So far so good apartment. Facilities provided are really good.

Disgusting hotel. Everyone stay away this hotel otherwise you will loose lots of money. My family was stayed here for 7adults and 2 little kids. I told them from beginning when they called me to ask. Then they let us stay, let us go without saying anything. They keep $500 bond. When we asked for bond back they told us they wanted to charge for another apartment event we didn’t stay in there. The reason they gave to us becoz over limit ppl. 3 bedrooms apartment limit for 7 adult. 2 little kids sleep with us. In the policy said all children are welcome. Only kids over 18 considered adults. Why we have to pay for another apartment when 2 little baby can’t even sleep by themselves. They only can charge for extra kids ($30/ extra cot) all the wanted rip off customer. They tried to take money from us so they said the rooms was dirty even after we left we tried to clean the room as much as we can (even room service already included) this Worst hotel I’ve ever stay in all my life.

1 star Bad experience here. The staff so rude. Rip off customer. Keep so much bond but didn’t want to return.

Spacious and neat. My family and friends really enjoyed our stay here. Plus Janet was really accommodating, friendly and helpful.

First time visitors, Nathan was very helpful with our requirements, friendly service, really nicely appointed rooms. The tea/coffee condiments are a nice touch.

Wonderful place! Right from the start, our little family were made to feel welcome. Check-in/out process was easy, the 2-bed apartment was incredibly spacious (even storage next to our car park for the pram), all mod cons and we were spoilt for choice on TV channels! The spa bath was a bonus too! The place is right next to all local amenities (Woolworths etc) and a short walk to the beach and Wednesday market. Hanna and Nathan, thank you and we're sure to be back.

What a perfect apartment and in a wonderfully central location, walking distance to everything. Having a double car park spot was a fantastic surprise. The actual apartment was large and so well appointed, and very clean — a true home away from home.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and well kept. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable and the spa was amazing! The staff were absolutely lovely too, catered to everything we needed and added a lovely personal touch. This accommodation is on the main strip in Kiama, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops the beach, the famous blowhole, and the shopping complex (grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy). I highly recommend staying here for your time in Kiama.

I had an amazing time staying 5 nights at Terralong Terrace Apartments. A very clean, comfortable, cozy and spacious apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a laundry with a washing machine & dryer that was very handy in drying pool towels … etc. I liked the fact that it is all carpeted that we could sit on the floor and play board games, watch a family movie. Staff are very friendly from the day we arrived, giving us information about Kiama, where to go… etc. There was an incident where my daughter injured her ankle on the beach one day and when we arrived to the apartment, the receptionist saw us as we got out of the car with my daughter limping, she directly came out from the office and brought us a couple of ice packs with small towels and gave us information of where the clinics are and times they are open. I find that to be very nice of her. Excellent location near all shops, restaurants and Woollies. I will diffidently stay there again.

Very clean and fully equipped apartment with everything a family would need for a great holiday. Spacious living area, comfortable beds and a library of DVDs to borrow from. Staff are friendly and very helpful specially if you are visiting Kiama for the first time. Heated pool and a very convenient location close by Woolies, shopping and restaurants. I will book the same place next time I visit Kiama :)

We love it at Terralong. We have been coming here for years, and we always have a positive experience. My family of five have plenty of room in the spacious 3 bedroom apartments — and they are always spotless. My kids love the pool and the location is brilliant — only minutes walk from the shops, the park and Black Beach. Big thanks to Candy and Sylvia, who are always especially helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended for a fabulous family holiday.

Absolutely perfect stay in beautiful Kiama. Centrally located, the apartments were spacious and accommodated our young family well. We took easy walks down to the main town parks and a little further to Black Beach and Kiama Harbour for fish and chips. There are some great easy drives around the place. The pool at the apartments was excellent and the kids loved it. We'll be back!

Good services, very belpful staff, execellent rooms.

We stayed here recently and were very pleased. This place is good value, especially if there are two couples to share the cost. The apartments are comfortable, clean and well located. Everything you need is provided and they are well serviced. The manager is helpful and friendly.
