The room was clean modern and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need. Great value. Would definitely stay again.

Great location perfect view!

We checked in last minute on Monday night. We stayed on the 31st floor and omg the views were spectacular. Our room was beautiful and so clean. Beds were massive and very comfortable. Room service everyday with fresh towels and toiletries. Plenty of parking space and easily accessible to everything. Staff were always helpful and happy to answers any questions we had. We’ll be coming back here for sure. 10/10

Unfortunately the service provide was terrible. The room and hotel itself is lovely but not worth the stress from the staff. I was trying to book for my wedding however this task was to difficult for them. Would stay elsewhere!

We had a week there it was great the service was great and friendly, will come back here next year, it’s my first chance.

Try to stay at room 3201 or 3202 that is the best suites and view either ocean view or Gold Coast views.

Have stayed here many times, always clean, with great service and lovely rooms. Food and the beach is a couple of minutes from the door as well, great location!

Beautiful rooms, very spacious! Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with coworkers which was nice to have that extra space. Beds are so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it! The only downside I could say is that there is no bottled water in the rooms or any options for ordering food if required.

This was a fantastic location for me needing to go to the convention centre. It's a very short walk and easy to navigate. You are fully self-sufficient and the rooms are a great size. My only real issue was how loud my fridge was. A couple of times I thought someone was trying to break in as it was so loud! When it stopped the room was quiet. There is also a white roller over a window so it let's a lot of light in the room that you can't block off. If you need a dark room don't get a room in the corner of the building. Staff were great and easy access via car and PT.

Best place to stay on the Gold Coast ever from the time we checked in to the time we checked out for birthday the staff were so friendly and always helpful when we needed something. The forms were the best quality as well definitely worth the money and Would highly recommend to anyone that’s wanting to stay here.

Rooms nice (not cramped), bed comfy, lots of cupboard space. A full sized fridge, microwave, small cooktop and crockery & cutlery makes self catering easy. Great that a coffee pod machine is also provided! Small work table is good for after hours work if needed. Separate couch to watch TV. Small table and 2 chairs on balcony also perfect for putting up one's feet after a busy day. Parking rates are very reasonable, and the location is very close to lots of bars, cafe's and restaurants.

Not only good but the best, LOTS OF ROOM I Couldn't ask for better. Staff very thy do everything for you. The rooms always nice clean when out shopping and get back. Nice view sea view on balcony we like to 2 cups of coffee just looking at sea. Thank you Meriton for the time and looking after my wife & l. Joe&dot. We'll be back. God's blessing. What a wonderful hotel. From the checkin experience to the room it was amazing! Staff are so helpful and professional and the room was wow! Clean, spacious everything you need and what a great view from the balcony! Highly recommend.

The stay at the Meriton Suites was to die for. The suites are huge and well catered for. The staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you. I needed an ambulance at about 2 am and the night staff kept checking to see if I was ok before the ambulance arrived. I definitely can’t wait to stay here again. The staff helped us celebrate our Anniversary by giving us complementary bottle of wine and a signed card by the staff.

I stayed last Thursday for the one night and can only say good things about check in and the help of staff. Everyone was friendly, the room was lovely with a view to the ocean. My only issue was that I accidentally left a dress in the wardrobe and it's not been found or seen. I went back to Meriton Broadbeach and the fellow at the desk was helping in what seemed everyday possible but my dress has disappeared. I'm not happy about it as it was a fairly new item. Meriton Hotel was unbelievable, starting with such a great check-in. James from reception was funny, informative and gave great advice on restaurants in the area! The hotel was clean, fresh, modern and in the perfect location. Shopping centres, beach and restaurants and bars. Definitely would be coming back.

The staff at the Meriton were outstanding. Beau and Anna at the desk arranged a great corner studio apartment with wonderful ocean views and organised a bottle of champagne, balloons and flowers for our Anniversary weekend. Beau also organised a late check out and free parking.
The staff were extremely polite and friendly. I love the Meriton the rooms are moden, clean and very comfortable. I love the fact you just jump on a tram and in a short time your in the Gold coast. Broadbeach also has lots to offer. The restaurants are fabulous lots to choose from and all in a short walk or hop skip and jump from the Meriton. I highly recommend the stay. Thank you so much for making my stay absolutely fantastic.

Excellent and spacious apartment. Beautiful view. Location wise its a Winner. Close to shopping mall, restaurant and across Star Casino. Facilities are excellent outdoor pool and indoor pool, gym and pop up coffee in the morning. Fantastic.

We had a great time staying here. Professional staff welcomed us on arrival. The room and building was very well kept and modern. Loved the indoor poor and spa. Very close to the beach and oasis supermarket. Located across the road was the G-link, made it alot easier to travel. Pacific Fair is only walking distance if you like shopping. Unfortunately my misses does, now all my money is gone and she has left me broke! I'm not kidding. Other than that we had no issues at all and will recommend this hotel from now on. We will be back again, Thank you! :)

Level 25. Corner studio suite. Best views of the ocean! Shame it was raining the entire time, but still enjoyed it. Emma at reception was such a delight and so helpful. When we got to our room there was complimentary cuvée to celebrate our anniversary. Great gym and pool too!

The ideal on Broadbeach Gold Coast.

Room was perfect. Customer service amazing and ample parking. Best part was that they had a coffee pod machine in the room! Love!

We had a great experience, check in and out was super easy. Friendly staff. Upgraded our room for free. Great location. Easy to get to. Next to lots of shops and of course near the beach. Loved it, definitely will be back.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very close to the mall, beach and shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and we were allowed to check in early. The room was a studio ocean facing one and although very nice, it had some cleaning issues. The fridge, some cupboards, bathroom tiles and the balcony glass had dirt marks on them like it wasn’t cleaned at all before our visit. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely use Meriton again. The rates are cheap for the location.

This is a great place to stay. Impeccable service, all the staff were more than helpful in anyway needed. Great room for a family of four, very clean and well equipped. The house keeping service which we received daily was great. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit the Gold Coast.

Stayed there the past 3 nights. I had a one bedroom ocean view room and it was just beautiful. The room was very clean, the reception staff and the house keeping staff were very helpful and friendly. Even though it said this is a non-smoking property we still had cigarette smoke coming in from the neighbours, and the "high-speed" internet was not so high speed. Nevertheless, I had a great experience. The facilities are great (outside and indoor pool as well as a gym). Would definitely go there again.

I travel state to state, week to week and hotel to hotel and can say that this place is one of the best for me. Stand out believe it or not is the border Beau. The guy is an absolute legend and has made my stay recently with my girlfriend that extra special. His nature and level of preffessinalism as well as personality is rare and I would personally be worried of competing hotels placing him. The rooms are amazing and views unbelievable and we were given a complimentary bottle of champagne because of a room mix up which wasn’t even an inconvenience for us and actually ended up working out better for us. I would rate this place… and Beau higher if the option was there.

Honestly I don't even know where to start the staff were amazing, the hotel itself was very well equipped and extremely clean with a special mention to the amazing smell in the foyer everytime we walked in, we got some amazing upgrades and were very well looked after by the staff who were some of the friendliest Hotel staff I have ever encountered, location was absolutely brilliant and of all the places I have ever stayed on the Gold Coast this is by far my favourite and will definitely be returning anytime I am down that way, thank you so much for a pleasant stay.

Upon arriving, staff were welcoming. Check in was also relatively fast. Rooms are quite small but they are cozy at the same time. The availability of a balcony also let's me enjoy the sea breeze while making calls etc.

Had the ocean view suite and it was absolutely amazing! Staff were so helpful, friendly and kept the rooms clean! Oh my goodness the elevators! You're seriously half way up the building in 2 seconds without even feeling it move! Over all, totally worth the 5 stars!

Excellent location with fabulous staff. Honestly, the customer service on the Gold coast is pretty weak at the best of times, but I found the staff at Meriton to be extremely friendly. The Meriton is in the unfortunate position of having a number of large construction projects happening around it, and I found the west facing rooms to be extremely noisy from the construction of the new casino across the Gold coast Highway. Upon mentioning this, the I was given an East facing room and was able to sleep soundly. The rooms are furnished well with the exception of cheap TVs with poor speakers. There are lots of great places to grab a bit to eat nearby and you're only a block from the beach.

We are loyal to the merit, well equipped apartment, reception open H24 very appreciable!

Self contained accommodation in a central location of Broadbeach. Opposite Casino close to Pacific Fair and Oasis shopping centre. Facilities include indoor and outdoor pools and gym. Good size room with excellent facilities. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed here for my sisters 16th birthday, she absolutely loved it! Spacious rooms with great views. The staff were super nice and happy to help. I'll definitely be staying again!

In regards to the hotel I would highly recommend that anyone should consider this 5 star place as a place to stay. The staff here have been very helpful, polite & professional. After staying at the Meriton Broadbeach several times before our most recent stay will definitely be our last. We were staying here solely for the purpose of the Gold Coast half Marathon. As the event starts so early we chose to stay the night before so that we could get a decent nights sleep. Upon check in we were told that our room had been upgraded. We were pretty excited by this and very grateful as we had only booked a studio room because prices had been increased significantly due to the marathon and I assume we were upgraded from our studio booking because the studios had been overbooked as they were the most affordable option at $345 for a single night. We arrived to our room and were very pleased with the room itself. As usual the room was lovely and spacious and clean. Unfortunately our upgraded room was 502 which is positioned only 2 levels up from the road and above a set of traffic lights at the intersection of the Gold Coast Highway and Elizabeth Street. We did notice when we checked in that the room had a lot of traffic noise but we stupidly assumed it would settle down as the evening went on. We also didn't think it was worthwhile to ask for another room as the receptionist had kindly upgraded us so we did not want to ask to be moved and we knew the hotel was heavily booked due to the marathon. Unfortunately the road noise did not reduce at all.

The location is very very convenient being a short walk to the casino and tram stops. The shops downstairs, one being 7-11 are very convenient. The room was very very clean and tidy and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was very clean and tidy and I in good condition. The service was fantastic, the staff were very professional and helpful. We had a lot of bags and the porter was willing to go out of his way to take us all the way to our car when we checked out, as an example. 10/10 will definitely be a return customer.

We had a most enjoyable one night stay in the Meriton Serviced Apartments last May. Wish we had stayed longer but it was an en route trip to Harvey Bay. The apartment is very spacious, modern and clean with a view of the Beach. It is within walking distance to a big shopping centre which was only opened recently. Customer service was great and although it was paid parking underground but felt it was not overpriced for that location.

This place is great to stay when they have their big discounts on, you can sometimes get a 1 bedroom apartment for $120 on a week night. Large rooms, massive baths, great views. Some of the staff could learn how to be a little more professional and helpful, but not all of them, there are a few who do their job well. Great location in the centre of Broadbeach.

Fantastic place to stay if you're stopping over in surfer's paradise. Well located and rooms are spacious, clean and full of amenities. View from the balcony is amazing too. Make sure to check their website regularly to snap up some good deals.

I was attending a conference at the GCCEC, and Meriton is in a great location for that; only a 5-10 minute walk. Apartments are well kept and furnished. Could use more power points in key locations. The staff were lovely and accommodating.

We had a great stay at these apartments. The apartments are clean and fresh with good views. They are close to the shops of Broadbeach and a short distance to the beach. There are two pools with spas. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem was the fridge stopped working on the last night.

The room was clean, modern and large. We had great ocean views from our balcony. The location was amazing, close to the beach and shops and great food. The staff were friendly and helpful — we arrived early and had no problem parking the car and checking in.

Meriton Serviced Apartments at the Broadbeach is my fave place to stay whenever I go to Gold Coast. This is probably my 7th visit. Perfect location, very close to the beach and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. It's not as busy as surfer paradise so it's perfect for couple, family or even business trip. I've been always happy with their service. However this visit, I unfortunately came check in abit late around 7pm since I had to work on that day. I made sure we get the room as we requested so I rang them in the morning before work and it's all good. But when we arrived they couldn't alocate a room for me as they mentioned my booking was last minute booking. But it wasn't because we booked it 2 months before. It never happened to me. So they put us in one room at low level and had to check out the next day at 10am and waited for an hour to get another room since I booked for 2 nights. We got the room at level 23 which was perfect but the room is abit smelly. I did not make a complaint since they are pretty busy so I'm just hoping it won't happen again on my next visit. Suggestion: they should have a loyalty program or something so when guests stay they should have a record of their previous stay and so on so they would know that I'm one of their loyal guest. This experience will not change my decision of staying in Meriton since location and everything else is perfect.

Great location with the beach a short block away, Jupiter's Casino across the road, The Oasis Shopping Centre 2 blocks away and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre also across the road. Experienced friendly staff… always a pleasure to stay there!

This hotel is really good! Is the best one that I lived on the Gold Coast, if next time I go to choose this. Front desk patient and considerate. Rooms great, new, first-class facilities, the bed is very comfortable, and has a very pleasant terrace, but also to see the ocean. Hotel location is very good, right next to a supermarket, from the tram station is also very near. Connections are good.

For the price of this apartment (about $280 p/n) I expected a lot more the rooms were reasonable, but there were a lot of little annoying things that should not have been an issue but were, for example: the TV remote didn't match the TV (was the same brand and worked for the basic functions but wouldn't allow you to navigate the usb/hdmi/pc inputs), our door lock battery failed and we were locked out, the rooms didn't have their own umbrellas, there was definitely not enough cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery (why management wouldn't think to put a frypan in there I have no idea! ). Our room's shower seemed to have a drainage problem, as if you had the shower on full it would fill up which was kind of gross. and lastly, we had a manager come to our room after the housekeeper came for a tidy up to accuse us of having our room in such a mess that it needed to be dealt with! this was the worst part of it as anyone who knows us knows we are tidy and in case you are thinking they must have been pigs the manager looked in said it was fine and took off (after apologising) there was maybe 5 items of clothes in a pile on the ground, I found that quite offensive, but can understand that it must have been a mix up so wont hold a grudge.

Our apartment was beautiful modern and clean,, very comfortable beds loads of space and equipment. Rooms are cleaned daily if wanted, location is wonderful, would stay again this February but its $312 a night compared to $130 a night last year (on Special),, We stayed 1 week last time :)

Easily accessible via bus service from the airport, and located at a very quiet location. Opposite it is Jupiters Casino. The balcony offers very nice view. Note: the sunrise photo uploaded by me is NOT edited at all. :P.

Whenever I stay on the goldcoast I stay with Meriton. Their apartments and facilities are very well maintained, with extremely helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Great location in Broadbeach, modern and well appointed rooms. We stayed in the 2 bed 2 bath suite with great views from level 25. Centrally located to nearby shopping spots and a range of dining and entertainment options.

Enjoyed my stay here. Apartment had a lovely view, staff were very friendly and the location was quite ideal. Close to the Pacific Fair mall and a short stroll to a number of restaurants and bars and not too far from the theme parks either. Apartment was well maintained and serviced. Parking was free. Would definitely recommend if you don't mind spending that extra little bit for service and comfort.

Got a 2 bedroom unit, beautiful view, very spacious. Very affordable. Booked in advance for $200 for the one night. Perfect location. Will definitely stay there again.

Our group consisting of about 4 families have stayed here every year for approximately six years for 3 nights over the blues fest weekend. This year they have decided to hike their rates up 85% for this one weekend. We emailed them to see if they could do anything to keep our loyal business and we got an abrupt and to be honest, quite rude email back. Their reasoning was, 'this year we have a Magic Millions Conference so if you don't want to pay the room rates quoted, look elsewhere'. It seems Meriton value $$$ over consumer loyalty. VERY disappointing from a company that supposedly prides itself on customer service.

Professional, quick check in process and flexible to accomodate my early check in. Staff are professional and the studios are comfortable. Close to the G: light rail and easy to get to by public transport from Gold Coast airport and also easy to get to theme parks and the casino and also the shops.

Long check in wait, same at check out, unhelpful / unapologetic staff about faulty lift's. Great apartment a bit over priced but comfy and relaxing. Don't stay on weekends and don't rely on there internet to work.

Had a brilliant time! Stayed for three days in a 2 bedroom suite (had booked a 1 bedroom suite but they were all out, so we were moved to a 2 bedroom one and the second bedroom and ensuite were locked). Pool, spa and sauna facilities were great, and the apartments are in a great location — so close to the beach, Pacific Fair shopping centre and many restaurants. Also has a 7-Eleven and spa shops at the bottom of the building. (The 7-Eleven guy is really friendly and helpful, which is a surprise for 7-Eleven employees! ) Really didn't want to leave and would happily have stayed longer. Only complaints would have to be about the equipment provided in the kitchens and Wi-Fi. We had no bread knife (which meant cutting crusty sourdough with a smooth knife. Never again. They had a whole block of knives but no bread knife) and there were only two pots — no frying pans! There were spatulas and all the utensils we needed for frying, but no frying pan! I mean REALLY?! People go to serviced apartments and they cook BREAKFAST there, probably more than any other meal. I had to cook bacon and eggs in a huge pot. And it wasn't a non-stick pot. Seems like a rather serious omission in my opinion — no fry pan, no bread knife. The Wi-fi was also very difficult to connect to, and once connected to was extremely slow or didn't work at all.
