Upon arrival in the hovel no one to accept; we called loudly wandering among the lurid and old spaces of the "structure" until a strange lady appeared with a disused and spirited air. Soon after, a voluminous gentleman appeared to strangle a small child screaming and driving her away from us.
I saw the room, the stairs, and… I was able to photograph the lerciume, the decay, the dead flies, the awesome toilet with a smell to faint and the floors unwatchable.
The breakfast closet for guests… as well as the kitchen of the accommodation a mixture of filth and sticky fits.

Breakfast I don't think exists, other than the fact that strange, alcoholic people roamed around the property, a convenience store on the right and a kind of dump on the left.
From the top of the ceiling of the chamber even protruded a strange mysterious metal object (perhaps from the upper floor) and the toilet looked a kind of putrid latrine, so much so that it was decidedly worse than the toilets in Black Africa.

The dirty, smelly bed.

Good price clean hotel but thats all.

Strict minimum. I booked a room for 2, I had for 1 person. I spent 1 night: _ Small price, although in another hotel I have the same price with breakfast included.
Very good location vis-a-vis the city center.
_ External Noises perfectible.
_ Mattress hard.
_ Fine wall, so audible neighbor noise.
But what is unacceptable is to no longer have hot water in the morning before I leave.
I prefer to put a little more and have comfort. I advise you to go in the way.

Clean, friendly, good value.

Correct, not the friendliest at the reception.
Partitions a little thin, simple window glazing which allows to hear the noises of the street.
Attention big Market on Wednesday morning, do not park in the street of the hotel.
Supermarket nearby which allows for shopping.

If you are looking for something for a night and via low cost… then OK.

Value for money. Clean rooms. Great people.

The room was not so clean, small balcony, only one towel, no shampoos provided. The location of the hotel is really convenient only 3 minutes walk to the lake of Agios Nikolaos!

Good location, if you want to be walking distance to the town and restaurants. Studio apartments mean on the roof or 4th floor with the lift only going to the 3rd floor.

Warm reception Although they don't all speak English. Decent and clean room, very good for a few days.

Stayed here with my wife for one night (on the way to another hotel). Large Studio with kitchen. Very small bathroom, uncomfortable shower. There is a balcony. Very hard mattresses — on the morning of the buzzed back.
