Look its not great. Its cheap yes but the bathroom was pretty gross. The hot water didnt work well with the cold water, pipes 'thudding' alot in the shower. The lamp next to the bed couldnt be plugged into power — too far away 🤣 the hairdryer never went hot and was stonecold. The spa was out of order for pretty much our whole stay. But I was here for the outdoors and that impressed above all.
the lawnmower guy came so we had to move our car. Its a town still fully affected by the cyclone so not much is open.

Great location & nice for families but not worth the $270 per night we paid. Rooms were very dirty, the couch was so stained I had to cover it with a sheet. The bed sheets had crumbs in them. The pool looked unclean & was closed to guests the next day. The fridge didn’t work. There was no Wi-Fi. The sprinklers hit our bedroom window loudly at 2am every morning & soaked our drying towels & clothes. Front of house staff were amazing. Management ignored our complaint & refused to acknowledge our accom was not worth $270 per night given the state of the room & facilities such as pool & fridge being unavailable for part of our stay.

Only stayed here as a quick stop over and totally amazed at the price for a 2 bedroom apartment. The cleanliness and atention to detail was spot on. Not a hair in the bathroom or even a grain of sand on the floor. The bed was a little hard but I'm used to a soft bed so that might just be me. Would recommend this place 100%forsure.

The purpose of our trip was to show off our beautiful attractions to our visiting Japanese guest. We read the advertising material and expected a view of the pool or the beach… we were in room number 39 and our view was the laundry wall/door. We were in an upstairs unit and the people downstairs were smoking and the smoke was wafting up into our unit. The air conditioner was very noisy, in the living area and required doors to be left open… I would have left the front door open but their was no lockable security on the front. There is no Wi-Fi. I never checked this when booking as I have not stayed in an apartment or resort that has not automatically had Wi-Fi for many years. Our balcony was too small to sit out on it. Two people could sit there, but our apartment was a 2 bedroom one that accommodated four people. The drain at the bottom of the stairway had a nauseating smell coming from it… similar to sewerage. The allocated car parking was horrendous and one evening it was just not possible to get my car into the allocated bay as the bays were small and there were vehicles parked in the driveway behind my allocated bay. I was not alone in this as the previous evening the man in the unit next to ours also expressed the same concern and had to park his vehicle elsewhere. The larger sofa had an annoying spring sticking up in the middle than made it rather uncomfortable. When we first arrived the pool was closed because something wasn't working properly.

Bins over flowing and rubbish all around then. Lawn needs moving. Water pipes burst and water running everywhere. General maintenance of the resort is really bad. Really enjoy coming to Kalbarri with family and friends in January and staying here but don’t think we will be back.

It is clean, neat and tidy.

Good management skills would visit again.

This joint needs some serious work. The room is ok, and very clean. The gardens are over run, the spa is closed and at the moment there is no Wi-Fi. The advertising for this place is very misleading.

Nice comfortable stay. Clean and reasonable price. Needs an update but does the job.

Beaut big park right on the water. Spotless amenities. Huge barbie area and campkitchen. Flat sites with green annexe pad. Walking distance to comprehensive shopping hub. Very well tended park (Anchorage Park)

It is a good spot close to ocean and shops. Best to visit outside school holidays.

Poor value at $270. Essentially caravan Park level accommodation pushed as a resort. No heating in units in winter. Limited to a swamp cooler/ evaporative air-conditioning. Very basic furnishings and wardrobe covering (curtain). Plastic chairs is the balcony had rain water pooled in them. The bed covers were pilled. Wi-Fi is not free. Staff do not attend phones a/h. Poor quality mattresses. A pool and restaurant only go so far in covering up poor fundamentals. Good location. However, worth $140 per night tops.

Nice staff, gorgeous pools, clean & tidy! Rooms need a bit of updating but comfortable just the same.

Great location and great room… value for money.

Had an amazing stay, restaurants served locally sourced produce and the location is first class for the daily pelican feeding. (Buy a bag of fish and go stand on the beach just after the Cray fish trawlers power out over the second wave) Kalbari town is by far the friendliest most beautiful place that I stayed on the whole of my W. A adventure.

Awesome apartments so close to everything you’ll need in Kalbarri. Get to the pool area early for the bbq’s though as the tables get pushed together with the higher groups.

Nice place to stay. Close to river, restaurants and shops. Pool lovely. Units have everything you need during your stay. Staff kind and helpful.

I previously give a bad review but looking back we had a very good time here, it is, after all, a small isolated town. Very good pool & BBQ facilities.

Old but great place to base yourself for a holiday.

For the price we paid this place is not fancy. 1. No heated pool 2. Broken and bad table tennis table and kits 3. Sauna is a joke. Needs pre booking as well 4. Old place painted to look new. Not really. 5. Shabby Sofas 6. Different units have different utilities or amenities. No standard maintained (knew coz we had multiple bookings) Good thing 1. Close to beach Wont go there again. Many places around. Dont trust the pictures on website.

Some pretty disappointing features. I don't think they try particularly hard here. My bed was rock hard, and uncomfortable to sleep on. No free Wi-Fi is a joke for 2017. I spent $20 on a room in Brazil that came with free Wi-Fi. $220 and you have to pay extra? Crazy. The pool area and BBQs were really nice tho to be fair.

Loved the location, pool, bbq area, facilities and friendly staff also food and ice creams on site were devine.
Lighting in our room was a strange arrangement and locks on doors faulty needs maintenance.

Number 95 is AMAZING, beautiful finishing and small touches like chocolates and wine on arrival make it that much more special.

Great place to stay. Easy short walk to jetty, boat ramp, shops. Picturesque place.

Just loved it here (wife is writing this review). Very clean place, accommodation excellent. The TV had a problem with sound (distortion). Would certainly stay here again. Very quiet at night. Staff are very nice. Keep up the good work all you good people.

Great place! stayed here every year for the last four years and keep coming back. Clean units with bathroom kitchen TV & dining. Pool & spa are nice to.

We stayed for 3 nights unit had everything required for cooking hot spa was great after the national park walks great place to stay.

Great location, long parking bays for trailers/boats, unit (35) was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a huge pool and two play areas for kids, lots of green area. Walked to the enclosed restaurant and had the best T-bone steak in a long while. Yummy $8 kids meals — can't complain with that. We asked for breakfast and the staff was so accomodating and opened up just for us. We will be back for a longer holiday! 10/10

Visited with my family on our trip up to Coral Bay, was supposed to be just a cheap place to sleep en route. We were pleasantly surprised! Really nice and clean, offered great views and location within the town to get all we needed!

The photos don't show just how run down & old this resort is.
The rooms need some attention. Very basic. Fans are old & SO noisy.
There are gaps around the doors & windows so the wind whistles through all the time.
We've had two days where the water keeps getting off and no explanation.
We paid for internet for the week and does not work. Been back to reception multiple times and no answers as to why. A joke.
TV did it work for a whole day & no number to contact about it.
The pool is nice, but highly policed and no ball games, no inflatables, and rudely asked room number on entry to the pool.
I would NOT recommend this resort.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are good and you can cook your own food. Service is also good.

While the facilities were nice enough the power was out for an extended period of time and in response to this staff closed the office and went home leaving guests wandering the complex confused. As the hot water and cooking facilities were electric as well as the pool there was no opportunity to enjoy any amenities. Food went off, meals could not be cooked and small children were without a hot shower or dinner. Upon approaching the management to seek an amicable resolution they were rude, abusive and aggressive claiming their 'no refund' sign on the front desk meant something (It doesn't, consumer law still applies). The washing machines were filthy and turned our clothes grey. The over priced "Jakes Bistro" served sub-par food that was so old it had skins on the top and in a coastal town of abundance frozen imported ingredients made up the seafood basket and the 'rib eye' was some kind of tenderised garbage rather than a prime cut. Their bunk bed's have no ladder making it impossible for any child younger than 10 to get up or down without assistance and I would not recommend this place to anybody. Such a shame that a beautiful tourist town is being tarnished by these cowboys.
