Dropped son off for a training course. Charged extra for parking $200. Room very small, tatty torn furniture. Not what you expect from Quest.

I like most of the receptionist, cleaners etc. Layout design basic routine maintenance and quarterly deep cleans could help save time and heartache and negative reviews.

Get rid of mould in showers
be available to answer phones after numerous attempts to call. Find out there is no parking. Charged $ 40 with car parked outside as there were no council parking at $30
charged an extra $50 by changing room from a Wednesday night to the Tuesday night.

So so so incompetent. Messed up my booking and harassed me about it at every turn. Blamed me, said it was the way I booked. They even locked me out of my room that I had paid hundreds of dollars for in the middle of my booking. Didn’t bother apologising or refunding either.

This place is very central, clean and quiet.

Paid $470 for one night nice & clean had to sleep on roll out bed was very uncomfortable other than other inconsiderate loud guests stay quite pleasant.

Great location in Olympic Park. Room was neat and tidy, nothing to complain about. Full kitchen facilities and only a very short drive to a local Woolworths in Newington.

Stayed here for a business trip. It was a pleasant stay with sufficient services. The only complain I would have is there's just nothing around the area, so travelling is required if you need to buy stuff or have a meal. This is of course, not the fault of the business itself.

We were told check on was at 2, arrived at 4.10 and was told our room wasn’t ready… 4.45 we FINALLY got into our room, mini bar was half empty and at 8am in the morning we had no hot water… called reception to be told that it was because of the weather… seriously?!

Was a great location for access to the stadium basic accommodation with good size apartments. Limited secure car parking, it was a challenge to get one. There was no where to get a coffee after 10pm when we went, everything was closed : (

The room was fine, location to Sydney Olympic Park is great. Secured car parking is very limited, several cars were sent down for a car park but there was none left. The staff seemed unaware the carpark was actually full.

Good place to stay. Easy walk to ANZ Stadium. Clean comfy rooms. Nice friendly staff. Certainly better than the Novatel staff.

Amazing place to stay, less then 10 min walk to the venue we were staying at, staff are really nice and helped with explaing food delivers, lovely rooms with great space and enjoyment, definitely staying here again.

Fully booked hotel 2 weeks from date. Got a call the week of event that a room was available! Awesome service.

Nice clean modern room. Bit of noise from construction next door. Also pretty pricey considering no events on in the park at the time, im glad work paid for it!

I stayed here for the weekend a while ago but forgot to leave a review. From my experience, everything in the room was kept clean and tidy on arrival, which is great! Staff at the front desk were friendly. I felt safe and comfortable while staying here. Only downside, it's definitely on the pricier side!

Kieren makes it all worthwhile! Great staff. Gym quite small and limited. Rooms not too bad but are dating. Not a lot within walking distance.

Nice room but make sure you bring food and drinks. There is nothing here and nothing good close unless you drive more than 5km.

Lovely staff, comfortable beds, great location for attending events at the stadium. Easy to get to from interstate.

Quiet and comfy apartment with separate bedroom and combined kitchen/dining/living area. Washer and dryer in bathroom. Balcony off the bedroom and lounge with a view over the athletics stadium and towards the showground. Close to station and restaurants. Basic buffet breakfast available downstairs. I'd happily stay there again.

It'd been moderately a nice place to stay. Appliances need to be bit advanced though. Feel a little dated on that note. However the breakfast facility is a lot better given that there's not many options for brekkie in that location. So as a whole yeah it's a thumps Up from me.

No restaurant in this establishment. No bath in the room and limited range of snacks/refreshments quite expensive. On plus side, room had its own kitchenette with ok selection of cooking equipment. Staff most helpful and friendly with any queries.

We had a great stay at Quest. The staff were very friendly& helpful. Our room was a reasonable size & very clean. Walking distance to entertainment hub & restaurants.
Would definitely stay again.

I am very disappointed with the poor service I received from this hotel. I travel frequently and this may be the worst I've encountered. I tried to cancel a reservation more than 3 weeks in advance and was told that regardless of the circumstances a refund for 3 nights (in which this hotel will likely sell out during new years) is not an option. The hotel came up under a search for Sydney hotels near the harbor. As it turns out the hotel is more than 25 minutes by train and roads to our destination for new years eve will be rerouted and blocked making our travel plans a challenge at best. Being from another country, I had to do quite a bit of research to realize this hotel was not located where advertised. I paid $600 for a room that will never see. They offer not even a partial refund and I cannot stay there. I wouldn't wish this type of service on my worst enemy. Do not book at this hotel (especially not a prepaid rate). What a scam.

What can I say. It's a Quest. Basic Features and service but always professional and standard. Wifi is great, Room Service doesn't always come everyday… 3 Stars is my rating of the Hotel Services… The staff, cleanliness and location are great.

Web should clearly state you need to book parking and that they can book it. Walked a mile from parking at p3 as they didn't respond to my requests to book parking. Rooms nice enough. Got in before the gouging began. But couldn't get a response from my three emails asking about a second night. When I got there their internet was down.

Pretty nice, nicer than I expected except a bit lacking in parking. It's $40 for safe parking but they oversell it so there's a chance if you come in late there won't be a spot.

Room was okay but very disappointing stay 1. Central heating/cooling system made constant whirring sounds every 5-10mins, could not sleep unless I used the provided earplugs (which were actually for the construction nearby), worst sleep ever 2. Bed and pillows weren't comfortable 3. No hairdryer in the room — told to wait 1-2hrs for the reception staff to find/get one? slept with damp hair as towels can only do so much 4. Parking is charged… other Quests I've been to provide not only complimentary parking and Wi-Fi but also better customer service >>> sorry would not recommend.

We were after a serviced apartment because we wanted a kitchen and full fridge but because there was an event on they jack up the price. The rooms are tiny and not apartment size. Parking is also charged at $40 per night. The staff are also completely unhelpful and unaccommodating. Won't be returning. Will go Airbnb next time.

We arrived for a short stay. Was super expensive for quality provided — $299 a night! Room quite old and shower leaked water all over floor and didn't drain away. Aircon not working and when I called for help in evening told to try again in 15 mins when reset. Didn't work after that. In the morning mentioned to reception again where I was asked "do you want cold or hot? ". I wasn't quite sure what exactly she was asking as surely a working aircon can be either? I was then looked at quite disdainfully and told "it only works on either cold or hot — what do you want? " Considering it was stuffy I said "cold then". Went out in morning and came back to room not tidied and no aircon fixed. Luckily ended up needing to fly home early and next time will definitely stay a little further up the road. Oh and was told twice my receipt will be emailed to me. Have not yet received it and am hoping I won't be overcharged like others have mentioned on other reviews!

Great views comnined with small apartmemt living. Has cooking facilities nut not laundry in rooms. Sits between hotel room and full self contained apartment.

Would have been a perfect stay if the view wasn't a whole lot of construction. Didn't mind too much because it was only a weekend stay, but I'd be annoyed if I were there longer. Expensive for what it is but comfortable nonetheless. Staff were great.

This was my 4th visit. On previous occasions we have been happy unfortunately this was not the case this time. I booked a 1 bedroom apartment with private laundry facilities as advertised & had previously stayed in. Upon entry to our apartment there was no dryer or washer & when we enquired we were told that "A" apartments don't come with them & you should have requested them! Given my previous stays always had them & am paying same rate for an apartment with one wasn't aware all apartments don't have laundry facilities (false advertising). We did ask to be moved as were staying for 8 days and this was a necessity for us and were told would be moved the next day. We packed everything up & handed keys back, to return later in the day to be told sorry all rooms booked out. We had problems with the cleaning not being done properly the first few days, problems with TV reception, broken toilet seat, dishwasher broke down & leaked water all over floor & couldnt be fixed til lunch time the next day! And now to add insult upon coming home have checked my invoice against what we were quoted and have been overcharged! I have emailed property manager and have had no response. Will now be taking the matter further & sharing my experience on Athletics Australia fb page to prewarn others who stay here. Definitely wont be returning.

Welcome pack stated a daily room service except Sunday and public holidays. We went out this morning for three hours and no service completed. Rang reception on return and they promised to send someone right up. When that person didn't materialise I went to reception to make the request again. This time, the same person I had previously spoken to said that our room was only scheduled for a weekly service (we'd already been here 8 days and no service completed) and they would have to check if the room attendant was available. They stated it would be done mid afternoon (by this stage it was only 10:30am). My partner is extremely unwell with pneumonia so she was now looking at being unable to lie down and get the necessary rest for her recovery for at least four hours. In the end it required me tracking down the housekeeping staff myself, as well as showing the relevant section of the welcome pack to the reception staff, to finally get a service done almost an hour after I first asked… and the housekeeper who eventually arrived refused to change the sheets and towels until she had called reception to check! Lovely hotel and great rooms but pretty unhelpful staff so far.

Definitely won't be going back. This hotel charges you a $100 holding fee with the promise of returning your money within 5-7 days — however I'm going on 3 weeks with no sign of the money being returned to my account and no help from the front desk when I enquire with them. Will make sure our company never books with them again!

Nice rooms. Internet slow and expensive. Located close to stadiums.

Having booked a two bedroom apartment, myself and my colleague were shocked when told that access to Internet was a extra $5.00 per hour charge! Having spent $750+ for two nights one would expect basic business amenities. Our business will definitely not be returning.

Good location, easy to get to. Good quality ammenities and bed. Business focused conference feel.

Spent a night at Quest. Got in at 2 am on a Friday without issue. I slept on a sofa bed which was reasonably comfortable. It's a decent place.

The reception staff were very helpful, room was well maintained.

Left a charger here upon check out and housekeeping were nice enough to pick it up and leave it with lost luggage. Fantastic customer service team.

My family stayed here while visiting and everything was good, a well stocked kitchen and good appliances. Parking is too expensive though.

Room was comfortable size for overnight stay. Large bathroom and shower. Futon mattress awful, but regular beds were comfortable.

BEST hotel I have ever seen whether in Sydney or Toronto, Canada. The receiptionists alone did me such a huge favor by going out of their way to give me a room to my preferences so right away I had planned to give them 5 stars but when I saw the room… WOW! Absoutely stunning. By far the best hotel in Sydney!

The staff are very polite and helpful. They offer great customer service and are very eager to help. The rooms are clean and very well maintained. I prefer to stay with them during my business trips and can certainly recommend them for anyone looking for a good place to stay around Sydney Olympic Park.
