Had a great stay here. Spacious very clean accommodation. Everything you need plus friendly and obliging staff. Even though it rained the whole week there was plenty to amuse the kids and within walking distance to a variety of eateries. Would highly recommend.

It is a great spot to stay. Very spacious rooms, good facilities and centrally located so you can walk to many places. Highly recommended.

Stayed for a week, very helpful staff friendly nothing is a problem. Great amenities lovely pool spas sauna gymnasium, we are so impressed with the cleanliness of this resort. Our room has great ocean views, There is orders in the middle of town close to all the shops and restaurants. We recommend this resort if you want to have an enjoyable stay in Port Macquarie.

Love it here always clean, friendly and close to everything in the centre of town.

Excellent facilities, friendly staff & the rooms are spacious, clean & have everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Location is great so many clubs, pups & cafes within walking distance, so good to be able to park car on arrival & forget the driving. Loving my time in port Macquarie.

Spacious rooms. Free laundry. Beautiful and warm pool. Adult floor with bbq and spa. Great spot. So close to eateries and pubs.

The Resort is in a great location, close to shops, beach, waterfront and walks and near lots of restaurants. Units are very spacious.

Great place to stay in the middle of everything, so many amenities, pool, spas, BBQs, sauna, tennis court, gym, adult areas, and the list goes on. Very friendly staff nothing is a problem. The best place in town.

Comfortable and quite love it!

Love this place it’s in a fantastic location and all the resort is beautifully kept from the pool to the units the grounds around the pools and playground and tennis court.

Centrally located, close to shops, restaurants etc. I love to just park the car and not use it until we leave. Resort is looking fantastic, all rooms are bright, very clean, well furnished and sooo spacious. This visit we had a unit in front above the lovely pool great views or the river and ocean. Staff are always so obliging friendly and helpful.

What an awesome place and awesome people. Spent a couple of night there in December and loved it. Thoroughly recommend Port Pacific Resort.

My parents bought timeshare here about 30 years ago. It has been a place of great family memories for our family. The resort has always been beautifully maintained, had great management and the staff are absolutely wonderful people ❤️❤️❤️

Big spacious rooms, friendly staff, very well equipped kitchen, lots of activities like free paddle boarding, tennis, table tennis, pool, spa, BBQ tables, etc. Loved our 1 week stay.

We didn't get a nice room this time, it needs big time TLC. But the place and facilities are great, staff very professional and friendly. I love it.

Multi-story resort located on the edge of the Town District. Has all the features you would expect — pool, spa, games room, table tennis, Kelly pool — as well as several shops — hair stylist, spa, bar, Burger joint, cafe, Italian restaurant — located on the ground floor. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, cinemas and Port Central shopping Centre. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious, well appointed and clean. We were lucky to have a unit at the back of the resort, but on the end, so the views were great. Reception staff were pleasant and efficient. Undercover parking. Level 9 was adults only facilities, nice for when you need that break. All in all, a great resort, located near shopping, dining, and entertainment.

It's a fantastic Resort, has great amenities, comfortable appartments with kitchen. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Whole place is smoke free, very clean and tidy. Spas are great.

Staff are friendly short walk to all shops short walk to the beach definitely stay again.

The self contained apartment we stayed in was very roomy and modern. It had a lot of natural light from the 2 walls that were floor to ceiling windows covered in a sheer curtain. Compared to other self contained apartments we have stayed in, this one didn't have our own washing machine, however there was a free laundromat on each level anyway. It also didn't have an oven (only a microwave) — which meant the planned meals I had made had to be adjusted to accommodate the kitchen appliances that were there. The kitchen itself was very small, but I can see why — there are so many great restaurants in Port Macquarie — it's almost a hint to get out there and not cook! Like all resort apartments, the airflow in the bathrooms are lacking, so after having a shower, you can't stay in the bathroom to continue getting ready as it's very humid. The resort facilities were good, although to the disappointment of our 11 year old — the games room wasn't a hub of activity with other children and the only thing that was free was the table tennis. The other games all required coins. Very clean and well kept resort.

OK, friendly staff but becoming a bit tired. Our room was very nicely redecorated but the bed incredibly soft.

We were invited to stay with family and were very pleasantly surprised. Such a beautiful resort, well maintained and was close to everything. We parked our car and hardly used it as we walked to shops, clubs, waterfront etc.

We have stayed a week with family in this amazing resort and were very impressed with everything they have to offer. The resort itself is so very clean with lots of pride taken to make it is "spot on". Staff are also so very helpful and friendly. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The amenities within the resort are plentiful with lots to keep everyone occupied. It is in the centre of town close to shops, beach and clubs so once the car is parked, walking is a great option. We would definitely return and recommend Port Pacific to our friends. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing week holiday…

Always very clean and updated been coming here for many years highly recommend.

Had a lovely corner room up high, good view and nice rooms. Nice and friendly staff and located close to the beach and shops.

Overall it was a bad experience. I won't recommend it to any one. They have put in a new system for their air conditioning that turns off their air condition after every 30 minutes if it does not sense any activity. I made a complaint about this to receptionist but according her it is perfectly alright if turns off after 30 minutes. She also told me that same thing is happening to other rooms as well. You may think of this hotel if you want to survive without air conditioning.

Stayed here with a 3 month old child. Excellent place to stay with kids. Good location and a lot of activities to do. Make sure you try the kayaks / paddle boards at Jordan's.

Great place for a holiday. Plenty of things to do at the resort and close to shops.

We stay at Port Pacific for two weeks twice a year & book well ahead directly with the resort. They give us great rates & excellent rooms each time, (we like 713 or 813). The building has excellent parking & great facilities though we personally don't use these. One minor issue that needs updating is the Wi-Fi which can be erratic & disconnects after short periods. Signal strength can sometimes be a problem too. You are also required to reconnect manually every time (no auto reconnect). We love Port Pacific & have been coming here for years. We aren't time share owners. Recommended for short or long stays!

Always love it here! The room upgrades have been done well. Port Pacific and Port Macquarie are a wonderful family friendly destination. Right in the heart of town, everything at your doorstep and lots of options of things to do. Been visiting for 15 years … never disappoints!

Really enjoyed my time here, had a 9th floor suit with a magnificent view and very comfortable. Found all the staff friendly and helpful, the reception has recently had a makeover very welcoming. There has also been other updates throughout the resort all in all a thumbs up.

Rooms are exceptionally large. They are clean and comfortable. The only downside was that we ran out of hot water in the showers quickly.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, facilites, central to town, lovely views over town and Hastings river, wine bar and an eatery on ground floor. Great range of adventure and activities brichures. Heated pool, sauna and spa, plus children's pool with playground, half court tennis, adults rooftop spa, bike hire.

Great place to stay right at the heart of Port Macquarie. Very friendly staff, great views, nice apartments and last but not least, good facilities for the family. My only real grow has been the free internet. It was nice to have but the number of times I was asked to sign in was crazy and the site was pretty average. In the end I spent money with Telstra. Highly recommended place.

Been coming since I was a baby with my parents that's for 32yrs only getting better and now I bring my kids here to enjoy port and the best thing is we can park the car up and walk anywhere we need to as it's so close in the heart of town.

I've been coming here since I was 7 and the resort has only gotten better. Now my kids are old enough to make their own memories here and I couldn't be happier! The facilities are amazing and the staff are sensational and super friendly. Can't recommend it enough! We're already planning our next visit.

Thanks Port Pacific we have totally enjoyed our stay. The room was better than we expected with a great view, the staff were very helpful & nice. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. We keep coming back.

Great location easy walking distance from beach, breakwall, shops, cafes and restaurants. Family friendly with pool, BBQ, kids activities, play equipment, pinball, pool, spa, table tennis, pool table and half court tennis. Large rooms with foxtel, microwave, stove top and dishwasher. Shared laundry (washing machines and dryers) on every floor.

I don't know what the reviewer earlier was on about. I was very impressed by the facilities of the resort and the fantastic views and have been going back annually since. I have never had the opinion that the staff were rude; they were always kind to me. Personally, I love this resort. It is reasonably priced, too. I suppose everyone is entitled to their opinion, but that won't change mine — an excellent resort.

There were many things. First, the basic things available in hotel/motel/resort package were not included like changing towels cleaning rooms, emptying bins and likewise. I was shocked when I was told that there is going to be extra cost or do it yourself. In my experience, nobody even ask for these things before booking as all of basic needs are included at each and every place. Second the facilities mentioned like gym were locked and we were asked to sign heaps of paperwork before using them. Third the attitude of staff was rude and unfriendly. I will advise all customers to think many times before booking this resort; you are going to be insulted and will experience the worse trip ever.
