Fantastic location close to cafe's and restaurants, fantastic swimming pool and the beach is only 200m down the road. Manager is a great bloke and is very helpful. The best place our family has stayed on the Gold Coast.

Love Montana Palms. Two bedroom apartments are perfect for a family of four and reasonable for our family holiday. Great location, close to everything. Short walk to the beach and lovely pool. We visit the coast each December for a week and meet up with other family members who also stay there. My favourite is unit one. Dec 2017 was our 9th year. Highly recommend.

What an amazing place to stay! Walking distance to the essentials (shopping centre, family restaurants, beach) & the room was perfect. Graham was so friendly & helpful, nothing was too hard to help us with. Highly recommend you stay here if you have a family or even just a couple getting away. Thankyou so much, we’ll definitely be back.

Have been staying at Montana Palms for 15 years. The new owners are very friendly and are doing a fantastic job. Very clean and a perfect location. Great value too!

Love this place and look forward to coming again next year. Fantastic location and facilities. We stayed in apartment 1 and it has everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The apartment had a new kitchen and pool has been heated since our last visit — fantastic! FOXTEL in the bedroom is a nice touch. The apartment could use a coat of paint but is clean and comfortable as is. It truly is our home away from home. Thanks :)

Very reasonably priced accommodation handy to beach, surf club and restaurants. Nice gardens, pool and spa. No internal access from undercover carpark a drawback.

Love this place. Not our first stay and won't be our last. Biggest improvement since our last visit is the pool is now heated to a swimmable temperature in the cooler months. We stayed in unit 2. Love that they had recliner chairs/ lounge to put your feet up at end of busy day… only negatives were the pillows on main bed were too thin. But that's hardly a negative and a little table to sit a drink on would be nice. Reaching coffee table inconvenient if you have the recliner chair open. If it affected me too bad I'd go n buy myself a new pillow. Our unit looked like a new kitchen had just been installed and was very cleaning tidy.

Great place to stay. Unit was amazing, very spacious, modern and clean. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get away and have nice quiet break.

We had a great family holiday at Montana Palms in Mermaid Beach. The apartment was furnished nicely, close to the beach and shopping centre. Restaurants were within walking distance.

Montana Palms is the ideal place to stay. The unit we stayed in did need upgrading, however it had everything we wanted. The heated pool and spa are wonderful and the gardens are well maintained. It has very close access to the beach and cafes and easy car hire from Surfers Rent a Car. Public transport is also easy with a local 777 bus direct from the airport. Go Cards for public transport are available at Broadbeach South G Link station (one bus stop from Montana Palms), or the news agency in Pacific Fair. Melanie and Graham are lovely people and very attentive to the needs of the guests. We will definitely return.

We spent a wonderful week at Montana Palms Holiday Apartments recently. Our hosts Graham and Melanie were awesome and nothing was too much trouble for them. The Apartments are perfect and there was absolutely nothing that was not provided. The resort boasts free Wi-Fi, a lovely heated pool and spa and secure parking. Montana Palms are just a stones throw from the Casino, Pacific Fair Shopping Center and the Beach. Our visit was primarily a golfing holiday and all the golf courses are within a 15 min drive. We would highly recommend Montana Palms Apartments as a beautiful location for anyone booking accommodation the Gold Coast. Thanks Graham & Melanie.

Lovely area to stay in if you are wanting somewhere close to Surfers Paradise, but not in the heart of it. Extremely well kept rooms, with great facilities, a home away from home. The people running the place we're very pleasant and helpful, I would definitely stay there again!

Great apartment complex, the new owners have just taken over and are pleasant and friendly, Melanie was helpful with local information regarding restaurants and Sporting clubs, our group were there for a golfing week and the location of the complex was perfect, the beach is down at the end of the road and perfect for a morning walk or run.

This was the best place that we had ever stayed in. The people running the place were a pleasure to deal with. The rooms were excellent too very clean and tidy. I would recommend this place and I would go back there in a flash. So close to so much the water, Pacific Fair within walking distance, not far from the airport, fantastic spot. You should visit you won't be disappointed.
