Very tasty eaten in the Kramerwirt. Staff very friendly, eager and accommodating. The rooms are modern, but still traditionally furnished. There's a lot of love in it. Keep it up!

We ate very tasty today, and also the service was very friendly. We will be back if we should be in the area again.

We had the best possible time in Mayrhofen thanks to Alpenhotel Kramerwirt. It is cosy beautiful place owned by family for generations. We chose this hotel because of their personal connection to guests and the atmosphere of the entire business. You feel more like visiting someones home than “some hotel”. If you like us catch rainy weather you will really appreciate new rooftop pool and sauna and lounge area. It is little modern cherry on top of classy best quality cake. And the owner is really nice :). We highly recommend them and we will definitely come back soon!

We visited Hotel Kramerwirt this year for the second time. We were not disappointed — great family apartment in the annex, fabulous food & service in the restaurant (Christian & Bianca were amazing), helpful & friendly staff. This is a really good hotel for all the Mayrhofen ski areas, a bus goes from outside every 10 mins or so.
Our kids loved the hotel… happy kids, happy parents!

It’s warm, cosy and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Restaurant food and service is very good.

Warm welcome, comfortable rooms and very good typical Austrian food. Decent prices. Ideally placed in beautiful Mayrhofen.

Just do not book the outbuilding there is a billa in the basement and which is supplied from six o'clock in the morning then there is nothing more sleeping with. To the hotel breakfast good dinner goes so. The hotel is just slowly getting old and would have to be renovated.

Food is good traditional cuisine, not cheap but reasonably priced.

Great Hotel with Charisma and a sense of hospitality. Our Catherine was received with open arms. The rooms just top!

Restaurant in a great Location, has a large, beautiful Guest Garden in the middle of a magnificent Nature. The Quality of the Food corresponds, but offers nothing Out of The ordinary. Operators can sometimes be friendlier, prices are slightly higher; I have already experienced the Food Selection more profusely. In Short: Good Average.

Would definitely recommend, fantastic food, friendly staff and brilliant views.

Fantastic Service, comfort and cleanliness is impecable, like hotel, and restaurant I will say that it is very very good gastronomy. The boss is an incredible sympatie. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who likes the good things.

Our cheese fondue was very good as it was two years ago. A very nice evening. Very attentive service.

We were recently having a few friends eating cheese fondue here in the evening. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant evening. We ordered two different, not exactly cheap wines, which the waiter simply mixed in the jars. When we pointed it out, he reacted annoyed and offered one of the affected person to get a new glass with the original wine. This took quite a while and then the house wine was offered, which was not accepted by us. Then the originally ordered wine was served. The cheese fondue was also maximally mediocre. Garnishes were vegetables from the can and small toasted toast slices, which made the food very difficult. The cheese — if it was one — was even after the flame ran out not thick. After we had informed that we did not find the cheese fondue Well, a somewhat angry man came, who also did not imagine himself at the table. He told me that no one had complained about the fondue for 24 years. We did not know what was exactly the ingredients except Kirsch. An apology did not take place either. The motto "The customer is king" Obviously does not apply here. Rather, it seems that you are resting on the old days. Overall, therefore, my conclusion: too high tourist prices, which are neither justified by the food or service quality.

After 24 years we have probably first discovered that analogue cheese fondue is a compliment and that high quality wines should not be mixed. Please do not respond to errors, does not help anyway. Wasn't a nice evening. A star because payment worked out perfectly.

I've been practicing here 1994 3 months. I even discovered two employees from the picture. ;) was a great time!

Stayed as part of a skiing holiday. Lovely food and hosts. We were in the annex. Room was a little basic but did what it needed to do for a ski trip. Close to the ski bus stop and the train station.

We were here for dinner, there were linguine and Kaiser Kaiserschmarrn, both incredibly tasty, super friendly fast service! Highly recommended! However, € €!

Our favourite hotel in the whole of the Alps.

The staff are incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. Nice rooms too, comfortable with spacious bathrooms. Also has a spa for those who want to relax after skiing, this does come at a €5 surcharge though. About a 15 minute walk from the gondola for skiing, or alternatively there is a bus stop just outside the hotel, the bus comes every 15 minutes and takes about 5 minutes to get the gondola.

Why read so good reviews here is not comprehensible. My parents had to leave the holiday after a meal in this inn because of strong Magendarm complaints. Even simple dishes very expensive. All 3 food were underground poorly and partly very strangely combined. A goulash with gekrilltem sausages, pickled cucumber and Hartgekochted egg. Sauce tasteless but burned and dumplings rock hard. Roasted totally fat and tasteless. So then €13, I also call expensive and not cheap as read here many times. Also the schnitzel, meat was tough, breading Matschick and probably the fat too old. At least it tasted so. Attention Turistenabzocke, no longer comparable with earlier.

Lovely staff (not forced at all) and good food. We came here the first time during our skiing holiday and immediately booked again for our summer vacation.
It is truly a great hotel to stay in and we will be coming again in the future! Nice family hotel, big thumbs up!

We came for the office of christophorus that is within hotel kramerwirt. Hotel kramerwirt is located centrally in mayrhofen. A touristic place in the zillertal.

In this hotel we had our wedding trip 16 years ago. Was wonderful.

A family run hotel of exceptional hospitality close to the village church in an older building. Generous food, afternoon cakes, returning staff, occasional live music and a ski bus stop outside.

No real orange juice at breakfast, only nectar (at a 4 star hotel! ). Also in demand are served orange juice not 100%.
Room Spartan furnishings (furniture in the original 70 he look). Very simple bathroom (no shower but bath with splash guard made of fabric).
Room quite chilly, heating was not switchable. In the first room we had in the building next door, it was 17 degrees. In the room what we received in the main building, there were at least 19 degrees. They offered at least a fan heater.
For the change of room, you wanted to make €10. After some tough discussions, however, the amount was removed from the invoice.
We had not to be taken seriously the feeling on the basis of the above (cold room, no orange juice). Certainly was our last night in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Perfectly located right in the heart of the town. Would happily stay there again and recommend it to everyone. Very cosy atmosphere.

It's the last night of our holiday feeling sad that it's almost time to go home! We have had an amazing week to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary with our family and have enjoyed the best hospitality from the Kroll family, brilliant service from all the staff especially Christian who has served us with good humour, patience and always a smile on his face. We are already looking forward to a return visit! Thanks again from the Hatton family! ☺️

Thank you Family Kroll for looking after Family Duff so wonderfully well. Our holiday has been a huge success and we have come home wanting more! The newly refurbished rooms are magnificent and really well planned for families. We loved the feeling of being welcomed by everyone as if we were family — we were able to relax being with real friends and not having to tread on eggshells as is common in some hotels. A brilliant time was had by all!

Stayed here on a Neilson ski package. Ended up in annexe room which was fine. Good food, friendly hosts and nice atmosphere. 5-10 mins walk to the main ski lift.

We stayed here for a week in March 2011 on a package including ski passes, dinner and breakfast. We had a fantastic time. The hotel is lovely and the staff are all friendly, attentive and speak good english. The food was always good and drink prices weren't bad (although being from Australia, we're not totally sure what's a good or bad price over here). We'll definitely stay again. Mayrhofen is a great town and this is a great hotel. The only negative I can think of is the need to pay extra for wireless, but that's not much of an issue really.
