The room was nice, unfortunately we felt the dinner rather loveless, it had something of a mass handling. For the 5 courses you had to get at least 3 courses from the buffet, unfortunately no trace of a cozy end to the day with good food, Had expected me in this price — and hotel category a better service.

With two girls, one 2 and one 6 years old for the second time in two years in the period of August! Very eye-catching prices unfortunately compared to Italy, really nice property and in a great location. A few kilometres away you have many destinations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The new part then is Super. Highly recommended!

In winter skiing holidays in Silian with wellness really great every two years I come!

I stayed, with my family, in this beautiful hotel, from January 27th to February 3rd. Monumental Hotel, immersed in a fairytale landscape, very close to the slopes. Polite and professional staff, great food, pools and SPA very manicured. Informal atmosphere: I will definitely return!

Its great. They have some of the best food out there, welness (a few swimming pools, saunas and more), the rooms are very clean and come with a lot accessories, they have a big gym with running tracks, weights and more and only you can access your room (with a keycard).

The hotel is perfect for family holidays. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and well organized. Food is delicious and various. There is playroom for kids and thay have very well planed and organized everyday activities. Children, of all ages, also can have fun at swimming pool where adults can enjoy as well. Ther are solid spa world and fitness area. For those who are looking for snow activities it's good to know that gondola starts just across the street.

Recommended for rooms, service, convenience of access to internal services (wellness, Health Pools) and the ski slopes. A plus for the greedy, the proximity of the loacker, within walking distance. Also convenient access to the train, which allows you to access the resort kitchens.

It is gorgeous there is the mini culb for the kids The food is great the pool is very spacious and there is no slide for the kids.
There is the sauna the Turkish bath and much more…
And they are also allowed dogs!
So the perfect place for a family including the dog.

The perfect hotel for a sport holiday. Especially ingenious is that the tickets for the cable cars are included in the room price!

Only drawback is the much too cold indoor pool!

I have been a customer for about twenty years, although I have to say that in various situations the hotel as a whole did not seem to me to the height of its rank this time was really embarrassing.
The presence of many guests and many children has tilted the system, at some point I found myself in the midst of fjords of screaming children who sprayed water that ran with the luggage signs that stole bottles of wine from the handouts that BLOCCAV Anus The elevators crushing all the keys of the floors… so much so that you had to use the X stairs go to the room.
Even in the room you could not rest because in the hallways there was the loose…
A total disaster… spend more than €170 per head per night and then experiencing these situations is not pleasant s.
The staff is not prepared to solve the various problems even in the restaurant… an annoying voice, Delfine, ran, a crowd of people at the buffet a non-existent service!

Spa is very well equipped, everything you need is in the training room. So for me and my wife a rating of 5 stars.

The Manager is entirely unsuitable for a four star structure like this: his kindness with customers is false because if the submit a problem allows even respond badly.
New year's Eve dinner is compulsory for him although in the mail contract in Italian that sends speaks of Supplement (not required).
