We stayed in a 2bedroom apartment ground level where they advised was a refurbished room. Absolutely terrible. No privacy at all. No flyscreen on the sliding door so couldn’t open to ventilate the room. The blind fell in the 2nd bedroom and we needed to fix it.

Would not stay again. For the money you pay you expect more.

Room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view over the lake and boats. The room was sound proof from any road noise. The spa bath was a good size also.

A great place to stay, we were in the spa suite. Excellent! The room was clean and quiet, the staff was very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much to ask. Loved the pool. Bellevue is centrally located and an easy walk to some of the best restaurants in town.

Fabulous hotel with great views and comfy beds! Love it!

Staff were over the top friendly which is exactly what I like in the hospitality business!

There is no information in the room about ammenities in the motel and the key wallet refers to dialling a reception number for Wi-Fi, but there is no phone in the room. Turns out they are using old wallets and have put a stamp on it with the password which is not very noticeable. They are charging top dollar 186 for a Wednesday off season, but can’t print basic info for clients! the menus have changed in the bar and are not what is shown on what you read but the excuse is someone else owns the bar. I phoned reception on the public line and was put on hold for 10 minutes, then dialled five times with no answer. The showers door has dropped and won’t close so water leaks everywhere, the TV is mounted crooked on the wall, there is a hole in the bathroom wall. This is not customer focussed business, just a series of cutting corners and ripping people off.

Close to everything! clean fresh rooms, have stayed before and will go back again.

Jason and Jasmine at reception are absolutely fabulous staff! Had an issue with rooms booked and it was resolved immediately with super courteous and pleasant communications We have stayed here several times and the rooms have been upgraded as has the bar and eating areas, looks gorgeous! Terrible Wi-Fi internet service and when we tried to address it with the staff we were told to walk to the reception area. Was sooo mad!

Great location. Room was big. Good view, however could do with a decor update. Easy checkin and out. Free parking.

No fish, all adivce from fish shop on main street was wrong. Overrated and overfished. Waste of time and money.

Nice big rooms, but very unfriendly staff. They grimace as soon as you check in (everything is an effort) and rooms unserviced. No internet connection despite advertising they have internet. Rooms not very clean at all. Pick Again!

Units on the North Arm have a great outlook over the water and pasing boats and vehicles. Very clean well presented and clean and tidy.

This is quite a nice motel with surprisingly larger than average rooms. But some of their specials during holidays no room servicing is provided, but you not advised of it until you check-in to your room. So, whether they are value for your money is up to you.

I was not impressed with my stay at this hotel. Firstly there was not toilet paper or tissues in the room when on arrival and instead of them just being able to bring you something that is essential they expect you to get it from the reception. They advertised "spa and wellness area" wasn't even working, me nor my gf could even find where the spa was supposed to be. Honestly the price which is paid ($300 for 1 night) is not worth it, you're better of going up the road to kickback cottages where there prices are $150 and by my experience offer the same. But yeah highly recommend you don't stay at the Bellevue on the lake.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was beautiful. The room is so nicely styled and the spa was great. Didn't really think it was a two person spa but still did the job nonetheless. The location was great and I loved the many entries into our building. Indoor pool was great size and nice warmth. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice trendy hotel with a great restaurant (Albert & Co). Close to all the locals shops, restaurants and right on the lake side. Looked like the best in the area in our opinion, we didn't stay here but came for breakfast which was great. Would definately recommend it and next time when we are in the area will for sure be staying here.

I wish I could give it — 1 star. The 3 bedroom apartment by the street suffers noise issue from the ground floor restaurant. The restaurant plays heavy music until 12am at night and you can hear it loudly and clearly. Make a complaint and they keep saying they are about to finish. The apartment itself has serious safety issues to kids as well. Stairs are very high and I can image what would happen if my 2 year old fell from there. There is another stairs to the 2nd floor of which armrest has very big gap and any 3 year old might fell down from the gap. It’s better to sleep in the street with your kids rather than staying in this restaurant.

Bellevue over looks the water. Lovely clean and modern feel! Indoor and outdoor pool with private jetty. Great customer service. Big rooms. Huge table/desk space. Love the bellevue.

Great location. Just in front of the best restaurants in Lakes Entrance. The hotel is perfect for a comfortable stay walking distance to cafes and shops. Hotel rooms are impeccable and spacious for small families, 3 or 4 members. Staff was very friendly and recommended great activities for our whole stay.

Just OK. We pay a very high rate for what we actually got. Just a standard room, and room service did not make the bed properly. Carpet was dirty. Wouldn't come back again.

Exellent place to stay. I stay with my grandkids nearly every month through winter. Its got a fabulous heated pool which we all take full advantage of. Will be back.

Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, staff are friendly and ready to help in any way possible and it's position is great. There was nothing else we could have hoped for at that good price.

Someone else's hair in the hairdryer greeted us on our arrival at Bellevue, and we knew we were in for a treat. We drove to get some food and wine to enjoy because we knew a room with no plates or cutlery was going to have delightful mismatched wine glasses to drink from. Disappointed, but exhausted, we lay down on the "king" bed and rolled together to the middle where the two single beds had been pushed together and called a King… Talk about romance, we knew leaving early was the right move – you can have too much of a good thing!

Great place to stay in, amazing amenities. Used the BBQ area to make dinner, had a dip in the pool, a visit to the sauna and enjoyed every minute of it. Stayed 3 nights. The room (guest room) was spacious, the bed comfy and the bathroom was big! Would visit again on our next visit to lakes entrance.

Clean and well positioned close to town. Like all hotels noisy neighbour's can be a problem.

Stayed here for two nights this weekend, view was great, rooms spacious and clean staff very polite, Wi-Fi connection excellent, we couldn't find fault in anything, will definitely be recommending this motel and will return ASAP.

I can't think of a better place to stay at Lakes Entrance. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean with all the facilities and the staff are friendly and helpful — even assisting with our Wi-Fi setup. It's right on the main road with views across the fishing boats to the lake. The restaurant is up-market and just a touch expensive, with an over-emphasis on seafood, but otherwise excellent food.

Still waiting for another call from manager Jason as things were left unresolved on Monday!

These guys are cheap skates. Apparently if you book one of their "special packages" which are discounted — mainly because the hotel cannot fill the rooms out of season, they cut the services. They do not provide housekeeping services. I was told that "we cut the housekeeping to keep costs down for the package". What rubbish. I have never experienced this at any other hotel anywhere. If David Jones have a sale of men's shirts, they don't remove a sleeve to save money. Also, the sauna has a 15 minute timer on it. It just starts to get hot and then switches off. If this is the best hotel in Lakes Entrance what is the worst like.

A great hotel, very clean, big comfortable king size bed. My only downside was that the Wi-Fi signal to our room was highly inadequate.

Accommodation was really good. Rooms large clean and comfortable. King bed. Nice 2 seater lounge. Free Wi-Fi. Would have liked a room looking over the lakes but seems the Coaches have priority. Make sure you ask for one. We didn't. Had dinner in the Restaurant. Food lovely but staff bit slow. There were 3 couples waiting to pay bill at bar but neither of the waitresses were around. Not good girls.

If it's out of season, fine.
if you want to offer less options, fine.
if you don't want to throw away food, fine.
But… if you offer less, then you have to charge less too…
We just had brekky, you offer on the website a great variety of dishes, I was looking forward to my eggs Benedict… the only option was fried, poached or scrambled eggs. I was also looking forward to a nice Danish… no Danish, fruit was only pears and the variety of bread and condiments was not existing.
So we decided not to come back in the evening for dinner… if you say you're good, then you have to be good too. And not just for dinner. And if you want to cut back because of the season then you have to adjust your prices too. I probably get a better coffee at MC Donalds… just not good enough for a place that has such a reputation.

Stayed 1 night in a King room. A bit pricey, but well furnished and stylish. The property is close to restaurants and is one of the better establishments from what we could see.
