Always a pleasure to stay at Quest. Love the place and staff are fantastic.

Location is great, with a 5-7min walk to the trainstation and mall. Rooms are very nice, clean and well-kept. Friendly staff who help if with anything.

Not bad. Quite noisy rooms, pretty poor curtains that let in a lot of light. Really hard mattresses. Very clean, and otherwise nice place to stay.

The Quest Apartments at Wollongong, Well first things first…. I want management to know that we booked in about 5:15pm on the Friday and booked out and about 10am on the Saturday, EVER staff member we encountered from the moment we booked in until we left were sensational. We (as people) always talk about first impressions and I have to say that the staff we spoke with are a true credit to Quest Apartments. These staff members had a personality, they were polite, knowledgeable about the area and could hold a conversation. If I could ask one thing from this review is that management pass on to the staff working over this period our thanks for their positive impression of the Quest Apartments. Anyway, parking was a breeze, some spots were a little tight but overall it was secure and safe. The foyer and elevator area were clean, neat and tidy. We were located on the third floor and had a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and had a functional layout making out stay comfortable and giving us all that little bit of space. A couple of negatives: Out two bedroom apartment had to bathrooms and as each apartment has it’s own hot water heater we found that we were not able to run the two showers at once without one of the showers going completely cold. Not much point having two showers if you have to run them separately. During our visit the weather was generally poor. Rain and strong winds.

Nice place and Fiona in reception is lovely. My only complaint is there is no TV in bedroom, only lounge room. I like to watch telly in bed!

Good, comfortable place to stay. The bowls were a bit shallow. Receptionist was lovely and helpful.

The place is located at a convenient spot, the rooms are suitable for a couple line us and clean. The reception and the cleaning staff are very very friendly and helpful. We are extremely pleased with their services provided. We are staying at the quest on kembla street, wollongong.

Rooms were excellent and very clean, staff accommodated our request for all single beds, and brought extra towels after the first day. The location was fantastic, so close to crown Street mall and the beach. Front desk staff were very friendly and gave some great tips on good places to go. Stayed at the Mantra a few years prior, and can definitely say that Quest out points them in every area (particularly location).

Nice 1 bedroom apartment. Close to everything. Loved having washer and dryer. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Central, convenient location. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Rooms are pretty basic, but comfortable.

Stayed here for three nights. Very nice reception staff — thanks Sue for your help and patience. Very nice room. Fridge covered in dents but works well. Pretty quiet on level 6. Parking spaces very narrow.

Good clean place to stay. Helpful staff. All amenities are easily accessible.

Close to Woolworths and McDonald’s Very comfy rooms. Personal laundry the room I booked. Highly recommended. If I get chance to come back Wollongong surely be staying in Quest.

The has a great location. However the two room apartment we booked had a single air conditioning unit in the main room with no fans or units in the individual bedrooms.

Very comfortable. Convenient to the city and the beach.

It is an alright place. Close to Woolworths, McDonalds, restaurants and cafe's. Was treated pretty well by onsite staff. My only con I have, is charging $10 per night for parking? Even though the parking appears to be part of the hotel, they still charge money? I have never seen this happen, and saying "42 parking spots for 42 rooms" isn't a good excuse. Also, "we don't know if you parked in the garage" is another excuse when paying for parking, even though I parked outside for 2 nights, I had to call and complain about it to another staff member before they gave me a $20 refund.

Not bad, just average even for quest. Very stuffy rooms, bathroom fan didn't work, and no cable TV.

Love it home away from home. Staff are really helpful, would not stay anywhere else.

Rooms are spacious and neat. Service is exemplary. Sue in particular provided fantastic customer service.

The apartment had a foul smell from stale cigarette smoke, the heating system didn't work only AC it was a cold winter night and only had one blanket. My partner and I left around midnight and went to another nearby motel. When we spoke to them the following day they said would notify the manager. Haven't heard back from anyone, no apologies no phone call. Pathetic! Wont be returning! Paid $200 for a 4 hr stay.

Good place, clean rooms and incredibly quite as being right in the centre. Good experience overall even though the prices are quite steep.

Rooms are nice relatively clean. Unfortunately room is situated right off main road is noisy and curtains do not blockout all light with a gap down the middle letting in alot of light during the night which can be annoying while trying to get to sleep.

Have been staying here since September through a necessity and the staff have been wonderful the unit fantastic. Allowed us to stay self contained and able to feel like we were at home. Excellant service from all the staff. Made to feel like a regular. Very helpful in every aspect A+++

This is an ok place to stay for a few nights. Centrally located, making the shops or beach just a short walk. Staff are very friendly, happy to answer questions and always friendly to greet us. But the facilities are a bit lacking. They could use updating as they're a bit dated and worn. Having said that, it's clean, friendly, well located, and well priced. I'd stay here again.

A group of friends stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment at Quest Wollongong on the weekend. There was no water pressure and both showers did not work. We were given no alternative option and no discount. Would not recommend to anyone.

Loved it your own kitchen, washer & dryer and location 2min walk to shopping centre in one direction and a 5min walk the other direction to the beach I'll stay there again.

Very spacious and modern. Everything that you need is provided. Very flexible with our needs.

The staff was not helpful regarding parking and the specs on the rooms was inaccurate. Room facing a parking lot. Not romantic. And quite a long distance to the beach.

Good place to stay and have a great bargain for Wollongong tour.

This place is in a good location, within walking distance of the beach and harbour, stadium etc. It's clean and even has free Wi-Fi.
