Perfect location right on the river, plenty of shady trees and places to sit and enjoy the tranquil river. Lovely spacious self contained cabin. Full size appliancrs, quality linen and extremely clean with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back.

Our stay here was amazing. Narelle and Steve are so lovely. They invited us to have a drink by the camp fire which was also great for the kids toasting marshmallows. The rooms were exceptionally neat and had everything you needed and more. Loved been able to bring our dog Ruby along. The scenery from our room was so beautiful and tranquil. Short walk into Porpunkah and only 15min drive into Bright.
Coming back in January. Can't wait. Highly recommended for sure ❤

Narelle was great to deal with, the cottage was exceptionally clean and well appointed and the outlook straight onto the river was amazing.

Steve and Narelle were exceptional. They were amazing hosts and were very welcoming when I asked if it would be okay to bring our Kitty along.

Steve and Narelle have been the most accommodating and very friendly hosts here. I would highly recommend this place very clean and well-maintained, great location within 5 minutes drive to Bright. You have the river running in your backyard basically and is a great addition to the serenity of the place. These guys will make sure you have a great stay and I couldn't highly recommend them more and this place as they made our stay more than comfortable and more than accommodating. You are nestled in in the beautiful surroundings of the Ovens region with a great view of Mount Buffalo nestled in the quiet town of Porepunka. Keep up the great work guys look forward to seeing you next time.

The gardens are beautiful to explore. So lovely to relax by the river and campfire. Units are very clean with everything you need. They made us feel very welcome and the kids loved riding around on their bikes.

We stayed in King Parrott Cottage and really enjoyed it. Warm and cosy, with a full kitchen and gorgeous view from our window! We also LOVED the gardens, and so did our dogs :) Thanks Steve and Narelle for your kind hospitality.

Great location and friendly owners.

Wow wow wow. We have been coming here for over 12 years and this place never fails to please. The Owners Narelle & Steve have only been here for 3 weeks and their energy is a breath of fresh air and are so happy to please. I cant wait for my next trip here at easter.

Hey a little outdated but great value for money our little fur babies were very happy running around in the gardens.

Nice location and clean but very dated. Heating just adequate for winter getaway.

I'm coming here for over 7 years and love every minute of it the owner's are exceptional. The place are tidy and beautiful… thank you very much for the memories.

Quick & easy check in… had the room waiting with light and heater on for us. Very nice, relaxing spot right on the river.

Owner kindly stayed up late to let us into our room and even had the heater on so the place wasn't freezing when it was — 3'C outside. Would recommend.

Great Garden & backs on to the Ovens river.

What a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. The cabins were comfortable and decorated nicely, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the ambience of the property and along the lake is just amazing. Loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely bottle of wine, Bruce loved his birthday weekend and our stay. Xxoo.

The owners bent over backwards to help us (11of us) out after the hotel we had booked decided that children were an OH&S violation. Really pretty place right on the river with lots of wildlife. Lovely big rooms fully self contained with a real stove and a full size fridge and washing machine. We all loved it (especially the kids! ) and will definitely be back.

This was a little gem of a find cabins so neat and tidy staff are friendly to deal with cabins had everything we needed for a comfortable stay I would recommend me this place, river running at back of the cabin was lovely only downside of you call it that was the sign out the front could be lit up at night as easy to miss this hidden gem.

Clean & neat with nice creek walk & beautiful trees next to it. Cheaper rooms are very close to main road so a little noisy, a bit smaller than expected & very cramped bathroom, no shampoo or little extras that you usually get in most motels.
