My husband and I went for our anniversary dinner there tonight. Meals were very hot and super fresh. We would highly recommend this place for a good meal and we will definitely dine here again. The atmosphere was very relaxing.

I travel through Biloela regularly, and decided it would be an interesting experiment to stay at a different motel each time. So far the Palms have stood out as providing the best value for money accomodation. Rooms are clean, atmosphere is pleasant, staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant offers an excellent level of dinning usually only seen in larger city centres. My impression of the Palms, is that the staff take pride in their bussiness and strive to maintain a good standard of accomodation at affordable rates. I highly recommend the Palms. Keep up the good work.

Mould in barhroom. Shower Head fell on my Hubbys head very old.

I have stayed at the Palms many times and the rooms, food etc has always been good. But my dinner last night was fabulous. I ordered room service and got a Caesar Salad with prawns. Best Caesar Salad ever, the poached egg was perfect. Highly recommend it if you want something light. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed at bilo last night at this little gem. Service outstanding and super friendly.
Our check in was a last minute booking as the tennis tournament went over time.

Great place. Clean and well appointed. Helpful and caring staff. Lovely pool too.

We have stayed here a few times now room clean and roomy. Found people were a bit loud early in the morning around 530am and others would smoke outside their rooms and we had windows shut but could still smell smoke in our room. The managers were lovely and these issues are not their fault but next time I would request a room down the end away from others.

Just like other reviews I had low expectations but was very pleased to find it's very clean and new wish looking A group of us are spending the week and the staff did what the could to offer food for those working odd hours free Wi-Fi is good but signal can be patchy.

Great place to stay! We were caught here by the Queensland floods and they couldn't have done more to help us and make our stay as comfortable as possible — even upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. Great people and very comfortable rooms. The free wireless network is a great advantage. Other motels should get the message. Biloela is out in the middle of nowhere and is a mining community so I had very low expectations for the Palms, but boy was I shocked! The Palms is beautiful! The rooms are very clean and fresh! All of the staff is friendly and helpful. This is a little slice of heaven.

Accommodation very nice and the staff very helpful a must stay if you are in Biloela whether you are passing through or just having a great night out and don't wish to drive home. The free wireless network is a great bonus also. Evan.
