Great hotel in a very good location. Breakfast is also highly recommended.
Unfortunately quite audible, otherwise top!

Small rooms and double rooms all overlook the street. Noisy despite all the staff is very kind and professional the girl at reception very kind to the manager a real professional if you do not have needs like ours I recommend it also because it is very comfortable to visit the center.

Great place to stay. Easy walking distance to the Centre of Innsbruck.

Despite the name, it's a nice place to stay, very closed to the pedestrian zone, people were kind and gave us nice tricks to eat.

We were on a road trip to Italy and it was a great decision to overnight in this hotel. It is well located, so we had the chance to walk by the sorroundings in the morning, before continuing our trip. Definitively, I recommend it.

Comfy rooms at a good rate in the centre of Innsbruck, would stay again.

The location of the hotel is very central, centre and shopping facilities are just a few minutes walk away. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. However, the noise of the passing road is quite annoying if you stay longer in the room. The breakfast buffet is delicious, however, only one cup of coffee is included.

Clean hotel in the centre area with parking facilities. Those who don't need any frills are in good hands here. Rooms for single travellers are very well suited.
Star deduction: Except for breakfast in the house, no possibility of travelling with sit down; Stay only possible in the room; No Wellness Offer.

Excellent hotel at 200 Mt from the centre, ideal for those wishing to visit the Christmas markets.
We were able to book and €82 a night, so I can also say great value for money, given the competition.
For lazy and not too foreign-gifted compatriots, there is also a guy at the front desk who speaks an enviable Italian.
Room clean and very comfortable, with bathroom to view obtained glassgoing (pass me the term) a part of the same, not too big maybe but still enough for a family with 2 year old girl.
Convenient parking located on the rear parallel, Retro Hotel, at €12 Daily.
Strategic also the bar located on the ground floor of the hotel, also accessible from the inside: they serve a good breakfast (extendable to brunch, closing hours 12.30), perhaps with prices not too cheap but still…
' All ' Innsbruck is not too economical, for those who do not know, like us.
Only suggestion: equip it with a good suction hood and our clothes, as well as our hair, will be very grateful.
All in all, very positive experience.

Central you're right in the center! For the rest quiet without great pretensions! Convenient parking!

We found the two days just beautiful.

Clean rooms and great location. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good, the hotel is on a busy street and in the airport.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Friendly welcome, clean comfortable and spacious room and the bathroom was a standard you would expect in a higher end hotel. Ok they don't have tea coffee etc in the room but it is still really good value.

The rooms are incredibly hot, but good location and good size with nice shower facilities. The sliding toilet door is not the best as doesn't shut and is see through which is strange for a shared room.

Central location, simple but clean; for holiday cyclists (likely to take the bike with you on the room; otherwise, it can be included safely in a room) ; very friendly and helpful staff; free Wifi; a beautiful winter garden in the 4. Floor with views to the Northern chain; next door is a cozy café with a delicious Breakfast; here, too, the staff are very friendly; centrally located, one has to drive a few noises in the morning from the indoor market behind the Hotel and a landing plane; I'm happy here again.

Just 3 blocks away from the historic center of the city. The hotel also has parking. The rooms are big enough and some of them also have balcony that look to the mountains (beautiful view! ).

Location: 15 min walk from the train station, 3min to the Centre, 5min to the University Hospital. Nice room: clean, big, comfortable bed, excellent view of the Nordkette. Nice and friendly staff.
Highly recommended: Breakfast in the excellent bakery right in the House — better than any hotel breakfast and not expensive.

Good location, only 5 minutes away from the University. The room was very quiet and clean. Sadly, the bathrooms had glass walls and it had caused problems with privacy, because you could hear everything.

Modern stylish hotel, near old town, very friendly helpful staff, only a few yards from ski bus stop. Would visit again.

Simple hotel with basic facilities. We are very happy with that because most of the time were out for sightseeing. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Bus station directly in front of the hotel, where the City Sightseer hop on hop off bus stop. No kettle in the room, 10cent for each cup of hot water from the vending machine.

Nice and clean hotel great location. Unfortunate choice of name, it is not that Basic really. Better than that, good value for money.

The adjoining bread shop, where you can have breakfast, was less clean : — (but the ladies of the service were very friendly…

Very well located, nice small hotel with very nice bathroom and comfortable room size. Very friendly staff and convenient 24-hour check in. Park unfortunately very limited possibilities. Otherwise, happy again.

The room was full of hair from previous guest. Dust settles even on the wooden shelf directly behind the bed. Cleanliness is not a Big thing here… Every Hostel is dear to me…

Newly renovated and very attractive hotel with 24-hour check in on the "automatic" (looks like an ATM). If you should encounter problems, help can be requested through a phone by the way free… worked with us (key card in the room included) properly. Problem solved in 3 min.
The receptionist (during the day always is) the check was very friendly, in quickly and competently.
The rooms modern and won a very location atmosphere. Bathroom and facilities are TOP.
Not from the old (something bad) reviews deter leave… These relate to the hotel which was previously there.
P. S. : There are also a few free parking in the backyard (for 5 cars). Otherwise, you can park in the 2 nearby parking garages (at the Innsbruck market Hall). This is although chargeable, but free to Park anyway nowadays even when still so expensive hotels in cities hardly.
