A wonderfully maintained building that has beautiful large rooms. Perfect for our family. The pool, spa and gardens are stunning in this gem of an apartment block. Large car parking spaces and a well designed layout make the property simply wonderful for a easy stay, where you can just relax and enjoy the most amazing views the GC has to offer.

We have loved our long weekend stay at Norfolk. So happy with the amazing view of the beach. Waking up with the view and sound of the ocean is heavenly. Apartments are spacious and clean. The fam and I thought we could just move in. Quiet and clean. Pool and spa area is very clean. Staff have been amazing and very welcoming. Definitely coming back for our regular mini vacays.

Stayed here for a week after fire damage to our kitchen. Michael and Brooke were so accomodating helping us deal with our crisis and always so friendly. Will definitely come back to stay. Rooms were lovely and spacious and felt very homey with everything you would need in a self contained unit. Highly recommended.

Been here a number of times now for GC600. Great location best view rain or shine. Management are outstanding and Brooke is the boss.

Been here just over a month due to house renovations and it has been an AMAZING mini holiday to take the stress from the reno's. Staff are incredibly helpful, Michael goes out of his way to help whenever he can :) there is everything you need in the apartment from kitchen utensils, to cleaning, there is a tennis court, and Barbecue facility, walking distance to Tedder Ave to dine out at the most amazing cafe's/restaurant "local &C0. Being a family's favourite, close to trams & shops, Definitely a 5 ***** experience!

Not long ago I stayed at the Norfolk resort with my bridal party along with my mum and cousin. Went for a weekend away to find myself a wedding dress which in the end was a success. We arrived at the resort and with a lovely and warm greeting from Brooke the owner of the resort, felt instantly relaxed and welcomed. Because we arrived early Brooke let us drop all our bags off before we could check in and directed us to a nice place for a champage brunch to kick start our weekend while they got our room ready. When we finished our delicious meal we got a call from Brooke saying our room was ready early which for amazing, so we had time to freshen up before my appointment at 2 at the bridal shop. Walking into the apartment I was instantly taken back with how beautiful it was, so clean and homely and they view over looking the beach was just breathtaking. Everything that you need was there, didn't want to leave. The next day was the end of a little get away and was sad to go, but it doesn't end there. When I got on the plane heading back to Melbourne I noticed that I didn't have my engangment ring on my finger and knew straight away when I took it off and where I left it, I suddenly felt sick so the flight home I was a mess. When we landed I called Brooke straight away, while still on the phone she went up to the apartment and was able to find ring, I was so relieved.

Spacious modern apartments. Contact with reception was minimal and hard to get hold of although they were very friendly. Pool was nice but small. Good bbq area. Very close to Main Beach.

We absolutely loved out time here. Very sad to have to say goodbye. Michael and his wife were so caring and friendly. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the view from level 12 was amazing! The pool and outside amenities were again amazing. Seriously anyone reading this go stay here… you won't be let down.

Exceptional! Truly value for money. Perfect location with 180 degree ocean view. Just 3 min walk to Main beach. Everything is excellent.

Lovely rooms across the road from the beach in a lovely part of the Goldcoast. There are many options that can have lits of friends up to 6 people. Michael the owner is a lovely person to deal with and would do business with him again in the future.

We have stayed at this place twice now and loved it both times.

Perfect location close to patrolled beach and short walk to Tedder Ave. Great apartments also. To top it off the service from Michael and the team at front desk is incredible, they always give you heaps of time and great advice.

A beautiful family apartment. With a magnificent ocean view. Specially sunrise and moon raising over the water. Above all that a friendly manager. Looking forward to go back on our next holidays.

We stayed here in October in a 3 bedroom ground floor apartment. Absolutely beautiful it was. It was our home away from home. Very spacious and very clean. Beaches are right across the road, and so central to everything we wanted to do. The owners are a beautiful young couple, who go out of their way to make your stay 1 to remember! Definately the best place I have ever stayed at and can't wait to go back again.

Absolutely disgusted that in this day and age people can still be as rude and incompetent as the staff at this hotel (husband and wife managers). Would not stay a night in this hotel again if I was paid!

First, The view was really wonderful…! Manager's friendly and even while swimming reminds me of grilled lamb and wine. ^^

We rented two three bedroom apartments Level 1 room 4 and Level 4 Room 13, I would definitely recommend staying here. It is close to all amenities and tourist attractions and a walk across the road takes you directly to tower 39 on Main Beach. The Apartment managers go above and beyond to make sure your needs are catered for. We had 11 people staying and they organised car rentals and all our theme park passes with no troubles whatsoever. We will definitely consider staying here when we come back to visit. Such a great experience to receive incredible attention and customer focused service.

Really enjoyed our stay, we made good use of local theme parks, and the local main beach, as well as local restaurants. The rooms themselves were well furnished and comfortable, the WiFI was OK, but not great. The pool was warm and clean, and great to use after a shower when returning from the beach, or when it's too windy. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Really nice and new now that it has been renovated. Our room has been overtaken by a creepy owlcat though.
