I had stayed for 10 days at broadbeach travel lnn Apartment very nice but they should clean room every three days.

Nice and close to broadbeach and nice and clean hotel.

We are a family of 9 we stayed her for a week will be returning to stay again rex and his family were so lovely rooms were perfect no problems my kids loved playing volleyball on the courts swimming in the pool it was a perfect holiday accommodation n we will be back 10 out of 10

Location was excellent! Walking distance to shops, casino and the beach.

So we just picked up a random night stay here. Staff were good. The room we had was big and for the price it was good value. The place is the lower end but good if on a budget. The unit was tidy but looking not so modern. We had a 2 bedroom unit 2 singles in 1 and queen in the other. Luxury place it is not but great sized unit it has a pool and close to shops etc. Parking underneath seemed dark though lights did come on and it didnt seem like an easy way to get to the units from underneath. Ladies up front were good and arranged to have the room they offered serviced 1st if we wanted to check in earlier. They need to sort all the ciggie butts outside the unit we had though.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights. Aircon had apparently just been serviced but was not working. Extremely hot stuffy rooms with no aircon. While we were out for the evening they put a portable aircon in our room, the type where they hose should go outside. Well they didn’t connect the hose at all so when we returned to our room it was like a sauna and extremely hot. Took over an hour with everything open to cool down. When I told the lady at the desk on our check out she was quite rude about the situation. The room is advertised with aircon and I would expect as such. Also were no face cloths in the bathroom. Listed as lux apartment, definitely not. Would not stay again.

Really good facilities for the price, very friendly and welcoming.

Aged facilities in these apartments would stop me staying here again. Position is great but apartments haven't been renovated in a long time.

Very nice inside just for a place to sleep but the free Wi-Fi took ages to connect to and dropped out every 5 seconds wasnt worth using but other than that it was great.

The unit we stayed in was below par, front doors were both damage and desperately needed maintenance (screen door didn't even close), air-con in bedroom had no remote and was stock on warm, the bathroom door would come off it's track often and don't even bother with the Wi-Fi, the mobile network is literally 65x faster in the area and has zero drop outs. There are certainly worse places but also a lot of much better ones.

I would not reccommend staying here. Rooms were not serviced, empty soap dispensers, no face cloths and half a toilet roll that is meant to last a whole weekend. To top it off we had to put up with someone jack hammering above our room. This went on til 6.30pm Saturday. We were told noice restriction is til 6.30pm. Would never stay here again.

We lost our key and we couldnt get in to our appartment because their phone was broken.

Basic accommodations. Cleanliness could be improved. Do not book if needing free Wi-Fi, as although present, the internet drops out every 10 minutes or so and is extremely slow.

I would not recommend this facility at all. Their safe with after hour key code didnt allow us in without multiple calls to an after hours hotline. When we eventually got in there was broken lights, stale smell, broken toilet roll holder but worst of all NO water… not even bottled drinking water. When I eventually got a rude manager on the phone I was informed that it was due to roadworks yet they hadn't notified any guests. He said there was nothing he could do… we choose to stay or go (at 10:30pm with a child in tow). I said we would go if they would give a full refund. A couple of minutes later a very rude lady banged on our door and said we had 5 minutes to leave. We gathered our things, went to put the keys in the outside safe (which didnt work again). Lets just see if we get our full refund!

Have been to these apartments for Supanova for the last 3 years and all I can say is that it's amazing. Super convenient location. Being within walking distance from Pacific Fair, Draculas (highly recommend their shows as well), Trams (if you want to go to Surfers Paradise, which is only a 5-7 minute tram ride) and the Convention center. While the beds could use a bit of an upgrade, this place is great at a really convenient price.

What a great experience, we had 2 nights in unit 304 and found it very relaxing, the room has a holiday feel and the view of Broadbeach at night and the casino light show was amazing. Our 3rd night was booked at Jupiter casino while it was very nicely presented it didn't have that holiday feel. A big thumbs up to the travel inn for excellent value for money.

Ok as a good budget accomodation with perfect location.

Pretty low budget so what can you expect.

Room was nice, looked like it had been renovated. Was slightly uncomfortable nobody being there at checkin and having to give cc details over phone. Good location, very clean, would recommend.

Don't judge a book. Top floor split level one bedroom with spa was very satisfied. Well worth the additional. Even saved more by booking 3 nights.

Room was fairly nice. Bed wasn't very comfortable (they rarely are) very close to the food district. A little bit pricey compared to other local hotels.

Noise from the road and from neighboring apartments, bed was horrendous.

Nice & relaxing, would stay there any time.

Everytime ive stayed at the travelinn ive had the best time the rooms r perfect its right near everything I love it.

We had room 201 which was way below the 4 stars advertised on their site. Parking was extremely cramped. The apartment smelled of stale odors. The curtains were filthy and tattered. Cupboards were falling apart. Crockery and glassware was limited. Windows were filthy and the opening mechanisms were mostly broken. One power point was falling apart and unsafe. Blinds were broken and fly screens couldn't breathe because they were caked in dust. The noise from the highway was constant because doors and windows are only single glazed. Our apartment was two bedroom and we were told each bedroom had a king sized bed. It turns out each room had two single beds pushed together. We will never stay at these apartments ever again!
