Nice spacious rooms. Good service and delicious food. However, the cleanliness, especially in the spa area, leaves much to be desired. In the whole 4 days the rest rooms etc were not cleaned. Also the maid was anything but thorough. Very unfortunate.
Pool was unfortunately a bit too cold and the bedroom of our suite unfortunately could not be ventilated as there were no window handles. So we unfortunately had a very bad and dry air.

They were wonderful days in the hotel. Have been received lovingly on Friday. Food was great and rich. Buffet was refilled again and again.

Garage expensive, awkwardand inconvenient. Segregated from other guestsat breakfast they are 4 star we are not but we dont know why. Poor information re access when the festival blocked the hotel. Staff are very good particularly Rene. Overall enjoyed our stay.

A really great hotel with nice staff. A very large breakfast selection and a delicious 5 course menu for the evening complete the stay. Also the additional programs offered such as hikes, strudel baking or the evening cinema are wonderful extras.

Very satisfied. Large pool and beautiful suite. Only the dinner is a very nice menu, unfortunately many splendos very fancy. Some "standard" dishes would be desirable here.

We fell into this restaurant almost by accident, as the one we were supposed to go to was full. BUT — it was much nicer and a better experience than expected for being a hotel restaurant. In fact, it served the best entrecote (ribeye) steak I had during our three-week travel through Europe, and it paired it with a nicely balanced Austrian wine. Our party of six (including two chilren at 9 and 12) were all very well fed, with great dinners and desserts. Much better than expected, and I would go again for the meat alone.

Be there on a weekend with my wife. The hotel need a some renovation work, specially the spa. The mattress are old and uncomfortable. Wife (7 month pregnant back them) asked to change, but the new one (if changed was the same). Also asked an extra pillow but the guy at desk could not take any because apparently he doesn't have the key to enter the storage room. Then he brought a pillow from one of the sofa at the reception… Very nice of him but not really keen of sleeping where everyone seats on… If you only care about food and the previous points are secondary issue. Then go: food is quality and quantity wise excellent.

A very nice hotel for a stay for two. There are many ways to get closer.
Price performance is right.

Nice family run hotel with very friendly service and very friendly staff. The room is clean and welcoming. We feel very comfortable here. The food is great and the view and the whole area are beautiful. There is something for everyone from small to large. Highly recommended. Keep it up… :-D.

Wellness facilities very big and beautiful, however the air is very stuffy.
The rooms are very spacious, however, a pink one must be very pleasing. It was a bit too weird for us.

Starting with the establishment of the wellness area, the quality of the food up to the really very friendly service staff! We will definitely not have been there the last time!

Very cosy, with attention to Detail run Hotel. Rooms modern. Unfortunately, due to the incorrect choice of material of the furniture, something devastated impression. (Night tables, Sideboard) Spacious, modern bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner very tasty. Selection is more than adequate. The Sauna is cozy, but fine. Unfortunately, too many Are reserved. You have to write for all the signs?! If it works in the same way, if you please! In the entire seen to be a second Hotel with nice, quiet atmosphere, beautiful hours.

Food is the hammer whether in the evening or at noon, everything tastes super fresh and tasty.
Everything is centrally located and the car can be parked in the in-house parking garage (for small money).
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice refurbished old country house. The arrival with the train was easy and the staff is always friendly. Would almost say that they were a little too pushy, but somehow this is part of good Service. The food was really prepared very well and obviously made with fresh ingredients since it has extremely tasted fresh. The indoor pool was very nice, however, find that it's warmer it needs to be, since it has almost frozen in the water. All in all, The Hotel is very nice and gets me to the full number of points.

Top: — Great breakfast buffet — clean room — nice wellness area — interesting pampering packages for lovers — centrally flop: — 1 mattress top, the other through-despite "adults only" individual children in the hotel and spa — Infoflow at check-in could be improved w Earths — Hangers in the room have experienced a super annoying system (partly broken) yet great stay.

Booked this restaurant specifically for a fondue whilst staying locally. The bar area is very warm and inviting. The staff in both the bar and restaurant very helpful. The meal was more than we expected and the winelist suitable for all budgets. A great experience.

A beautiful, romantic Wellness hotel in the centre of Seefeld. Up to the rooms, which were not necessarily our taste, everything very modern and newly built and furnished! The staff is very friendly and eager to answer all of the questions. The Wellness area leaves nothing to be desired and there is always something going on…!

Great get a way with you beloved partner. You will enjoy every minute from check-in until check-out. Stylish room varieties, excellent restaurant and staff, unbeatable view to mountains and one of best location (downtown, 5min walk to train station, groceries and shops are around the corner. The only thing that is required is Fitness room maintenance, machines are almost outdated and in bad shape.

Beautiful hotel, typical austrian, very characteristic and very romantic! Beautiful spa and great pool with jacuzzi! There is also the gym. The kitchen is really good and the staff room of a higher category! They are extremely polite and very courteous! Attentive to the customer and professional! The downside is the reception… they don't know a word of Italian! Although on the website is provided! Have a paying covered garage in the hotel or private parking all' open, but without the costs, approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel!

The hotel is very nice and the staff totally friendly. Our room is very clean and beautifully designed. Dinner was delicious. A star deduction as we could not book a massage any more since all the dates were full. So best to book right at home.

Very nice hotel with excellent food.
The service of the reception is however flawed. Due to a faulty air conditioning we had far too high temperatures in the room. The only way to cool was to sleep with an open window, which caused no good sleep due to the cold. Even four complaints only led to us having the floor heating turned off, which also did not bring any improvement.
The four times supposedly agreed technician has not found the way to our room either.
Too bad, otherwise nice hotel.

4 star Hotel in the main square of Seefeld. Excellent cuisine and top-quality buffet is always varied and abundant. Large rooms very nice and spacious. The wellness area is worth a particular mention as the huge swimming pool is also provided inside of powerful whirlpools. There are also a few saunas and the Turkish bath, and relaxation area comfortable and elegant. Good quality price ratio. To return for sure.

The hotel is very nice, however the décor of our room was a bit older and next door was the room refurbished. We were exposed to construction noise.
The staff is very friendly, it is very clean throughout the hotel and the spa area looks inviting. Saunas and the resting room are beautiful and romantically designed.
Around we had a nice short stay and we did not regret booking at this hotel.

Price performance currently great! Have read somewhere that the prices after renovation (you don't get any of this) should increase by 25% or the current discount is no longer applicable. However, for the higher price, the quality of the dishes should also increase. Otherwise, as I said, it was just great for the current price! Room great, clean, incredibly friendly staff (true treasures of the hotel! ), while eating is still air up, best location, spa, beaut and pool area very modern!

Nice hotel. Good location Spacious rooms. Nice Spa. Correct restoration without more. Unfortunately the whole lack of heat. Staff cold or even flippant. Special Mention to the spa manager who doesn't know how to smile or say hello.
And the Pinnacle: you order a bottle of wine at €40 and a carrafe of water, this one is billed to you €2. Small…

We are currently in the Alpine hotel.
Staff very friendly and if you have questions they have an ear.
The food is very good but get necessarily salad and appetizer. Otherwise, it might be running out for strong men. ;-)
Service at the food friendly and when will want it immediately cleared off.
Pool too cold (apparently it was different each week 1 week cold 1 week to warm the can not regulate seemingly. ) A pity because the pool is empty.
The bar is very cozy feel right to the good in the evening to the end.
The hotel is located in the Center ideal.
We are big and beautiful in the new part of the hotel rooms. Top.

Nice romantic hotel, perfect for the second time. Beautiful wellness area, the food is great, the location right in the Centre but still quiet. Have a long weekend spent and it was super.

We have enjoyed our short vacation from the 10. Bis 13.0.2016. The staff is absolutely professional and very friendly, the spa offer stunning and the food simply a joy for the eyes and palate.

Nice hotel, Nice staff, welcome reception ;) in the room… A building part, but room juniorsuite but nice (up on carpeted floors, but new construction without). Pool is fun, is however longer bubble without button actuation. Food delicious, just a matter of taste. I can definitely recommend very unkomplizert the whole… happy to be back.
