Lovely clean room with bathroom, good size twin share, complimentary breakfast, friendly staff. Convenient to beach and town.

Our room was lovely and clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner in the Restaurant our waiter was very polite.
We had a continental breakfast in the Restaurant which was also very good and included in our accommodation.

Beachway Hotel Ulverstone
Arrived at 1345 on the 30/12/2020 and room wasn’t ready, so we asked if we could at least see the room and check it out. Where told to come back after 1400.
We came back, they rushed us through check in $1970 and we checked the room. Smelled musty, tear in the curtains, mold in the shower.
We went back to reception and calmly told the receptionist (Matt) what the issues were and that we would like to cancel and get a refund. That was on the 30th. The receptionist became very rude.
Lighthouse Hotel got us a beautiful room at the same price Beachway was charging, massive TV, huge bathroom, king size bed.
Spoke to the owner of the Beachway yesterday who was very aggressive when speaking, threatened to keep all our money we paid and advised us to speak to his lawyer.
Booking dot com stepped in and finally today, 5th Jan, we finally got receipt of our refund but only got $1750.

A absolutely magnificent meal would recommend 10/10 will be back.

Stayed in a family suite which was very clean and comfortable. Kid's room was spacious and suited our needs well for an overnight stay.

The customer service and the meals were superb. Thank you.

Neat, clean, cosy. Not sure about the "cool daylight" white lighting in the restaurant though. Usually one would expect "warm" yellow lighting. :)

Plenty of parking. Quiet area. Friendly staff. As a family we were given the caretakers cottage. It had plenty of space whixh was welcomed by weary travellers. Restaurant available onsite.

You are a God send now that you offer takeaways, seriously the best Parmi that I’ve eaten in years. Fast and friendly service, I will be a repeat customer time and time again. I can’t recommend your Business enough! Really looking forward to when your home deliveries begin.

Stayed here several times now, the food has always been delicious! Had scotch fillet the other night cooked to perfection and the parmi is up there with the best I’ve ever had! Will be coming back regularly!

We had an amazing time. From the drive down from Launceston to arriving at Ulverstone. Scenery was picturek. Reception welcomed us with warmth and were very accommodating. Rooms were clean and tidy and good size. We were taken back by the food. It far exceeded expectations. They were very accommodating and were able to cater for my child as well. Highly recommended for anyone.

Very clean and well maintained. We arrived late last night and they were very happy to make up an omelette for us and delivered to our room. Next morning a very good breakfast selection with good coffee. The bed was very comfortable and warm and the bathroom was spotless with a great hot water system for the shower.

Nice place, but Wi-Fi absolutely impossible. They blame NBN, but system comes up unsafe!. Need to get tech in.

Rooms clean and well presented with all the usual additions tea, coffee etc. Restauraunt serves up a great dinner and breakfast. Location is very close to town and a short walk to the beach. Staff are great, helpful and locally knowledgeable. What more can you ask for.

Lovely setting, this motel dining room is a little bit out of town, surrounded by a pretty garden. The meals were generous size, menu somewhere in between pub and fancy. Majority of main meals can be adapted to gluten free. Attentive service although only one other person in at the time. Prices are similar to counter meal. Popular for functions.

Neat and tidy motel with adequate facilities. Close to train tracks so be prepared for N early morning wakeup.

Clean, quiet and pleasant. Really friendly staff. Didn't have an opportunity to try the restaurant, but the rooms were more than adequate and well maintained. The hotel is not far from the centre of town so is handy to restaurants and supermarkets. Would happily stay again.

Really friendly staff and well presented grounds. Basic room was a little too basic and old for the price though. No aircon/fan or fly wire on window on a warm night made it uncomfortable. In the area frequently and would stay again but not that room for that price.
