Great location, great food and great rooms.

We were here for a week. The room was very nice & large. Every day fresh towels would be provided and the bed was always made with pretty shapes (heart, loop. ) eating was extra class — breakfast buffet left no wish open. Excursion or hiking possibilities super and last but not least the weather was magnificent. Will come back.

Just perfect. With the exception of a swimming pool, this hotel has everything you could wish for. Great location from which you can reach all the sights quickly. Super-nice staff and food can't be better. The rooms and balconies are clean and cosy. At the reception you always have great tips for excursions or activities and is also available for any questions. Even pets are allowed. We weren't there for the first time and also booked straight back for next year.

The welcome was rather unkind, which was because we had booked through a third-party vendor. The rooms were clean, the mattresses unfortunately quite well. Breakfast offers a very wide selection and is very tasty. The goose menu in the evening was nothing special, rather decuent for the price. The sauna is fine.

The Hotel crystal is a Beautiful and modern Hotel with Typical Austrian Flair. Already with the arrival we were very warmly welcome to receive. The Hotel crystal offers a very good and extensive Service. The staff is like a high state treated and spoiled. For everyone is taken care of so that you feel like in heaven feels. The food is fresh and is excellent and very tasty, here is something for everyone here. The rooms are Modern, bright, large and very comfortably furnished. The bathroom is located in a very good and also the modern state. In the rooms is everything you need to feel comfortable needs, and much more. After the skiing gets the very modern and inviting Sauna after a and if the adults in the Sauna, the kids in the really big and well-equipped children's play area to let off steam. The Hotel is located in a very Central location to the cable car and to Apré-Ski local, as well as other Restaurants. The Ski area is a very large and a great Ski area. From the Hotel were also a Ski-Guide made the us then the Whole Ski-area shows. Also in the summer, the Hotel has extensive leisure offerings. Once you get there, you don't want to leave anymore, because in the Hotel crystal, you will feel like at home.

When I walked into the lobby of the 2005 newly built Hotel Crystal in Finkenberg in the Ziller Valley, they exuded the homely atmosphere of a living room — comfortable couches, a roaring fire in the fireplace and a remarkably friendly service staff who served me a mulled wine — I felt very comfortable right off the bat. Hotel Chief Thomas Koch is passion!. And that is reflected in the imaginative, very delicious and attractively arranged menus! Especially the mousse au chocolat was a poem!
