Great location and nice rooms. So cheap too!

Such a nice place! Everything is clean, huge and fully equipped kitchen and a good view to the ocean.
Owners are really nice too, stay the way you are. :)

What a FABULOUS YHA! I’ve stayed in many the world over and this is right up there for cleanliness, comfort, friendliness, and location… it’s small, quiet and this private queen size room with own bathroom is heaven on a stick for me after a weeks hiking on the Cape 2 Cape. Thank you Darren for your warm hospitality and to whoever cleans! It’s all just perfect ❤️ 5/5

This place is really good and the weather also really nice. You can experience how other family or visitor sit in this place, cooking together and have fun together.

Darren and Tua are Sweet and Hospitable! Great host — Cool place to stay in Augusta! We spent 4 nights here! Loved the comfortable bed — room with a view (top floor — bay-ocean view! ) Very Romantic! Kitchen is huge and everything you possibly need to cook a gourmet meal (as we did almost every night! ) As I write this review — I have successfully built a fire in their wood burning stove… a “ JØTUL “big model — perhaps a Jøtul 600 series! (I had one many years ago — Great stove)! You can see whales and dolphins playing in the water from balcony/ room! Or walk to the bay — Sea, only minutes away on a nice river walk! We walked for hours each day — Lovely Botanicals throughout the walk, many birds, waterfowl too! Did I mention we saw hundreds of dolphins and whales?! Never a disappointment when you visit this place. Have been coming here since 2005 and the amount of hands it has changed, it has not lost its charm. Also has always had great housekeeping over the years. Love it.

I can not recommend this place enough. It is immaculately clean and has a beautiful, up to date kitchen. Very reasonably priced. The guy at the front desk was super nice.

This place was brilliant rooms were clean showers were clean massive area for cooking and eating would definitely stay here again and would recommend anybody stopping past very friendly staff and the place is nice views.

Great Place! Simple amenities — it is a basic hostel — but the manager, Darren, went out of his way to help my friend and I. We were doing the Cape to Cape Track. Darren let us leave our car there for the 9 days we were walking the track and then picked us up from Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse and brought us back to the hostel when we finished our walk. He also upgraded our rooms for free because he had low occupancy. Darren, thank you for making our trip possible!

Great option for cheap and shared accommodation. Friendly Staff and great Wi-Fi. Clean toilets and kitchen although it's a common shared one.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. It has rooms with shared toilet and kitchen facilities. In addition the view from top floor is awesome, great hotel / hostel. We preferred this more than stand alone hotel rooms. In addition the owners are quite good to talk to and provide decent information for Augasta.

Best price in Augusta. Friendly, easy-going staff. Clean, spacious and walking distance from shops and beach.

Darren, the owner is a friendly and helpful guy. Great room with an amazing view, balcony, room is clean, well equipped, a very comfortable bed. We made a last minute booking and couldn't be more pleased. The staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful. The manor is very well kept and full of amenities, including Wi-Fi and TV room. The room is clean and fresh.

We had a queen balcony room with fantastic view of the river and ocean. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet and relaxing. Fully function communal kitchen handy for breakfast. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Great place to stay. Rooms and bathroom were clean and tidy with very good common areas and kitchen. Its also very central and near the Augusta pub for a drink with great views!

Very, very clean. Kitchen looked great (didnt use it) Owner friendly and helpful. Nice views and plenty of spots to view from. Quiet — sturdy walls between rooms.

Great value. Fab place. Clean tidy all the facility's. Handy for the leeuwin lighthouse. Hamelin bay, Margaret river. And the local view are to die for. Infact. I'm not sure the western Australians realise what a beautiful place they live in.

At the local price, very comfortable and pleasant, although it is shared bathroom with the kitchen, but spacious space, no congestion!

I had a great stay at Baywatch Manor. It is very well equipped and good value. Darren and Tua (the owners) were very friendly. Everything was clean, new and comfortable, especially the bed we slept on.

Certainly the bet YHA hostel I've ever been! it was the very first time that I felt like home during my one year trip! big bedroom, shower so clean an open fire in front of the couch! I couldn't believe it! and they gave me a half price bike to head to the cape leeuwin lighthouse. No way to stay somewhere else when you're heading to Augusta. Tanx.
