Service very weak! You sit and wait forever until you can order. Waited for 40 minutes and then knocked on the kitchen and were just mobbed. Indoor pool water cold. Rooms, however, are very clean. Eat so lala. Lake not clean. On the 2nd day they went to Gasthaus Ertl for dinner, highly recommended.

OK, the hotel is already old and it would be the right time to upgrade the reception area, the bar, as well as the rooms. In some cases, it already makes a spent impression. I can't understand the bad reviews about food. Breakfast buffet is top, everything you need and a bit more and the dinner was excellent every time. Especially the sea persiator was perfectly prepared, very high level. Staff were friendly and trying to make everything right. I can't report anything negative about the cleanliness, everything was to our satisfaction. Prices for rooms were appropriate for the season.

I don't understand the bad reviews in any way! I was at the hotel with my family a few days ago and we spent a wonderful holiday. The rooms were very clean, cozy and were of course cleaned daily, the food was excellent and the staff was nice, friendly and very accommodating. My next stay is already booked!

I came with high expectations, but I would be very disappointed. Eating very inedible. The air in the indoor pool is far too hot. The room would never be made and also stank very much. The door was completely jammed.

I do not understand the good reviews, under no circumstances a 4 star hotel 2-3 would be maximum appropriate. For me, almost everything that was criticized in the 1 star reviews was true. However, I also had a very unpleasant smell spread throughout the room and the ventilation didn't really help.

We paid a Pupil Price of less than Half the normal price.
There was greasy food for that, and fresh Towels every Day.
Roomservice better please!

Food: Bearable but not enough room: Cruciile! There is no way to complete toilet or bathroom. The room has a disgusting smell. The balcony, on the other hand, is pretty.
Staff: Unfriendly For 4 stars a cheekiness!

I got there with high expectations and then I got very disappointed. My room doesn't look like the photos at all, it stinks and there's not even a tidy door that separates the bathroom from the bedroom. In addition, the bath is not hygienically cleaned and the box stinks of moths. If you shower, passersby have a good look at you as there are no neat curtains. Everything in all I have to say, if you are looking for pure disappointment, you should come here.

The room was unfortunately very small, the shower much smaller but it is clean and the staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. If it were the staff, five stars would be appropriate.

We enjoyed the hotel very much friendly staff.
Always have the sauna turned on on request.

Have spent an extended weekend here. Nice renovated rooms, excellent dinner.
The sauna area, which is poorly rated, will be renovated in the near future by Lt hotel, meaning that there is nothing wrong with staying in this nice and family hotel. On soon!

Make sure to reserve a room with a lake view-fantastic view. We had a newly refurbished room. Also, the restaurant we ate dinner in was completely new. According to the managing director, the Sauna area will also be rebuilt this year. This has already come a little in the years. We would like to test this next winter.

We spent our holidays here. The hotel was OK. But a 4 star hotel is not. We were welcomed but Nice and the service was good. The room was clean, big and good.
Sauna is very small as well as the sports area. However, during the 9 days we were there at both places eh not much going on.
The food was very good but unfortunately the portions were quite frugal. All in all good if you don't expect too much.

I spent six years in your hotel. I recommended at least 100 guests. The hotel is older and does not work very well. Small bathrooms, cold water in the pool, rugged carpets. So the hotel is not the best, but it almost completely corresponded to my family. This year there is a catastrophe. The relation of the new owner of the hotel to the guests does not correspond to the standards of the hotel industry. Why is so sir? The attitude of staff, but only some, has changed. Still greeting for the staff and I am sorry that I can no longer spread a good voice about the Bellevue Hotel.

This hotel is disgusting. Honestly, water in pool is cold, rooms are small, and if there is five persons, two of them must sleep on additional bed. And there are bad hotel staff too, they are very angry, and unkindly. In the evening you can’t stay how long you want in the lobby. Staff don’t know English, too. They speak bed words on their language. And it’s rude. Also exist dress code at dinner. You have to wear only pants, but if you came there to skii, you didn’t bring pants, like us. I do not recommend anyone this hotel, really.

After many years of wintering in this hotel, this year we expirianced a big disappointment. The hotel's rules have changed, and nobody informed us about it before booking. Since we come for skiing and rest, we did not bring a adequated clothes for dinner. The owner of the hotel did not allow us to have dinner in the restaurant, but our dinner was served in the hotel hall. The owner was unprofessional, he was very unpleasant and rude. Most of the staff does not know English or some other language, so our communication was very difficult for us. This hotel is advertised as a family, and the staff of the hotel constantly reminds children of a very strict tone. All in all, the high price of the arrangement is not adequate quality of service. A big disappointment!

We are very disspointed. First of all, we don’t have heat in our room two days. If in room is five people, two of them have to sleep on additional beds. The staff are too unkind, and unprofessional, and because of that we felt undesirable. The food is on very low quality, and it isn’t appropriate for this price. My recension for this hotel is zero. This hotel I don’t recommend to anybody.

This hotel is terrible for my family. The employees were unkind to us. Hey did not let us go to dinner because we were not properly trained. We were on skiing and we did not wear anything more than tracksuits. They talk about dressing while the boss wears his jacket and sneakers. Bottom of the bottom. Dinner is waiting too long. Cold water in the pool. Totally unprofessional attitude towards guests.

Clean Hotel. Excellent food and continental breakfast plentiful. Great spaces and comfortable rooms. We stayed as a family.

We stayed here for a night in June on our way to Croatia from Sweden. It is a small to medium sized hotel with that typical Austrian look and feel. The check in was fast and the room spacious and clean. There is a indoor pool, a billiards room and a children's play room and free Wi-Fi anf free parking. Our booking included dinner and breakfast. For dinner we could order from a set three course menu with meat, fish and a vegetarian alternative. The breakfast was a buffet. Good but nothing special. We will probably stay here again.

We were in the context of the Alpe-Adria trail for 2 days (14 6-16 6 14) guests at this hotel. It is very quiet and very recommended.

Unfortunately, we got the worst and smallest room, what the staff was unpleasant and we then got free card the Carinthia. Room and bathroom facilities obsolete (shower door was missing, jammed window) but clean. Food was great, free mineral water, breakfast was good, great selection of salads, wonderful view on the Millstättersee then also freely eat from the terrace, is also the children's playground, ideal for families with lively children can. Very nice and clean hotel pool, extremely friendly staff, very friendly. Included near the Millstättersee, free entrance to the Lido. Conclusion: to 99, — euro for 2 persons/2nights and toddler, HP, actually can't be topped. Suitable for families and older people, who value comfort, good food and hospitality, and for the amenities/rooms are not so important.
