For us a super great hotel in a quiet location. With very nice staff. We will always like to spend our holidays there.

It's an alright hotel if you're looking for a quiet place. Most people who come here are old couples. Hotel has free parking and they provide breakfast (which is dull and not variant). Another thing is that room with view is not guaranteed, so be prepared for a side room with no balcony and no view. The hotel is also far away from innsbruck center if you care.

The food was fine. Beautiful and cozy garden. Unfortunately we had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for our meal. Unfortunately, there was only one excuse.

Gorgeous location, free breakfast, very clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. There is a bus about a block away that brings you right into the center of Innsbruck, easy and convenient. The sauna and pool are exactly what you need after a day spent hiking in the surrounding alps.

Super recommended and rich breakfast and spacious room.

It's been 18 years now that every year we come with family to the hotel never disappointed!
It's great every year we rejoice to arrive and we are sad to leave.

As always, everything is excellent! Excellent staff, great food, clean, large room, well kept pool, very warm atmosphere. That's all I need.

Absolutely recommended: Spacious rooms clean and quiet; Our panoramic era (3 windows on the mountains) with a small terrace. The staff was very helpful A 10-minute drive from the city centre and a 10-minute walk from Ambras Castle. Parking is available on site. There is also the restaurant but we preferred to dine in the center because it closes at 21.
Austrian atmosphere (wooden furnishings, carpets, cleaning) with a lot of order. Hearty breakfast: The salty foods are typical and homemade while the sweet part is mainly packaged apart from the Jams (excellent) handmade. Many varieties of aromatized breads are available. Hope to go back soon!

All would be perfect! Staff, location and views. But! Swiming pool and saunas work from 7am till 7pm! Too short! Cant relax in sauna after all day of hiking. Who is back to hotel so early? No shampoon in room. No dropes. Could have more variety of food for breakfast. Coffee was very good.

Great location, view of the Northern line, beautiful grounds, extensive breakfast. However, an employee was very rude, which affected the whole package negatively.

The room arrangement was strange but the overall experience has been great! Good breakfast and a very nice receptionist.

Minus points? nope, unfortunately, negative! we love to be here.

Amazing view of Innsbruck City and valley if you have a mountain facing room.

Very nice people and always friendly. An ideal starting point for hikes, excursions to Innsbruck and the surrounding area and as a base for bikers on tour.

We stayed for 9 days in a room overlooking the city of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains. The staff was very helpful Breakfast with a wide choice and restaurant offering a menu with traditional dishes cooked with creativity. To try!

Really nice hotel up and above the hubbub of Innsbruck. Awesome views; indoor heated pool, and breakfast?! Can't go wrong here.

Lovely hotel, held there for only one night, staying on the road from Kaliningrad to Rome. Very beautiful view of the Alps.
