A great hotel with very nicely designed rooms, excellent cuisine and a very committed guided tour, which is made up of the INHABER family. Absolutely recommended.

Very well maintained hotel in a quiet location. Wonderful, varied cuisine. The staff were very helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Ski bus stop in front of the door.

Food — very good, the rest unfortunately completely inadequate.
Small very old room, balcony only to stand no place to sit. Shower defective, was repaired after request with tape (1 week long). Closet too small, in bed you wake up at night from squeaking. Very nice hotel. The boss is not interested in any criticism and can not handle small complaints at all. After drinks you have to ask again and again (you could even earn more money).
Absolutely no guide in the hotel, everyone does what he wants.

I stayed here recently for the Snowbombing festival and if I had to say what the highlight of the festival was, it would probably be this hotel! All of the staff were ridiculously friendly and welcoming, immediately felt at home as soon as I stepped through the door. I stayed in a single room which was more than adequate for my needs and exceeded my expectations with good quality furnishings and excellent room cleaning services. The breakfast had a great variety and although… I didn't have any other meals there, from what I saw of them, they looked delicious also! The bar is very well stocked and, at least in my experience, the staff are willing to keep it open for as long as your needs desire (providing you don't make too much noise). The nearest Gondola is located 2 minutes away by bus (which tends to come every half an hour) or a very picturesque 15 minute walk. I could not recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be staying here next time I am in the region!

We have quite a few early evenings at weddings, birthday parties, Christmas parties, events in the Reme, etc In the Neuwirt spent. In addition to the outstanding Service, the excellent cuisine, to mention. And the new Adlersuiten are incredibly beautiful.
