Excellent spa, Austrian hospitality and food on top.

Were again wonderful days recreation pure great food and very nice friendly service and on the last evening from the apprentice Sandro Klammer personally get an ice cream palatschinke.

Undefeated the best hotel in Austria, the balancing act between rustic and world-class succeeds effortlessly!

We always feel comfortable. Fam. Pirker is very anxious for the guests and always very friendly come again Ingrid and Karl Gaggl.

So the room has had its best years.
The bed is a naughty one sleeps on a thin mattress underneath a wooden board 0, 0 comfort.
Well the shower has fallen apart almost no bathroom utensils available.
The TV is totally wrong not usable.
The food was great and the SERVICE very good.
The wellness area could be optimized the water was too cold.

Super friendly staff with best-in-chief people … great food… generous Spa area… family atmosphere… and not to forget the best dressed in rags (Goldenboy) … we come back for sure. Thank You Lg.

Are here, it's just super and it fits EVERYTHING! Very nice chef people, friendly and lively full service, fantastically good food, great Sauna and rest area in the swimming pool, very child and dog friendly. As I said, EVERYTHING top here, you feel at ease and welcome.

Really gut hotel, wonderful people.

We were treated extremely unkindly. A reservation was confirmed on the phone and was then not complied with. I've never experienced anything like this. Also have a voucher. Don't know what to do with it. I don't go to this house anymore.

A great hotel a bit old, but the friendliness of the entire staff compensates everything! The dishes are top of taste! Come back to the Moselle farmer.

Nice place, great service and easily accessible. One thing, however, I decide whether to tip or not. In this case, they did not even think of paying back 30 cent on 10 Euro. This is not done (and the only place in the area sofar where this occurred).

For persons who are disabled, the rooms are difficult to reach as there are different heights in the floors.
Food was quite okay but between the starter and
despite the demand, there was a waiting time of more than one hour. In many hotels, the cost of dogs is calculated by size. € 15. — for no performance!
Do not recommend the hotel further.

Excellent spacious room, helpful staff and great pool/spa area. The dinner buffet was luxorious and offered a great variety of dishes. During the night it was very quiet. Overall a 5/5 stay.

The mischievous Stay I've ever had. With 4 Stars you expect a certain Service and also a certain Quality.
DAs whole Hotel is already very much off, mich the Spa Has already seen better Days. I do not understand why no action is being taken here?

As a result of us travelling a lot professionally, we get to know many hotels.
For me, the stay was in the Moselebauer with one of the best stays (if not the best) the hotel is very quiet on a mountain.
We were there professionally as mentioned, but this hotel is already pre-noticed for the private Austria holiday.
The rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed. The view from the room balconies is gigantic! The rooms were very clean. The bathtub, shower and a separate toilet were available.
The leisure offer is the madness. We looked at everything and were loose half an hour busy moving through the hotel.
From table tennis to sauna, swimming, fitness to tennis, everything was possible there.
Even quad rides or outdoor climbing garden had been doable.
Bathrobes and slippers were already available in the room.
The staff were very friendly and nice. Giant plus for that!
The restaurant is very big and the food was delicious.
Even the breakfast was very good. Everything available and fresh. We really liked the scrambled eggs, which was freshly prepared according to wishes.
By and large a really very nice hotel and I hope I can check in again at some point in the Moselebauer.

Clean, friendly but unfortunately loveless and incompetent.
We were on an excursion here. The hotel is winding and in need of renovation. In the rooms carpeted floors are worn out, the curtains are hollow, some windows in the rooms are hanging out when tilting.
The buffet was loveless and was not refilled after the first guests were finished. The staff openly carries out their conflicts in front of the guests.
When we sat down to eat, a waiter went through and shouted "Drink?, Drink? " Another waiter was so nimble at serving off that after the question if everything was okay, he hadn't waited for the answer.
What you have to say is that the front desk staff was very anxious and friendly.
It doesn't all have to be perfect but I expect a minimum for 150, —/night.

A very friendly and nice hotel that has been convincing with cordiality and service. Spa area very nice, but rooms could be a bit more modern. Great food! Unfortunately a star deduction because a week no massage or cosmetics available…

A beautiful ambience for wonderful days and evenings, at gala dinners, theme nights, to relax and much more. We celebrated our 33 anniversary! Fam. Pirker and her team very friendly, accommodating and helpful with extra requests (eg. Get flowers)! An insane meal, congratulations to these top chefs! Rooms very comfortable, you feel at home! The spa area is beautiful… We will certainly come back.

Very nice hotel with top service and a very cool wellness centre. The Zirbenhaus with Zirbensauna is one of the many highlights. Also the kitchen has to be praised, the food was the hammer!

The approach was unfortunately in a bit laborious. Otherwise a nice very quiet area. The choice of food is phenomenal if everything tastes so good then I am very satisfied.

5 days of the finest, food without end and that is still unique and lovingly prepared.

Wonderful Swimming Pools with views of pine trees and mountains.

I have only had breakfast at the hotel, which was good but not exceptional. The omelette will be made to taste before your eyes and is very tasty. Other warm breakfast food options were hardly available besides a few eggs and sausages. Apart from that, the usual expected choices are available (bread, cheese, spreads…). Overall an OK selection, but nothing to write home about.

The Hotel is really nice, the environment is good for the sporty runner, just incredible. The food is a dream. Staff top top. The rooms are also in top condition.

Comfortable if slightly clinical-feeling rooms, with a warm welcome and decent dining.

Our visit is already longer, for he was remembered. Negative. Are only 2 nights stayed, we did not keep out more and longer was not booked anyway. Seeking rest and recreation they please in another hotel. At night by loud parties in the restaurant/bar area until 2 or 3 o'clock early been awakened. According to the motto: The later it is the louder have ma screaming. Phone call to the front desk helped but to somewhat calming the celebration. Were apparently the only external guests. Was probably a company seminar in the week. Otherwise lots of amenities, but also lots of dirt and especially dust on rooms and relaxation areas much there is. Staff very nice, services such as massages and treatments for relaxation and wellness area a boon.
