Awesome place to stay great service from when I booked in rooms are awesome close to airport shuttle available would definitely stay here again.

4 th time we’ve stayed here. Always amazing service. Last night was no exception. Generous hosts that went above and beyond for us checking in late.

Excellent, modern apartments with such friendly team members. Much easier to stay here before an early flight.

I’ve never stayed at an airport hotel so this was a treat.
Nice room, great service and there’s GoGet here at Quest.
Tip — catch the shuttle from airport, will save an angry taxi driver experience.

Upon arrival the receptionist was lovely, very polite and helpful.
The room was marvellous… Wow factor… 10/10. Spacious and welcoming.

Nice for an overnight stay, staff are very professional. Rooms are a little dated but very functional. The free transfers to the shopping centre and airport were really useful and save a lot of money on expensive local taxis.

Excellent standard of accommodation, no onsite food though and nearest shops more than a walk away. Complimentary transport is available.

(carpet in a corridors is hidiouse tho, sorry) Hotel positiond in the middle of nowhere however there is a free shuttle service to assist you: * Airport pick up/ drop off * Shopping mall pick up/ drop off * Dinner drop off/ pick up I enjoyed my stay there.

Friendly greeting on arrival plenty of carparks. Room was interesting with Blue toilet. It was warm and not noisy. Ideally it would be better if they had some sort of on-site cafe or something for food. They have a vending machine and Breakfast packs for sale. Do offer complimentary travel to shopping centre and airport.

Was comfortable for a short work stay. Convenient if you are staying overnight for connecting flights.

Apartment was neat comfortable, included washer and dryer, service was friendly. Kitchen well stocked with crockery and utensils.

Relatively new but the fittings and decor could be described as "Ikea" like. The shuttle makes it convenient and its moderately priced.

I was a guest friday march 9th. I was ASSURED your over priced deposit would be returned within 2 business days. It's march 15th and no return of $250 deposit. Unprofessional. Will not return — ever.

Very comfortable and quiet. Excellent staff. But it's very out of the way. Would only stay here for a conference.

Far from everything, room service don't know how to use a dishwasher (they put knives up right blocking the arms) and they frequently forget to stock things up. If they don't use the dishwasher they will wipe the dishes down with a greasy cloth. Might as well do the wild west spit polish. Also doors have sensors on them. Internet is fine most of the time except during afternoon peak but it is still usable. If I could get a no room service discount I would take it in a heart beat…

Great place to stay, close to Melbourne Airport. Pick up and drop off service too. No bar or restaurants but there are a couple of pizza places and an indian take away that will deliver for a small fee. Just make sure to pay over the phone if you order from Melrose Pizza as the driver is only equipped for cash. Found that out the hard way! Reception has a limited amount of drinks and food as well as a pantry service if you are staying for any length of time. I think they will shuttle you to nearby restaurants as well should you wish to eat out. Staff are great and very helpful. We got a good price through QANTAS and our request for single beds was no problem.

Cosy hotel. Rooms have a washing machine and a dryer. There's also plently of utensils and the like. The only bad thing about this place is that their "gym" is really just a tiny 3x4 metre room with a bench and a pull down machine.

I haved stayed 3 days each week for the past 2 months and am planning to stay for further 3 months,. Staff rooms and ovetall service is excellent however I have repeatedly requested a sitting chair be provided so that I can read and relax in the corner of the room. The request has never been fulfilled.

Clean and tidy with good sized room, comfortable bed with good linen. Loads of car parking.

Walks are a bit thin and there was a screaming baby next door. The hotel staff were able to quickly re-accommodate me though, and I had no sound issues after this even though the hotel was at near capacity. Would stay here again.

Fit for purpose. Clean, well appointed and near the airport. Not much in surrounding area but great for an overnight stop on the way somewhere else.

Great hotel! 5 minute drive to airport. Hotel charges you $10 to take shuttle to airport every 30 minutes (have to book with reception) or take an Uber for $10. Not really restaurants walking distance but they do have a complimentary shuttle that'll take you to restaurants close by. Uber eats isn't in the area yet but have menu log and eat now (about 10 restaurants that deliver).

Fantastic very quiet great friendly receptionist very clean room. Away from nousey roads will defernetly return in the future close to airport, what more can I say.

The Quest has nice rooms and great staff. However it is 5 kms from the airport. Has no restaurant and no bar. This nowhere to eat or have a drink with 3 Kms of the motel.

Attrocious, after a long trip, found the room missing a bed, when queried, said there was a mistake with booking, they then proceeded to make us come to reception to get sheets, then set up and make the sofa bed OURSELVES. This morning found the smoke detector in the bedroom covered in plastic, lucky there wasn't a fire, wonder how many other guests life's have been put at risk, seriously never ever again. Room 208A Quest if you want to fix the smoke detector.

We (2 adults + 1 toddler) stayed overnight in 2 bedroom apartment 311 which felt brand new. Deliberately chose 2 rooms so toddler could sleep in separate room but paid a premium for it over similar properties close by. Property is aimed at self contained (the apartment had all utensils, cookware, crockery, etc) longer term travellers rather than overnight stays. While the property may feel isolated, located on the edge of the airport precinct, Quest has made considerable effort to improve convenience by stocking 'breakfast packs' and scheduled shuttles to near by cafes/restaurants. If you need something specific/urgent and don't have a vehicle you will need a taxi to Westfield Airport West (7mins). Apartment had excellent sound insulation from both internal and external noises. While the king bed was two singles pushed together it was very comfortable (Am I the only one who feels ripped-off by this? ) and both firm and softer pillows were available. This is an excellent property.

Really great service, excellent room, and friendly staff. We booked a room at very short notice after our flight was canceled. Reception staff were expecting us and made us feel welcome. Our room was large and well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the airport and they're is a shuttle from the hotel to the airport that costs $10.

Deceptive and Disingenuous. Booked this hotel with Wotif primarily on the basis of accessibility/proximity to airport due to later arrival /early o/s departure. The compelling factor was the availability of an airport transfer service and I checked the hotel's actual website to confirm before booking. After booking discovered that the airport transfer service DID NOT operate after 9.30 on weekdays and only operated in the afternoons on weekends! Clearly this resulted in a reliance on taxis (and the extra cost) which is so problematic when the location is relatively close to the hotel. Quite understandably the taxi drivers want to maximise their return with longer journeys. It was difficult to get a taxi to make the trip. I sense the airport transfer service is more cosmetic that real; an understanding that was confirmed by a hotel staff member who related that it was a common issue for other guests. The solution here is to have open and honest disclosure ON THE WEBSITE about the limitations of the service. Room quality very good.

I've stayed here a few times for work and will do again. The apartments are spacious and tasteful, and have everything you could need. The staff are friendly and the coffee machine in the lobby is always welcome in the morning. Looking forward to my next stay.

What a welcoming experience due to our flight being canceled. The one staff member that we had the privilege of taking care of us was amazing, thank you Matthew. A yummy coffee machine while we did the paper work. Took care of our food and drinks cause we were starving and exhausted. The rooms were clean and well presented. The BEDS were the BEST. We had two rooms and my kids want one of those beds. Bathrooms and kitchen so well equip with everything we needed… over all thank you for the overwhelming experience. We will diffidently be back hopefully not for the same reason. We didn't mind the inconvenience of our canceled flight after that.

The place was clean and we'll equipped. The staff was friendly.

10 minute drive from the airport makes it convenient by cab. Brand new when I stayed last so was in excellent condition. The rooms are a great size and well appointed. Best thing was how quiet it seemed at night. If I do another overnight at my home airport I'll do it here.
