Wonderful! Am totally positively surprised and very very satisfied 🙏 staff all super nice and friendly, the massage was divine, the dinner in the wine cellar 👌🏻🤩 top 100 points! I got chocolates and a good bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday, and lovingly decorated for breakfast! I was very happy 🙏❤️ so one of the 30s is much easier ❤️

Top hotel in a prime location — right on the lake. Perfect service & cuisine — everything is just right. We only had two nights, but are completely convinced of this house. A big compliment to the staff who leave nothing to be desired, are always friendly, nice and accommodating. So you really feel extremely comfortable as a guest — and that's how it should be! A really absolute recommendation. You will be greeted directly with a sparkling wine. The hotel itself very nice and super quiet on the lake! The absolute hammer, however, is the very good cuisine accompanied by the very well coordinated service staff (Thank you Sonja for the two great evenings with you)!

A beautiful hotel right by the lake. We had a room with lake view … fantastically beautiful. Breakfast and dinner left no wish. The staff was very accommodating and fulfilled all our wishes. Also for our 2 dogs were dog blanket and food bowl in the room … for it already 5 points.
We will certainly spend our holidays in this beautiful hotel again.

As a fischkopp and Baltic sea kid for the first time in the summer in the mountains and what can I say — it was simply magnificent❤️ The unique and best location of the hotel directly on the lake is simply the perfect mix of mountains and water. You have a great team, whether in the restaurant with the funny service staff and the professional restaurant manager and deputy or in the beer garden with the always good-humoured service staff, who even dance a song… You are all top! Rounded off with wellness and the pool for our child we have to come back next year in the summer holidays. We are already looking forward to.

To all travelers this is the place to stay. It is surrounded by wonderful mountains, a beautiful and peaceful lake, operated by the most caring people, the food is excellent and the main part is the beds are so comfy, that you think you are sleeping on cloud 7.

This was really a dream holiday in a dream hotel! Very nice ambience. Great facility with super pools. Very good gym, great courses with experienced trainer. Eat excellently. Breakfast directly on the lake! A dream service, 1A also in terms of friendliness. Beautiful excursions directly from the hotel. Was my best holiday so far. We'll be back very soon.

We were in a hotel for the first time for a full 14 days and were completely satisfied.
Your staff are very accommodating and friendly. They made us feel comfortable all around.
Great and amazing that there were no repetitions in the evening menus within the 14 days. By the way, for me as a woman everything was great. My husband had preferred the food "fried". But that didn't stop the whole thing, as his wish was met. The hotel's location is also ideal. Arrived for the first time by car and then left it in the garage for 14 days.

Best views of Lake Achensee. Breakfast outdoor with the lake view. Very good rooms and comfortable. Only comments was some of the staff was not as friendly were our luggage was pictured which totally not accepted!. Overall a very good experience however an important element that makes any trip great is the staff respect to the guest.

Quite high standard probably the best in Pertisau. BUT no Wifi at the room — after my complaint came a handy man next day asking if it is now working. I showed him on PC and cellphone that it is not. The bad thing is that no one cared about it afterwards asking if the problem still persists. BUT courtesy is a word the receptionist at the restaurant does not know — he is unfriendly and arrogant. If the restaurant accepts guests only who have booked a table before they should say it and it is okay. But to deny access under the pretence that there is no table available at the half empty restaurant and most of the tables not reserved is just blunt lying — and of course he also did not offer a table for later this evening. Then we booked a table for next evening and we were taken to a table by the receptionist which I did not like (it was situated directly under the duct of the air-conditioning). No, he did not ask if we like the table (which is standard in a better restaurant) but he also denied to show us another table. He said sorry with a tone of voice meaning take it or leave. BUT when we came back from a hiking tour one day at three o'clock in the afternoon the room was not cleaned yet and when we just wanted to relax the cleaner knocked at the door. Except for Wifi above experiences have no influence on the ratings below. Though I would recommend this hotel to other people above things mentioned are unacceptable and below any standard.

Nice, scenic hotell with fabulous spa and fitness facilities and friendly and serviceminded staff at the front desk. Dinner however was a disaster. It took 1, 5 hours to be served, there were no explanations, updates or excuses from the waiter in charge, and apart from the nice young Hungarian who excused their problems and was sorry, the service was terrible. When at last the food was served, several dishes were missing, the steaks were not cooked according to orders, and there was general chaos. Needless to say, we endel up cancelling our lunch reservation for the next day. It is a real pity that the restaurant let them down, though, beause this is otherwise an excellent hotell!

A first class hotel with excellent service and facilities. ‘Great location, very comfortable stay and Staff really friendly and helpful. Huge room, very spacious and stylish, with a large balcony providing a amazing view mountains. Excellent choice at breakfast. Also Providing extras that other hotels would charge for, such as robes, slippers, complimentary bottled water. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice lakeside room and were well looked after in the hotel as well as in the restaurant. The staff is extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. The restaurant and kitchen deserve several "stars. "

A place with very good service.
In the morning before breakfast a round in the outdoor pool, after hiking to relax in the sauna with the largest plunge pool (Achensee) and well-trained masseurs loosen the tense muscles.
Then a delicious dinner, another nightcap in the bar and then a good night.
Basis from the beginning…

A week is definitely too little. Great location, great hotel with very spacious and clean room, always very attentive, helpful and courteous staff, really good food and incredibly cozy bar. The attentions to my birthday were surprising, numerous and very nicely decorated. We would like to thank you once again for this. Simply a completely successful holiday for us. I'm sure we'll be back.

We were already in the Prince's house for the second time in March. Due to the ongoing snowfall we were able to enjoy the wellness oasis this time. There is no lack of anything here, unfortunately not for people who have to talk loudly in the relaxation room (but the hotel cannot do anything about it).
Unfortunately, there was no kettle in the room for my evening tea, but I was convinced that we had one of these and an espresso machine at our disposal during our first stay. Maybe this is due to the room category, but this would have been saved at the wrong end. This small service is now offered in many hotels with fewer stars and should be taken for granted in such a house.
The food, especially the breakfast, was once again unique and left no wishes open. A special highlight for me was the cooking homemade bread with nuts — just a dream.
The staff was very friendly and courteous. We were able to recover really well, but unfortunately our stay was too short as usual. We will certainly be happy to return.

The stay was pleasant and as expected.
Room was OK, the beds (mattresses) for our taste too soft.
The service at the bar left too much to be desired, the man was barely seen and had to be summoned.
The breakfast in the restaurant okay, not exceptional but good. The dinner a la carte would have been better presented. This concerns the selection of the courts and also the balance of the constituents.

A beautiful hotel from the rooms to the wellness area is all wonderful. All the staff friendly and accommodating. The dining room, actually it is not a hall, is overwhelming the view just super. The food doesn't taste so good. From breakfast to dinner all top super food. I have to make a small point of criticism, however: at breakfast everything is there and of good quality, but the stacked sausage has nothing to do with the level of the hotel… please change the… also a coffee machine to bring a good coffee would be great. (The jug is not good). Highlighting are the regional suppliers, seldom eaten such a good bread.

The reception was great. The room and bathroom very clean. Dinner Menu Just fantastic nothing overcooked until then in no other hotel so well eaten (AM trained cook) the service just perfect. Good choice at breakfast. I got the hotel to 50. My wife booked and with this surprise everything was done right she was thrilled. In the Prince's house we will go on holiday sometime.

This hotel is a dream. Located directly on the lake. The wellness area is beautiful with a 36 degree warm outdoor whirlpool. The staff are really all very friendly & always ready for a question. We really enjoy the stay there every year. This is a place where we can really relax. Thank you.

Good hotel, good food, bad surprise for covered parking at 9 euros per day without notice.

In October 2017 my partner and I were on holiday for 3 days (2 nights) in the Princely house on the Achensee which lies directly on the Achensee.
We were very pleased with the staff and the Hotel Fürstenhof on the Achensee. The staff was very friendly. On arrival we were very surprised when we were escorted to the room by the hotel staff and the room was presented to us. We have never had this and recommend to introduce it to any hotel. Our hotel room was top and modern furnished. From our room we had a very nice view of the Achensee and the mountains.
The spa area was really nice and made a cozy impression. We liked the quiet area with a chimney fire. A beautiful view of the Achensee and the mountains had been outside the wave area from a whirlpool that had a pleasant water temperature. At noon there was a cereal buffet with various yoghurts and dried fruit. There was also a tea and water bar all day.
The breakfast was great and the view was excellent. The breakfast was very rich, tasty and something new was added every day. The dinner we used was delicious.
Outside the hotel you could make a nice walk around the achensee. In summer there is also the possibility to rent a boat and ride it on the Achensee.
We were completely satisfied and recommend the Hotel Fürsten Haus am Achensee in any case.

Everything is perfect.
On the second day my wife had a birthday and I had thought to ask the staff if they could possibly could organize dinner…
I did not come to this: in the morning there was a birthday card under the door; At breakfast we had a particularly nice table, nicely decorated with prosecco; We came to the room and it was specially decorated, with rose petals etc; After a walk we found a bottle of sparkling wine in the cooler and some chocolates and cakes in the room; At dinner again a nicely decorated table with an even better menu than we had booked; Next day then a late check out…
It was perfect!

We simply loved it and the week at the hotel was beyond relaxing! Many thanks to the hotel staff who is so lovely. And the food is way delicious!

A too good to be true place. Pertisau is a Quite and elegant small town, hotel's location is perfect overlooking the lake, staff are friendly, rooms are spacious, clean and well designed, spa is amazing especially the jacuzzi tub!

This hotel was just right after the long circumnavigation of Lake Achen. Great ambience. The village itself offers many possibilities. Of golf, hiking, boat ride, swimming pool right on the Lake with a large lawn, until in the winter skiing.

Super Essen and Ambiente.

I would have gladly booked a stay with my family. The description States that pets are allowed and there are disability-friendly rooms. Since we have a disabled child is our trained assistance dog who is always with her a seeing-eye dog and until now, it was possible that in the restaurant area or restaurant to eat a table available could be us in 4 star hotels. Therefore, I recommend all wheelchair-disabled people who are dependent on an assistance dog to look for another hotel. Unfortunately, the management was not customer-oriented or Lösungsbereit.

Top location, top service, class food and a super Spa area. Is hardly better.

We were in the summer with the whole family in the Princely House and without exception, each of us was thrilled. Super service, excellent condition, good food and of course an incredible landscape on Lake Achensee! Recommended for golfers. The Golf Club Achensee offers super fairways and the not-distant Alps Golf 9 hole course is long an insider tip! An experience is to play through the Alps so wild! We want to go probably again a couple of days in the winter, because you also in the Christlum has a cool skiing and après-ski be celebrated probably pretty high-spirited :) And the next day there's wellness in the Princely House.
