We stayed 3 nights for our honeymoon and loved it. Even though the rooms are small, they have everything you need in a well laid out room. The views are amazing from the full — wall windows!

Noisy air con, very small rooms, bathroom no where to put anything without getting wet.

Great place for afternoon tea. Beautiful decor and excellent service by very friendly staff.

Charged with a fraudulent transaction. Managers and assistants unable to provide a clear explanation. I have been waiting for a resolution for the last three days. No response yet. Rooms are extremely dirty and the service is poor. The only positive is the room view.

Sandeep on reception desk has exceptional customer service. He was so warm and welcoming to us and very helpful. Thank you for going above and beyond while we stayed with you and thanks for making our stay so memorable at Tribe.

Tribe hotel is a stylish and modern hotel, with excellent food and customer service to match. I had a birthday event here and the staff were efficient, helpful and extremely accommodating. We had a set menu dinner which was amazing and great value for the price. I could not have asked for more and had one of the memorable birthdays ever. Loved it here.

Stayed with my family in 2 city view rooms for a stay-cation. Rooms were compact but clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Had breakfast at the hotel. Good value with a good selection of food and the coffee was fantastic. Really liked the common area — great place for a quiet drink and a good read. Definitely will stay there again. Really good value for money.

The best hotel I have stayed in years! Lovely and laid back staff, great design, very functional rooms (yes, they are small, but very well designed) with breathtaking views through the giant bay window, excellent selection of food & wine, quiet location near Kings Park walking distance from public transport, very good bikes to borrow for free… A great few days in Perth!

Friendly staff. Great food. Clean room but a wee bit small. But for one it was okay. Very reasonable rate.

Stayed the night before ANZAC Day. Short walk to Kings Park. Staff very friendly and the rooms very clean and comfortable. You must try the lamb dish for dinner. My wife said it was the best lamb she has tasted.

A very "not Perth" experience in all the best ways. Top notch customer service, friendly and funny staff and oodles of STYLE. Prime location and great views from the room. Will absolutely be back for my next stay-cation.

Supered staff service at reception counter. Extremely courteous and helpful. We arrived early on 2nd check in and was delighted when reception allow us to check in earlier than standard check in time. Room slightly small but good bed. Checked in on day 1 as well as day before leaving perth. Most unfortunately, all complimentary car park on both occasions was not available. Hope they can improve on this area.

We stayed here for two days over a weekend. We enjoyed ourselves as the rooms are a little small but nice and well laid out. The beds are elevated with plenty of storage underneath for a suitcase. There is USB chargers built into the power point by the bed which is handy! The towels are full size sheets too, not a smaller bath towel which is excellent. Decor is funky and stylish, lots of art and architecture books to look at in the lounge. Breakfasts are great too, with a great range. I didn’t use the bar but I did see a Pedro Ximinez there! If the opportunity arises we will come back.

Beautifully detailed in every way from the rooms to the service and the food. They haven’t missed a trick!

Modern, comfortable and stylish! We stayed for 2 nights and were very happy with our choice! The bed was very comfortable. We loved the choice of films that were available on the TV in our room. The staff was friendly. We also enjoyed the food that’s available in the lounge. Internet access is available. This hotel is kid friendly and wheelchair accessible!

This Hotel is very Nice. Rooms are very plush & well set out for the small size of the rooms. The rooms maybe small but have all the needs & mod cons you would want. The staff are fantastic & the convenient foyer lounge & cafe & food bar is really well priced & all foods are really tasty & extra health. Also the pleasant touches you notice this hotel does everywhere is the conscious minimal environmental impact that’s awesome & still feels of a superior standard. Well done! Will definitely stay here again for sure! ☺️

My first experience staying here was fantastic and my second not so great. I ordered Uber eats and I called reception before the delivery arrived to ask if someone could let the driver up the lift. The reception said this wasn’t possible because of security reasons. I mentioned I’m in a wheelchair and he said he could as an exception. I decided to go down and collect my order in my pyjamas to not be an inconvenience. Rather uncomfortable when people are dining outside the lift. Spent two hours not being able to sleep as the room was like an oven. AC wouldn’t switch to cooling and was stuck on heating. AC would blow cool air for 5 min then revert back to heat. Front desk resolved this buy resetting the AC in the main console outside the room. I won’t be back.

An incredible and new idea within the hotel industry, it’s removes the additional fluff and replaces it with class. It’s smart and everything a hotel should be. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

The staff at Tribe are simply OUTSTANDING. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble. "Helpful" doesn't even come close to describing the service at Tribe. Comfortable? You bet! Quiet? Sorry, can't hear you! Best place to stay in Perth as far as I'm concerned.
