Phone up yesterday to book and lady who helped me on the phone was super helpful and had us booked within 5mins. Cannot say how relieved I am after issues with a previous booking to have found this place. Booking was effortless and affordable. Cannot wait for our stay here in a few weeks and am super excited, this place looks amazing. I will definitely use the meriton again when in australia.

Location is good staff are great evertime.

Great stay and view. Friendly staff and family atmosphere even when schoolies time we finding it quite comfy.

Beautiful view, awesome service, sensational apartments.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it had everything in it. Large fridge as well as all kitchen appliances. The next night we were in a three bedroom not only were the rooms great but the service was excellent.

This is my second time coming to the Meriton and I love it every time! Great rooms and good atmosphere!

Really like the location and the super market under can buy food and cook self. Near to the beach 15 minutes slowly walk with family. Nice view with sea side window strongly recommend to book in.

Spacious room with full kitchen. Modern decor. Clean and tidy. Tram just outside the hotel. Shops is within the building. No shortage of quality and good restaurant around.

This is the 4th Meriton I have stayed at and as always absolutely amazing. We love Meriton. Cannot recommend them enough.

Awesome place to come and stay! We come here often and the service is exceptionally great! Woolworths and the bottle shop is only an elevator ride away. The views are amazing too!

Staffs were very kind and friendly. The apartment was really clean and fully equipped. Very satisfied staying here. I will definitely come back here again.

I don’t usually right reviews, but the service was so exceptional that I feel obliged to. Melrose (the front receptionist) was very warm and helpful; she gave clear directions about where to park, and even helped us herself to carry our luggage to our room. The room itself is beautiful and spacious. Love the bed. Worth every penny we spent. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here on Wed 16/5 overnight in a 1 bedroom with hinterland views.
Arrived by Tram and it was just a short stroll to the hotel. Lots of restaurants in the precinct as well as a Woolworths Metro under the hotel.
Reception was large and spacious — and service was pleasant and I was registered quickly
My apartment was amazing. Light and airy. Nice balcony — very spacious bathroom and bedroom. Well appointed kitchen. I did not want for anything. I had to check out by 5.30am the next morning — reception was just as efficient.
I returned for a 4 night stay on Saturday 19 May and have been staying in a 1 bedroom ocean view apartment — again excellent
I arrived early at around 11am after leaving hospital and knew that checkin was not until 2 pm. The receptionist did my paperwork and advised that my room was not ready. I advised him that I was not expecting it to be and that I would just relax in the lobby until it was ready
Got a very well made coffee from the cafe in the lobby and settled in for a wait
The hotel was amazing — within about 45 mins — staff advised me that they had a room available. One of the lovely staff helped my take my bags up to the room.
I was allocated an apartment on 52nd fl. — wow what amazing views
Everything I needed were in suite.
Housekeeping were great — everything was clean and welcoming each day.
I will definitely be staying here again

Fantastic serviced apartment in a prime location. We stayed in the ocean view rooms and the views were amazing, worth waking up early for the sunrise in the morning! The room was really clean and tidy. Linen were fresh and clean. Every appliance was in good working condition. Took 1 star off from what would have been a perfect review because of the under par front desk services (evening check in). It was our first time here so we needed good directions to the carpark and lifts, which was lacking from the night manager (name starts with 'A'). He didn't provide clear instructions on how to park and get to the lifts. Not the friendliest manager too. To the owner/general manager, more attention to staff training and selection please.

Great place. Excellent rooms. Friendly staff. Good location. Car park stunk strongly like garbage but think smell coming from neighbouring business. Don't normally give 5 stars bit pretty impressed.

Stayed with my son on the 19th of Jan for our combined birthdays. Exceptionally well presented and decor is gorgeous. Lauren at the desk was wonderfully professional and very helpful. The young man with the trolleys was lovely and friendly. All round amazing experience. Would suggest this place to any and all who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with eloquent staff. 5 stars ladies and gentlemen. Regards Lissa n Lex.

Very nice new and clean. The room we had, had an amazing view overlooking the marina and the beaches in the background. The elevator set up was a little complicated and I would recommend asking a staff to show you first up how to work it. Very good, I'd come back of in this area again.

Such a great apartment! Great views both up and down the coast, excellent facilities including gym, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool. Great modern accommodation.

Absolutely fantastic. Clean, comfortable, all the facilities required for children. We extended one more night because of the comforts. Definitely coming again! Only fault is a bit away from the main Gold Coast area.

My partner Rick and I love Meriton Suites. Over the countless years we have enjoyed their high standards and can do attitude on many vacations here in Queensland when visiting from Sydney. So much so that when in Brisbane or on the Gold Coast we only stay at Meriton Suites. This is our first time staying here in this magnificent 55 story tower literally only a year young now. We stayed at their former low rise Meriton Serviced Apartments here in Southport in December 2015 and saw this tower under construction reaching for the sky. Now we are staying on level 51 and the views are just awesome. From the moment you arrive in what can only be described as a spectacular lobby, greeted by exceptional friendly staff to boarding the fast moving elevators to your high floor with a quick tap of your room card. Our room was outstanding and kept in pristine condition, very typical Meriton standards. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Until our next vacation to the Gold Coast we will continue to recommend your properties. Keep up your great work.

Excellent property. Recommended! POOR management. Stayed 4 days, enjoyed the stay. "Serviced Suites" — serviced once (only the bed rooms) and we had to remind and they did the bed (ONLY). Dirty table remained the same, bench top the same. No amenities (coffee, milk, sugar) refilled. Didn't refill the toilet rolls. Had to remind and then they would give a roll! Found a note stating "we are unable to provide the staff you requested! " (we asked for a dental kit and that was the reply! ). I mentioned this to Simon (pleasant guy at the reception) — that didn't get us anywhere. I guess the management is poor or careless. I would definitely visit again. By the way, parking was sold out and we had to park outside (though plenty available outside) and got it eventually. Coffee shop is excellent. I looked for a bible (none to find)

Our family do enjoy our stay at Meriton Suites Southport so much that we are looking to come back again next year. The rooms are very modern and clean, couple with convenience stores downstair. Downside to this is u have to pay for parking.

Super Hotel and Super service could be central but without car nothing goes.

A great place to stay lovely rooms, great shower pressure, the staff are friendly. The suites are close to some nice restaurants and if you want something different the restaurants in the area can deliver to room service which make it very easy to relax.

After having stayed at the circle on cavill for a week, we decided to stay here for 1 extra night. While we got it cheap and I have to admit I wouldn't have paid the full price, I can't fault this place. It was incredible. Room, amenities, facilities, cleanliness, Wi-Fi, service, all phenomenal.

Prime location. Easy parking access. Walking distance to nice places to eat and the park lands. Nil issues at all.

What can I say about my recent stay at the Meriton Southport…
I can't complain from walking to the foyer on the day of check in to the check out day…
The staff were friendly and room was attended daily…
The pool and spa was great place to relax at
The view was beautiful even thought I was not confident to step out to far on the balcony…
The locality and resturants with in walking distance from the appartments… and of course woolies supermarket on lower ground…
Will be a returning customer… will suggest the Meriton as a place to stay on the coast…

Stay here over the weekend of the GC 600. Amazing staff, helpful in every aspect, rooms are self contained with everything you need, the rooms were neat and tidy, amazing view from our room on the 43rd floor, great prices close to the trams, shops. Will be back. Highly recommended to those wanting to stay here.

Stayed here for 2 nights in the suites. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were modern and clean. Location was great, as there's plenty of food options and a supermarket just downstairs. Furthermore, parking was quite easy around the area.

Our apartment was clean, they had well equiped kitchen and laundry facilities and the staff were very friendly. They also have a nice outdoor pool and recreational area. Both street and the shopping centre below parking was very convenient!

Excellent customer service with 24hr desk. Bed is most comfortable I've ever slept on. View towards mountains is superb. Lots of room in unit. Good curtains that block out the light for sleeping late. Well supplied kitchen.

What a nice place to stay. Spent the night and was placed on the top floor what spectacular views. Could not fault the room at all and the hotel staff were very helpful. Overall I will be defently staying there again. Hope I get the same room again as it was amazing.

Competently-run serviced apartment operation with helpful staff and excellent unobstructed views. Pleasant modern suites, well-equipped, and free Wi-Fi. Prices very seasonal like everywhere on the Gold Coast, reasonable in comparison to other serviced apartments. If you can choose the timing of your stay, rates are lowest in off-season outside of school holidays and special events. Meriton have another building at Broadbeach.

Brilliant… 2 bedroom suite (floor 31) was large with separate media room. Perfect for family with separate bathroom facilities. Views were amazing & staff impeccable. Will come again…

Really nice place to stay in Southport. Big clean rooms, full kitchen and a supermarket underneath. Awesome views. The light rail to travel to Surfers beach is a 2 mins walk from here.

Check in was great, the room was spacious and had an amazing view and was very clean and modern. Nice restaurants a short walk away. Check out was easy. Recommended.

We have been here for 4 weeks so far. Nice apartments. All we want is to have the daily refresh of our apartment done between 1100 — 1300 but instead after many requests to the Front Office we are lucky to see anyone before 1430 & on some days, even later. I am hoping this negative post will encourage those in the Housekeeping Department to listen to their guests — especially those who are staying for an extended period.
