Pleasant owners. Rooms are spotless. Very close to eateries and pubs too. Good free wofi.

Highly recommeded. Best place to stay for mt buller trip.

This is one of my favourite motels in a lovely town. The owners are super friendly and I always stay here.

Reasonably priced in peak season. Rooms very clean and comfortable, so lovely to be welcomed with a friendly smile and excellent customer service from Melissa and Harry at reception.

Nice cozy motel with close proximity to mt. Buller. Staff very friendly.

Worst staff! Very inappropriate with no manners, cancelled my booking and the price of the room went up at about 100bucks, when I tried to resolve it, staff screams at me — very rude. I won’t recommend this place at all.

Absolutely amazing service from this Establishment. Melissa and her team have gone above and beyond for our accommodation. I rate this as Mansfields best andfriendliest accommodation. I have stayed at many other Motels in the area, and these guys are definitely number 1 in the area!

Disappointed that we were not told that there was a charge for Wi-Fi There may have been signage but there are lots of signs in reception and we were tired.

Comfortable rooms, clean and good facilities for a traveller or few nights. Plates, microwave etc all provided along with a BBQ. Value for money and lovely host.

Nice and clean. Well looked after. We were there on a busy weekend and there were a couple of groups having a late night party. Hard to whisper at 3am after a few beers.

Very quiet. Just off the mail road. Only has local TV stations. Does have free Wi-Fi. Walking distance to shops and restaurant's.

Newish and clean, with covered paking in front of units. Although cooking is not permitted in the rooms, they have a microwave, toaster and kettle. It is only a short walk to cafes and hotels.

Staff are really helpful and nice, room is in great condition, very comfy bed, nice hot showers.

Good beer, personal friendly service. Food was plentiful and tasty. Well run pub.

One of the worst motel experiences. Got back from an evening out and the power switched off when I was in the shower. Tried to switch it back on at the power box, but it kept switching itself back off. Phoned the after hours reception and after calling 4 times in a row someone finally picked up and didnt give me any sort of friendly or helpful customer service. Also, the bathroom extractor fan obviously doesn't work well as there was water everywhere after the shower I had in the dark! Not to mention all this hassle when the place is not cheap to book! Wouldn't reccomend, wouldn't stay again.

Well where do I start… I know im safe and people keep the noise down. If I need something I just have to ask Melissa and Rob. It is a great place to exercise with Harry the dog! The pool and a walk up and down the main street of the town I was born in. I will be back!

Room was modern and very clean with air-conditioning and a kitchenette. Only a 2 minute stroll to the main street in Mansfield. The Motel staff were very friendly and the Motel had additional amenities such as a small swimming pool. Overall a very pleasant stay.

If staying in Mansfield you have to stay here. Wonderful welcoming owners who have fantastic customer service from the moment you check in. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Air con in all rooms and comfortable beds and pillows too.

Loved being welcomed by Henry the dog and fabulous service by Melissa. Highly recommended with modern, clean rooms. After a week in the High Country, this is the most perfect place to stay.

We couldnt have asked for a more accomodating couple to assist us late at night when the Internet was not working. Highly recommended x.

We stayed at Mansfield Motel for 2 night last weekend. Rooms are very nice and new. We had looked around at other places in town but this one was the most convenient. Lovely spot and Mansfield is such a nice town. Try out the Deck for dinner, it was fantastic.

This is a great place to stay. Definately worth 5 stars. Great service and very nice people.
