Great to be back on the mountain but disappointed to find an understaffed resort! Opening weekend, heaps of snow and sunshine… and blue cow is CLOSED?! One ski tube train broken down and the Super 8 not running in the morning 😩👎 Get it together Perisher. Is it too much to ask to have lifts open, & operating so we can access the whole mountain? Bit piste off after spending thousands on season passes.

Awesome experience for my very first Perisher visit, bought a epic pass for 2022 and today was a taste of what to come! Greeted with a blue bird day and staff super friendly. Asked one lifty for directions and made it super easy to navigate from his instructions! Definitely coming back tomorrow crew YEW!

Why would anyone waste money buying a pass when we are still waiting for a refund from last year! Proven and validated that we were on stay at home orders for more than 30 consecutive days and STILL NO REFUND! 22 unanswered emails! No contact phone number! Check out epic pass holders — nothing but unanswered complaints. Happy to show all our correspondence.

Horrible service, cannot get into contact with anyone. Been waiting months for a reply to find out I don’t get a refund for my pass even though the resort and state was closed during my time of travel. Will not be travelling there next year.

Terrible customer service that does not reply. Though seems to be Vail Resorts as a whole.

Every place we went in Perisher were very diligent about social distancing and mask wearing with politeness and great service.

We went for the first week of August and it was a dream trip.
Staff are still friendly and helpful.
Less people overall and in restaurants due to COVID made it a better exp overall.
I missed oversnow to Charlotte's pass but attendant replaced it free.
Bought last minute lift and lessons for kids and at normal rates. I couldn't ask for anything more.

My son is 18 and organised a ski trip with his mates. He got the accomodation and tickets for his mates, but he has bought a season pass. He went to organise his ticket but the site crashed, then he missed out because they didn't notify when they would be up. He has worked 2 jobs + uni for the past 6 months to save and has been screwed over. He will have to sit and watch his mates snowboard despite organising the whole thing. Covid 19 has made things hard, but The epic pass should never have been made available! Perisher have really stuffed up with this seasons booking>
DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY BY BOOKING A SNOW TRIP THIS YEAR.

After having accomodation already booked only half of our group was able to get ‘reservations’ even with season passes. We spent over 5 hours refreshing the terrible website and eventually the site was updated and they have given out all the reservations.

Awesome place to go, large terrain for everybody!

Love Perisher as it has good access using ski tube great views and best groomed runs.

Stupid rules. Can't get onto the boardercross race track on the weekends. When are people paying $161 per day meant to have a go?

Perisher is awesome, no matter what level your skiing or boarding, there’s something here for everyone.

Power outage today, just one of those things — everyone was in good spirits and the ski patrol and lift teams were amazing. Very well organized evacuation from Guthega which just added to the adventure. Had a great day and Perisher sent out a lovely explanation and unexpected $30 compensation! Great customer service, well done.

Lots of different ski runs for everyone from beginner to experienced. Lots of food and drink options and shops for a spot of retail therapy.

We left Sydney 9am today just to ensure we can make it to the night ski session. Arrived Jindabyne at 4:30pm and quickly had dinner. But when arrived V8 nothing was running. Lifts have closed and snow was not groomed. I instantly realised the night ski session must’ve been ended. We were extremely disappointed. The night ski was still running last Saturday and there is no notification or information on the website or dashboard warning us the night ski has ended. If we knew it, we could’ve left sydney a lot later and had a relax trip down here. Our plan would’ve changed completely. It is 29th September today, I don’t understand that if you have your day session open why couldn’t keep the night session or at least highlight to your customer the dates when night sessions are available. There is no information easily spotted on the dashboard or website saying the night session has ended. Terrible experience : (

Hi! I have just spent 3 days at Perisher Resort. It’s pretty bad, that you say 47 lifts open, when there were 3 completely shut yesterday at Smiggins. To say they were ‘on demand’ was a load of crap. They did not run the whole day. To have 1 J bar open, when Smiggins is a learning place is pathetic. The line was ridiculous. And every snowboarder fell off! It took forever! If you are going to close lifts, at least give people a reduced price ticket for a week day, when you red…uce the service! Not happy.

Your online ticket purchase system is horrendous, it has taken me over an hour to purchase 2 lift passes and assign them to our Perisher cards due to shortcomings and multiple errors on your website. This has caused us to loose the early bird discount we were originally entitled to when we started this process. You’d think that based on the exorbitant amount of money you charge for tickets this process would be more streamlined.

Perisher. You are hopeless. Money grabbing thieves. You tell us that the lifts are open so we buy tickets, we drive up the mountain early in the morning only to sit in traffic for 1 hour and told the carpark is full. Visibility is beyond shocking and most lifts are not operating. I ask for the day pass to be transferred to another day and we are refused. Ten years I have been coming here and that is we're it is going to stay. We will not be coming down to perisher every again!

Will NOT be handing over a cent to your money grabbing “resort” for the rest of my life. To penalise people for unforeseen circumstances, deeming them unable to ski/board is just disgusting. There’s a reason most people go to Thredbo! They are the complete package and their Customer Service leaves you for dead. Thanks for your compassion and common sense! Not.

A bit disappointed that the Epic pass benefits were reduced without making it obvious to consumers. You say up to 25 percent off lessons to cover this and to make it impossible to know before purchasing but it’s still disappointing and not a transparent way of advertising the epic pass. I could not get that rate of discount on any days for a child’s lesson this season so not sure how the up to 25 percent comes into it.

Had fun yesterday, but Perisher’s lack of compassion & customer service (as read in these reviews) has left me wondering where I’ll ski next time.

Unless you have a snowboard or ski's then stay away from this place. Trust me save the amount of hours driving to this place, you won't enjoy it. They won't even allow you to just sit down to enjoy the place, whomever made that decision is utterly pathetic to the core. Shame on you!

When skiing on Mt Perisher, Alpine Eyre is a welcome spot for a hot chocolate and hot food. Ski in and ski out.

Recommended to stop here probably the only Perisher food outlet open in summer.

The burgers here are fantastic! Definitely a better option than anything you'll get in the resort owned restaurants. Love the Mexican burger and the Alpine burger. They do beer and hot chocolate too.

Agreed! Best burgers and great prices for mountain food! We always go here! They also are open at certain times in summer for those doing the hike!
