Great location very close to town, facilities lovely and Modern and clean. The camp kitchen (although we don’t use it was well stocked). The only negative is the sites are incredibly tight and we couldn’t get our awning out for our weeks visit as there was nowhere to park our car. Value for money — yes.

Awesome caravan park which is in the best location ever with great prices if you stay longer. There is amazing walking/running tracks nearby and it is very close to the main city centre. The facilities were clean and great customer service. It is a bit cramped and hard to get the caravan in your designated spot due to this and you are very close to your neighbours but apart from this, great spot! “Jonique Life”

Close to all city attractions. Can be crowded and sites are quite small. Could make camp kitchen bigger. Laundromat is good 3-4 washers n 2 dryers. Should do both $1 n $2 coins for laundry.

Reason asked 4 late check out as I have injured my knee they wanted $20 I have been travelling this county for many years and never been asked to pay before I will admit I haven't asked very often.

A small park, perfectly located for easy access to the Zoo, City, Adelaide Oval, Linear Bikeway etc. Great facilities and the best of friendly staff who are always on hand to help and make sure your stay is 10/10.

A smaller caravan park in a great location with excellent facilities. The staff are very friendly.

Laundry needs to have time for washing machines and dryers. Units well set out, nearly soundproof.

Clean and tidy cabin, everything we needed was provided. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Also friendly possums in the park.

It was a nice stay but they nee to upgrade them and put more hanging space in the bathroom.

Livela ground and stress free accommodation they even allowed us 3 hours over checkout time as we had an event nearby would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Canadians travelling across Australia… This is the most amazing place to stay if you are in Adelaide. The staff go above and beyond to assist. Everyone who works here has been super friendly and kind. The entire park is clean. All facilities are better than we had expected. If you are planning to stay in Adelaide this is the place to stay. Close to everything but it doesn't feel you're in the city. I wish I could give Adelaide Caravan Park more than 5 stars because they deserve it!

Staying here for work and what a great location. Close to the cbd and in a quiet area. But this is just the opening remarks. Any tradesperson needing accomadation in Adelaide look no further. The staff and David the owner could not be more helpful. We are doing a double week here with fly in fly out required and they are happy to accommodate a late check out look after a van we need here and when a parcel arrives from interstate more than happy to receive it and then ring you to let you know it’s arrived The pubs at the end of the road 200 metres away and what more do I need to say but. I’ll be using this accomadation on all trips to Adelaide.

Stayed in the standard cabin for a few days. Toilet area & bathroom area are quiet small, but we are small people so it was ok. Clean tidy & comfortable. Had everything we needed. Very polite & helpful office staff.

Best place to stay in adelaide. I dont even bother look8ng elsewhere.

We suppose to stay 2 nights but booked for 3 nights and during our stay things started going missing from out tent behind our back when we were outside but we didn't thought to report and on the last day our whole kitchen items listed in the "Coles" receipt gone missing. I'll list few of the stolen items. SaucePan Jumbo Frypan Eggs Oats Utility knife Bamboo board Items missing from our tent Headphones Chargers Power cable Lamp ETC They have the "Camera sign" in the kitchen but there's no surveillance recordings in the whole area including kitchen. I went to the RECEPTION and the polite staff member said we can't do anything about it. I highly recommend to either look for a better and secure place to spend your holidays OR bring "MASTERS LOCK" with a chain for your items and belonging to have a piece of mind.

Excellent location to use as a base to venture into the city. Caravan spots are quite tight but clean and clear. Amenities are modern enough and clean.

Not accessible for disabled people at all. It was a nightmare trying to navigate this place, even though from the info I got before booking it seemed very accommodating. The owners were very rude when I brought this to their attention.

Cabins were ok # clean but dated. As a tent camper I wouldn't want to stay here in a tent as the extremely small cramped overcrowded gravel tent sites (shared with camper vans) are uninviting and "rubbish" to say the least. Convenient location to Adelaide City.

A 20-minute walk from downtown. Excellent urban camping with swimming pool whose water is rather cold, free Wi-Fi toaster BBQ fridge freezer. Electricity and water on all sites. Fifty dollars a night. Clean laundry and sanitary. The sites are gravel. No turf. Several cabins (all included).

The camping ground is really tiny. But it is in the middle of the city. 30 min walking too the center. No activity what so ever. If you want too see the city camping here is amazing. But if you also want too see the surrounding areas than you should stand some where in the outer ring of the city. Because traffic will be blocking your way out of the city. The facilities are nice and clean. They have a kitchen aswel. We payed for 2 nights with power 81 dollars. We went too this camping site because in the end if you would stand on a Other campaign site outside the city center. You would have too pay for the transportation aswel.

My Family spent two weeks here. It was initially suppose to be one week but decided on an extra week. The staff are very friendly, the accommodation are to a great standard. It's also in a great location. Walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and the Adelaide Zoo. Swimming pool and a park and enough play area to kick the footy around or have a game of cricket just over the fence. Very clean and the owners and staff take great pride in their duties.
Adelaide caravan park is also situated in a very quiet area.
Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Nice clean park but very close quaters to all other caravans. Not much room for cars and large vans have limited spaces. Helpful with parking and leaving.

It s small but near the center of adelaide (30 min walking). Very clean and quiet. Honest price (50 for 4people and 2 cars) kitchen, toilet clean. Very good adress.

Good Wi-Fi. Beautiful walkways through botanical gardens to CBD. Shady and sunny sites. Suburban setting. Public transport nearby. Senior management very accommodating, but young staff frivolous in customer treatment, unwilling to go the extra mile in helping find available sites. Latter group needs training or replacement.

The park is small, quaint and tidy. Only minutes from city and public transport. The cabin is nicely renovated.

Good Caravan Park located very close to the City. The amenities were clean and the staff was very friendly. Wifi connectivity was okay.

Great experience. The camping is very close to the zoo. The manager was very kind: because I was without a car, he drove me to the nearest supermarket to do the shopping.

Were so happy with the value cabin until we found so many utensils no in good condition. The stove top somehow tripped the power, taps were leaking, tumble dryer didn't tumble. Still a good place on good location with flaws.

Unfortunately very disappointing. Arrived quite late, but once in cabin found the bathroom dink had not been cleaned and a used cake of soap left behind along with a packet of buttons. Also mirror had a large amount of toothpaste or sips splashed on it, so hadn't been cleaned. Found bath mat, hand towel and face washer in a pile on the bathroom floor. Not sure if clean or dirty. Won't be using them just in case. No coffee, only tea bags and sugar. Smokers pot on step hadn't been emptied. Ugh! Sorry, but I had to post…

Awesome location right beside the Botanic gardens (which are fantastic) and the CBD, very clean toilets and showers.

We stayed in a cabin for 3 nights and it was lovely perfect place to stay so close the CBD and the Zoo etc… Very quite and clean caravan park the cabin was great had everything we needed we are already thinking about coming back again next year and upsizing to the next size cabin (villa). Thanks again for a wonderful affordable place to for a family. =)

Sites are fairly close together and it feels a little cramped, but what can you expect this close to the city? About 20 minutes walk into town, very good and clean amenities and friendly staff. There are still lots of trees around and it's nice and green. Best option if you want to be close to town. For a city caravan park, the price is also pretty reasonable.
