Very nice, familial Hotel. We felt at the arrival "at home". Beautiful rooms, delicious food, Top Service and a deliverable view of the Zillertal Alps. We will come back!

The rooms were very tidy, the staff super friendly and the food really convinced everyone and was very praised. Although we did not live in the hotel, but had registered at short notice with a group of 12 people (8 adults and 4 children) by phone, the table and the staff were ready. The children were given utensils to paint and something to play with. Extra plates for the little ones were also not an issue for the courteous staff. All in all, we would immediately return here. Unfortunately, tomorrow we are already going back to Hamburg.

Have spent a good three days at this hotel. The hotel is either renovated or modernized (elevator, ski room) or just so in very good condition, our room was very generous with a balcony to the street, which is however little busy. There are ample parking spaces and a modern ski storage room, wellness is available but not used by us.
What I need to highlight is the operator family. You will be greeted very kindly and this honest friendliness accompanied us throughout our stay long. The service is perfect in all respects – courteous and insanely fast and you have the feeling that really everything is given to satisfy the guests.
The choice of food and quality is good in the morning as well as in the evening, but there is the typical buffet problem, that you have to be there early, you want to try everything, because some things are not refilled — however, alternatives are offered at all times. What I also have to mention, even if it was only a small detail, is the enormously good filter coffee at breakfast.

We visited the restaurant in a group of eight people and were positively surprised by the service, the choice and the quality of the food! It was really delicious and the operation took great care of us.
Also, the hotel makes a very good external impression, the décor looks reasonable.
We will visit the restaurant again and highly recommend it.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are nicely spacious and clean. The staff is super very nice here. The food is simple but very tasty.
Conclusion: It is definitely worth coming here. If we go back to the Zillertal, we will certainly book here.
