Denied us service yet took our money, drove 7 hours for them to say that 18 is not an adult and we can’t enter as we would trash their rooms, claimed we were there for schoolies when we weren’t.

Great location & excellent friendly staff.

Third time here and can’t fault this place, staff are wonderful, rooms are always clean and tidy, great location close to shopping centre, Dracula’s, casino and beach, if you want a great place at affordable price why not try this place you won’t be disappointed, coffee shop on ground floor is great as well
We definitely be back with more of our friends.

Fabulous place to stay. Booked the Penthouse which is certainly worth the extra cost. Clean, spacious, well presented & furnished had a wonderfully warm homely feel. Pool area whilst not huge was a great place to relax & unwind. Friendly staff & so close to Pacific Fair, restaurants & the beach. Highly recommend.

Seems ok only just arrived clean and tidy not a bad size room.

Very helpful and polite staff, that we do anything to help you, great, roomy and tidy rooms, also are family friendly oriented. And generally feel relaxed every time I stay here. Fantastic friendly manager’s, I absolutely love the place I would recommend anybody to stay here.

Great rooms and close to al amenities.

First time staying in Broadbeach and this resort was perfect, I'll definitely be back. I had a very quiet and relaxing weekend, rooms were clean and staff were friendly. 10 outta 10

I can highly recommend Neptune Resort. I have stayed here many times after staying at a few other places in and around Broadbeach and Surfers. Now I wouldnt stay anywhere else. Easy, secured underground parking, very helpfully concierge, fast lift, very large quiet room, great air on, deep bath, hot shower, very comfortable bed, very large pool and spa area, great bbq area, love the cafe that opened at 6am every morning, great views off the large balcony, I could go on and on. Love the kitchen and laundry in our room. So easy to catch the tram just across the road or walk over to pack fair or a 2 minute walk down to the lovely Broadbeach mall and shops and beach and restaurant and surf club. A+ holiday spot for our family. We will be back agan and agan xx Nichole.

Second time here, won’t be the last, good location, within easy walking distance of beaches, shops and transport. Lovely rooms as well.

I have just spent 5 days here and it has been wonderful. Spacious, most importantly very clean, hygienic and everything you need at your fingertips. Fully self contained. Staff were so pleasant to assist with at anytime. Noise was very low at times l didn’t hear much at all. Great cafe on ground floor! Definitely returning here as it was 2 min walk to beach, casino and Pacific Fair Shops. AAA++++

Great place to stay. Close to everything. Staff were awesome and loved the cafe downstairs. The barista was lovely and made the best coffee.

First room I was put in was right next to pool and opened out into atrium/reception area so was pretty noisy from 7am when the pool opened and screaming kids were running around it. Asked to move, which they wanted to charge me to do at first but eventually moved me free of charge. New room was much better for one night/morning, but then on the last two mornings power tools and hammering was happening in the room directly behind the bedroom from 8am and all morning. Not super early but still, we weren't even warned it would happen. Amenities are OK but it's showing its age and the plumbing is kind of loud too. The cafe in the bottom of the resort do good coffee. Overall, not sure if recommend, but my experience might have been an unfortunate anomaly.

Good neat convenient place for a holiday. I has such a peaceful time and ocean view from my appartment great.

Good accommodation although needs some basic maintainance especially outdoor furniture, bed topper required and stove top. Well positioned for public transport and the beach.

Good location in south Broadbeach, near the convention center, Kurrawa & Surfers Paradise.

Very cute and what you pay for. Rooms are clean the cafe downstairs does amazing coffee and big breakfast. Plus some friendly water dragons visit you in the morning.

2nd visit here. They go out of their way to help out, the units are clean, the beach a stroll. Shops, transport, casino, restaurants and convention centre all a short walk. The pool sparkles with its daily clean.

My partner & I stayed this weekend for the first time and loved it! The room was lovely and modern, bed & pillows were super comfy. The bath was awesome! The room was very quiet at night and I was pleasantly surprised by the Coffee bags & fresh milk in the fridge. Being self contained it would be great for a longer stay next time. Though we didn't deal directly with Reception for check in the team was very friendly and greeted us each time we passed by. Loved the allocated car parking, free Wi-Fi and the cafe downstairs. Close to everything we will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay. Coffee shop downstairs is awesome and people in the management are very welcoming and friendly.

No Wifi, am sorry to say I was unimpressed. Reception that checked me in, seemed rude. Its like her smiles were forced. I was in a room for a week & the lounge was terrible & bed absolutely need updating. The breakfast dwnstairs was the best thing which wasnt included.

Had a great stay. The staff are friendly, the facilities comfortable and modern and the onsite cafe is very nice too. And the pool was so warm! Thanks for making our weekend great :)

Staff were lovely. Coffee shop on ground floor was great. Great location. Close to everything. The room we stayed in was a bit "tired" but clean and comfortable. I would certainly recommend it and would stay there again.

Neptune Resort is a quaint little motel with good facilities. The rooms are very spacious and it appears the resort has invested money into refurbishing the apartments, making them look quite modern and homely.

Great little place! Location is excellent. The beach is a few minutes walk away. The casino is across the street as is the Pacific Fair Mall. An abundance of restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

The resort was a perfect place to stay as the apartments had everything you needed, it was neat and clean. The staff were very polite and friendly. Would visit again.

We had a wonderful time at Neptune Resort, close to everything the staff were welcoming, helped us with sorting bookings out just marvelous, will recommend staying there, when we come back to gold coast will deffently stay back there.

We had a wonderful stay at Neptune to celebrate a special family event and the new managers, Richard and Rebecca, went above and beyond to ensure our time with them was an amazing and memorable few days. Fantastic facilities, kids loved the pool area and the cafe served a fantastic range of food and great coffee. Location perfect and within walking distance to the beach, pacific fair, casino and restaurants. Thanks for a fabulous stay, we will be recommending to all our family and friends.

Stayed here for 8 days and loved every moment of it. Friendly staff and very helpful. Great cafe down stairs with nice food. Would recommend to everyone and if we are ever on the Gold Coast again would definitely stay here again.

Had a great 15 nights at the Neptune and couldn't find fault. The new proprietors Richard and Rebecca were friendly and helpful-nothing was too much bother. They have only been there a short time and are working very hard to bring the level of the complex up to a very high standard. The pool was lovely and we used it every day. It was so close and handy to amenities like the trams, buses, pacific fair Jupiters, the Oasis and beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Thank you.
