Great location, nice views from beachfront rooms. Room was super comfy and had everything you need including decent size fridge Restaurant was fantastic and I'm not usually a fan of motel restaurants. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. Overall highly recommend Beacfront Voyager for stay.

Pleasant surroundings, and a very spacious room. So far so good.

On the bottom floor, had a group of young blokes upstairs, sounded like a heard of elephants all night, yelling, screaming and running up and down stairs. VERY Basic room+++++ for the cost. Close enough to the town and opposite the beach, not much going for the place apart from that.

Nice views of the beach from the ocean view room balconies, located on the same block as a few restaurants. Big rooms with air con/electric blankets. Housekeeping has been great. Enjoyed my stay.

Great rooms with a fantastic location centrally in the Burnie CBD. Has a restaurant attached with very nice dinner and breakfast options (I recommend the steak). Wifi speeds are awesome, I was able to remotely play my PS4 from home with next to no input lag.

Opted for Executive Room at $140pn, WAY OVERPRICED! Room stunk like stale cigarettes. Although at first glance it looked clean, upon inspection it was dirty and made our skin crawl! The bathroom floor needed a desperate clean the grout on the floor was black, shower was terrible the floor was dipped in the centre making a small pool when showering. No vanity bench space. Not to mention the black long hairs all over the bathroom floor.

The room I was in was ok but the shower could not even wash my private parts,, lovely town.

Good place to stay when in Burnie, Tasmania. Near foreshore. Close to shopping and cafes. Good off street parking but may be less parking spaces then there are units.

This was my second stay at the Voyager Beachfront. Again, it was a lovely, spacious room. The bed was really comfortable, which was delightful. Fast free Wifi and a central, beachfront location made this a nice place to stay. The only downside was that the bathroom was a little dated, although entirely functional and otherwise faultless. Friendly staff and secure, free onsite parking an easy stroll from everything mean that I would certainly consider staying again. If you're looking for something to do in the evening, and it's the right time of year, it's just across the road to see the Little Penguins come in to their nests in the evenings, and talks are given by the locals for free.

Very tidy directly cross the road and you are on the beach. Great meals also.

Arrival was pleasant by staff at front desk. Room was fair size. Bed very firm. Bathroom was small and tight squeeze. Restaurant outdated, if you like good food I suggest you dine elsewhere was not impressed with quality for the $ overall the experience was average and would look at other options future stays.

Very good place just spotted beach front rooms are amazing very good price even bottle of wine was 13 dollar at the room bar:) all night you observe penguins.

Second week in a row we have been there. The staff are absolutely amazing. All our meals were fantastic. Wonderful atmosphere. Special thanks to the lovely ladies who always take care of us as well as putting up with us. Nerissa, Tamara, Hayley, Jocelyn. Sorry if I left anyone out. 10/10. Give the girls a pay rise.

Room was very comfortable overlooking the beach. Restaurant was very good. Plenty of on-site parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I thought the rate was a bit high for quality of room.

Booked a room payed extra for bath no bath could have stayed some where much cheeper not happy.

Clean room, comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Had a nice meal in the restaurant. Wasn't able to park in the car park and had to park on the street. We were a bit uncomfortable with that, but it turned out ok. Great location close to everything.

Great architecture. Fun history of visitors adorns the lobby walls (musicians and politicians). Great beach view from room 13 — it’s across the road! Central position makes it a perfect stay in Burnie.

I was running late all day, the lovely ladies at reception held the room for me all day with no payment made! I can't thank them enough for being so patient! Great room! Loved staying here!

Fantastic location with so many restaurants/ cafes within walking distance, just across the road to the beach! Great service and modest bedrooms. Definitely will stay again if I go to Burnie.

Arrived, receptionist was great booked us in got to the room wasn't the room we booked online the bedding has bleach stains or something of that nature floor has same stains parking was quiet bad we spoke to a lady in reception she then moved her car out so we could park in the car park wasn't out side our room unfortunately was opposite side of car park but was nice of her as we would of had to leave car out in the street wasn't a very good experience as we payed $158 for 1 night wasn't worth the money.

Everything was amazing. Room was clean. Close to shops, caring staff, and right on the beach.

Very comfortable rooms, in a nice location in the main part of town. Rooms are quiet and dark, great for a restful night. Wifi is free and gives very decent speeds throughout the evening. Rooms and restaurant are a little dated in appearance but these are not big issues for me. Great dinner and breakfast options. Will definitely visit again. :)

26/27 Feb 2017. Paid extra for executive room with supposed beach view. Actually overlooked ex-servo. Room was just average size (didn't get to compare with standard). Bed was Queen size with narrow, paper-thin underlay. The price deserved a King size. Thankfully our other major city stays came standard with this at comparable prices. Reception person was very pleasant. Unit was clean. Handy to excellent beachside café. Value for money? Not really.

We stayed two nights recently and even though the property is older, it's very well equipped and comfortable. Great location, the cooked breakfast was lovely and even though the restaurant was closed the next day for a public holiday, the lovely lady in the the restaurant was very helpful providing us with a toaster, plates and knives so we could make our own breakfast in our rooms the next morning. Highly recommend it and it was only a last minute option as we couldn't stay where we originally wanted to because it was a long weekend. Great choice!

We had a meal in the Raindrops Restaurant with friends last night, we had the steak, which was magnificent, cooked to perfection. The restaurant staff were very professional and and friendly, Tamara waited on our table, she is a very capable and is a perfect restaurant manager. We will definitely be telling our friends it is a great place to dine, and will be back again for another delicious meal. Thankyou.

Had a lovely 2 night stay with you (30th Sept — 2nd Oct) — Receptionist was friendly when we booked in, and was lovely to walk in to a warm room (thanks Mal) … Room was comfortable, spotless and water pressure in the shower was very good… and a lovely view over West Park Beach… Enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant on the Saturday night (for my friend's birthday), lovely atmosphere. Would be happy to stay with you again…

No Wi-Fi all week. Failed to clean rooms even when we requested it. One night we are in the restaurant and really regretted it. Very disappointed! (On the plus side, the towels were soft and thick! )
