Absolutely gorgeous so relaxing the cottage has everything you need.
Stunning views, lots of animals fantastic getaway.

Beautiful setting, very peaceful, stayed twice in 2019 loved it so much we returned in 2020, unfortunately the grounds weren't very tidy, it was during covid so website stated all rooms had been deep cleaned (it was not very clean, dead bugs everywhere). When my partner had a shower water was leaking into the laundry downstairs near a light fitting. Check in was not explained, so was looking for someone for some time. It is still a beautiful place but needs some maintenance and upkeep. I filled in a feedback form, and got no reply from management whatsoever, very disappointing this time round.

We stayed here with 4 adults. Flipped a coin to see who will get the single beds. The cottage is very cosy and the fireplace a nice touch. Its a very peaceful environment here.

Lovely but need a really good spring clean.

Stayed in the loft. Was nice and clean. Heater was on when we arrived. Wood was supplied for the fire place and we were surprised to recieve a fresh loaf of bread and a litre of milk. There was goats to feed and a small lake with a little jetty and bbq area close by. Over all was well worth the visit.

We stayed in the Cedar Cabin. It was beautifully turned out and had everything we needed right down to washing powder. Milk in the fridge and fresh bread waiting for us. Staff are delightful and very helpful. Lots of room for the kids to run and play. Highly recommend :)

We paid $490 for two nights mid week. We took the loft cottage that has the spa. Great couples accommodation as the whole place is open plan. Fire was great. Very warm. Everything worked. Radio and heater were on when we arrived. The floorboards have amusing and loud squeaks. Loads of wildlife around — the birds on the roof will keep you amused in the early morning. Washers in the taps in the shower could do with replacing.

Beautifully maintained and totally self sustained cottages nestled right next to the Sanctuary. Every cottage is a bit away from each other giving total privacy and a feeling of living within a leafy estate. With farm animals and wild rabbits hopping around, this place is straight out of a postcard!

We loved it so much. Nice staff and very clean cottage. Enjoyed the spa and the goat feeding. Beautiful lake view and close to nature birds.

I have ever stayed here once and been back for another visit and this is definitely one of the most beautiful place I have ever been too, especially late in Spring. Around the lake is beautiful flower and water hence. Some big eal in the lake but never seen a fish. A beautiful duck family were there at time. The price is cheap but probably not expensive but I would be back more if the price was 30 % lower.

An amazing place to stay to relax in peace & quiet with nothing spared to make your stay totally comfortable with a rustic style done to perfection, the Loft cabin we loved so much we stayed a second night & didn't go anywhere else its that good. Featuring an amazing spa bath & a very comfortable four poster bed that you don't want to get out of, nothing spared including washing machine & clothes dryer with detergent. Wood log fire in the lounge with a large supply of wood to keep it going, stove/oven fridge & reverse cycle split system air conditioner. No money has been spared here at the Healesville Sanctuary Cottages & although the price may seem a little high its well worth it, sit on the porch & listen to the birds & frogs at the beautiful pond. A 10/10 does not justify it enough & we will be back for sure from Adelaide…

Well equipped cabins on a gorgeous property. My 9 year old was smitten by the goats. Friendly staff too.

My wife and I got got married here last month and booked all cottages for 2 nights. Everybody that stayed couldn't say a bad thing about this place. The property is absolutely stunning and the cottages are perfect with all the mod cons and that rustic feel to them still. Kaisey went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect 2 days and enjoyed everything. Big thanks to kaisey and Matt for everything you did.

Lovely, well equipped cottages in peaceful surroundings, right on the doorstep of the animal sanctuary. The new owners were incredibly pleasant and helpful.
