Adequate rooms, however when the booking was not taken correctly the managers decided the best way to handle it was to lie about an interaction they were not involved in (the booking was taken by their son) and claimed I had only left a note for the booking, when in fact I had waited about in their office for an hour to speak to their son who took the booking; because the attendance bell was apparently disconnected (or just ignored. I no longer trust they tell the truth about anything) after ignoring a week of telephone calls from the guests travelling 4+ hours to stay there). Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. God only knows what else they lie about.
