I'll be back.

Clean, friendly hotel. We stayed in a family room with plenty of space. Lovely breakfast options. Then there's the pool and sauna which feels like a luxury. Enjoyed our stay and wouldn't​hesitate to visit again. Ask the bartender for some Apricot schnapps!
