I'd give 5 stars for location cleanliness and staff but your Beds and Bathrooms the bed was so hard I had to sleep on the floor with cushions, the staff tried to make it better for me but I had no sleep for two nights and the bath shower combo was so high to step in and out of. Please get better mattresses!

Clean, comfortable and close to many great restaurants and highlights of Broadbeach.

Been here many times. Rooms always clean and serviced weekly. Staff friendly and helpful and requests for help met quickly. Warm covered pool and spa. Complex is not new but it's well maintained and kept spic and span. Very handy to Broadbeach amenities, shopping and public transport. Sunny units.

Big balcony good location and in central of the town closed every thing like tram lines and bus stop.

What a wonderful place… classy in a quaint Bogun way — great place for a threesome in the jacuzzi or a romp in the bushes — many GILFS — highly recommended.

Bed is very comfortable, but the rest is dated, especially bathrooms and kitchens, well at least in the room I stayed it mared the trip.

Bought a package, enjoyed part of it but not impressed with the massage I received which was what I was looking forward to the most.

Amazing! we had an interconnecting room it was huge! great layout and hotel is very big and great pool options indoor and out door.

Old and run down, maybe already had its hay day! They give you one twel each for your whole stay of a week. And two rolls of toilet paper then charge you for the rest. When is Australia going to wake up to customer service at our hotels which charge like wounded bulls. If you charge like a wounded bull at least give some service. Not happy.

Convenient location so close to shops and dining. Easy walk to the beach. Secure parking with easy access via ally way. Friendly helpful staff. Loved the option of an indoor pool. Beautiful surrounds. Only had a partial ocean view, lovely none the less. Our room was on the 7th floor, very spacious with a lovely balcony. Comfortable furnishings. FREE Wi-Fi! Would highly recommend a stay here to friends and family.

We come here every year. It is nice, clean, beautiful pool and centrally located. Great service too.

Central location in Broadbeach. Older apartments but in very good condition a lot larger than many in that area. Our new fav for this area. Under cover parking. Short walk to beach.

Nicely located. A little tired though, needs a revamp. Shower head in the unit would not stay upright.

Good place to stay if going to a convention as next door to the Convention Centre and short walk to The Star. Closer walk to beach also.

Vintage style resort, very friendly and helpful staff, perfectly located amongst the restaurants and shops in Broadbeach. Didn't cost an arm and a leg! Great view great stay!

Staff were very friendly courteous & helpful. The Rooms were clean/tidy & comfortable it was a great holiday destination the location, shopping, dining, and beach is all at your fingertips. Definately stay there again. 10/10.

Planning a family holiday? Then you can't go past the Phoenician Resort Gold Coast. The Phoenician's 2 bedroom apartments in Broadbeach can actually sleep up to 6, with a gorgeous master suite, a twin bedded room, plus a sofa bed. And you get a separate living area — just fabulous!

3 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Room spacious and clean. Close to bars and restaurants, very short walk to tram and convention centre. Great service. Will stay again.

Close to public transport. Great sized room. Large well maintained pool. Great helpful staff.

The spa was terrible. I booked my wife and I in for a 3 hour massage, facial, etc, deal and I said to them that we wanted as a part of the deal was at least a 1 hour massage. They agreed but when we arrived there seemed to be a problem with that. Eventually, they said that they could but, in the end, I got a 30 minute one. I was finished at the 2 hour mark instead of 3. There was also a lot of sitting around waiting between activities. I would say that of the 2 hours elapsed time, I waited for half an hour. Completely unsatisfactory. I would give it no stars but this site won't allow me.

Multi-equipped dream apartments (including household appliances, dryer, dishwasher, CD etc) of excellent design, strategic location both in the centre and at the sea, clean, unforgettable balconies (I was at the top) the SPA is fantastic: one of the best Places I have been: I have not been recently but my greatest memory is the marbles, whites, transparencies: a Dream place!

Excellent location, great staff, a little noisey sometimes.

We have just spent the last week here and have enjoyed every minute. Clean, quiet, relaxing with all the amenities you need right at your doorstep. No need to hire a car. Bus passes right out the front to Surfers and Theme Parks. The patrolled beach is 1 block away and every cuisine imaginable is right within walking distance (even crappy ol Maccas if you can't live without it). Woolworths around the corner and Pacific Fair Shopping Center a few more down. We'll be back. Great locale!

Very helpful staff, it's a shame they have to work under what is clearly terrible management… sorry, that's all I have for this place, I also experienced an out of order safe, meaning the security of my valuable was at stake and the mantra group is just so up themselves… a shout out to the lower level staff who should be paid the higher level wages, I really hope The board at Mantra reads this for themselves!.

Just went there few weeks ago, truly awesome feeling. I would go again next time. The food, rooms and their hospitality is superb. Next time I would go with my family and friends and will rock the coming events… :)

Supposedly, the Mantra Phoenician is a 4-star hotel. Doesn't feel like it. Perhaps a few quotes from the "Welcome" letter will help provide some context around my feeling: 1. "The apartments are not serviced daily. If your booking is for 8 nights or more, you will receive a Mid-Stay Service, including change of linen/towels. " 2. "Extra linen can be hired from reception at an additional cost. " 3. "On departure, we kindly ask that all rubbish within the unit is removed to the chute located on each level prior to check out. Also, to avoid excessive cleaning charges it is asked that you clean any dishes that you may have utilised during your stay. " 4. "The apartment safes within the building are currently Out Of Order, and management are in the process of having them replaced. Apologies for any inconvenience. " I've never stayed anywhere with these types of policies before, let alone a hotel that is supposedly 4-star! The plus side was that the one staff member we dealt with during our stay was very helpful & friendly. The Service rating of 0 is a reflection of the policies rather than the staff.
