Do not stay at this place! Absolutely filthy dirty walls, stained mattresses, bathroom FULL of mould, carpet stains everywhere, outdated dirty couch with smoke stains all over it, the list goes on! This is not 4 stars, I expressed my concerns to the manager who was unhelpful and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. Beware spend your money elsewhere!

Splendido Resort, although we have only been here for one day I can say the accommodation is well presented, apartments are spacious and we are definitely happy with the location.

Not sure how this compares to other places in the gold coast, but I didn't find it up to the standard of what we received for the same price in Brisbane as the rooms were not as up to date as other places we stayed. It is close to the beach which was good, and we did make use of the outdoor BBQ a few times which was great. The bed was VERY old however, to the point that each spring is poking you in the back when you sleep.

Just visited for a few hours, but looked like nice place to stay.

Recently stayed here with our 3 kids was perfect! had everything we needed and the kids loved it so modern and fresh we will definitely be back!

Such a nice little self contained apartment. Love the courtyard for the kids plus the other friendly guests. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Travelling from Melbourne and had a terrible flight then problems all morning. Was ready to jump on the next flight home. Got to the hotel 4 hours before check in and the lovely staff did whatever was needed so we could check in early. Amazing service, would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. Clean and tidy great amenaties … BBQ area, pool and close to eateriesand beach.

Save your money and find somewhere else. This place is disgraceful, I stayed here for a period of 3 days and three nights with my family. Bed bugs were in rife in the apartment and both myself and my child were covered in bites. When we contacted the onsite manager he was not available and when he did "he did not understand". I explained to him that there were bed bugs in the apartment and the place needed to be sprayed. The health department has been notified in regard to this incident. All mattresses needed to be sprayed and linen cleaned. I threw the linen out into the stairwell and I sprayed the mattresses myself with an insect spray. There was no other accomodation that weekend otherwise I would have checked out. I was put up in another apartment at my request as I could not stay in this. The general maintenance of the apartment was unsatisfactory and definately not 4 star — All utensils and crockery needed to be recleaned and I wiped down marks on the wall. The lounge springs were broken and when you sat down you fell through the cushions. The floors and outdoor furniture were disgraceful and the BBQ and pool was unclean. I would never stay here again. Lots of negative comments from owner of complex as he does not want to face the truth, I use an alias because of my professional name.

Nice and clean apartment. Good location. Not perfect but more than enough. The staff was nice, polite and helpful. Quite shocking to see some incredible bad reviews.

We spent a long weekend at Splendido just recently. It’s a wonderful little resort very conveniently placed on the Gold Coast, and quite close to the beach. The resort is very modern and all aspects were immaculate. The unit was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool area and surrounding grounds are very well kept, and clean. We also found the manager to be very pleasant and only to happy to help and advise us regarding our visit. We’ve recommended Splendido to our family and friends, and we’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

This is one of the best places that I have ever stayed. Nice and Neat and everything we need. I would recommend this place to my friends for sure. Also surprisingly it is very quiet inside the apartment. As it is close to GC hwy this is more than what I expected. So good.

I’ve been booking the family holiday in this apartment. The service is great. Manger was so nice give me all the tips for which place is the best place to go. Room is nice tidy and clean. I will definitely back again.

My favourite holiday resort on the Gold Coast. Plenty of parking. You can walk to the beach. The managers always make my family feel welcome.
