Fabulous food, friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Just love this place. Marto and Gen are the best hosts and make you feel so welcome. We stayed in the caravan park for 6 nights and used all the facilities at the resort. A great base to explore the area and come back at the end of the day to relax in the peaceful surroundings.
Loved Banjo the wallaby but don’t feed him!
Make sure you come on a weekend and join in the fun in the restaurant with Marto and other muso’s to entertain you!

Excellent food, great hosts and staff with a laidback atmosphere and plenty of singing and dancing thanks to the talented Marto. Top camping spot and a great way to spend a few days chilling out. Cheers to the Fern’s crew for making our stay so enjoyable.

Such a lovely place to stay, we camped here and dined at the restaurant, the food was great but the hospitality was amazing. The owners/staff here can’t do enough for you. The creek is absolutely beautiful to swim and canoe in, there is lots of wildlife. Will be back for sure.

Fantastic hospitality, lovely cabins and a beautiful setting.
The restaurant does a great meal and the live music is a must see. John is a great talent and will sing almost anything and performed Edelweiss for my little fella as it's one of his favourite songs to go to sleep to.

We had our wedding on the 14th September 2019 and What a great venue for an absolutely amazing day/weekend! Thank you for having us! Marto had the best advice on anything you wanted to ask an made us feel at home, the food was absolutely amazing! The weather was beautiful and we had a wonderful weekend!

Once again a magical experience had by us both at this soul-food of a place to stay. Great canoeing, swim in creek and pool, embarrassing 'game' of tennis and relaxing soak in the spa. Take our hats off to both Gen and Marto, the place is a credit to you both. Until next time.

Ferns have a variety of accommodation ranging from non powered campsite with a great little ranch style communal area and private cabins. There's a pool, bushwalks and canoeing free to paying guests. Meals available at the restaurant and live music entertainment on weekends. Very friendly.

Stayed in the cabins for a weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, canoeing, pool, tennis, rainforest walks. The food was excellent and The music exceptional Marco had the whole room up on the dance floor. Will always return to Ferns.

This place is amazing! So close to home and perfect for a weekend of R&R! Do yourself a favour and get away! Cruise up the creek in a canoe Then shout yourself to dinner… the restaurant and entertainment are top notch Marto and Gen are the best.

We loved the canoeing on the lake, the pool & spa, the beautiful cabin which is private & felt like everything had been thoughtfully chosen to create comfort, the restaurant & live entertainment, food was delicious, and a massive Thankyou to the owner/singer who played "my brown eyed girl" as my partner requested. You sang it beautifully and created a memory that will last forever for us!
Thankyou so much for an overall amazing experience! We can't wait to come back.
