I stayed for 6 nights and can not fault my stay. It was perfect. Fantastic location, very kind and friendly staff (reception and house keeping), comfy bed, and great room. Highly recommend and I would stay again.

For a Motel, Kiama Shores was one of the cleanest & most comfortable stays I've had. The building was old and motel-like, but it has been kept up to date and well maintained, electronic card locks on the doors etc. We had a twin room with 2 double beds that were well presented, very clean with comfortable linen & pillows. Bathroom was clean and tidy with complimentary soap / shampoo etc, towels were clean & soft. Mini Fridge was stocked with cold water & half a dozen small serves of milk, kettle, cups and glasses also provided with a range of tea bags, Nescafe 43 Coffee & sugar. All in all, everything you'd hope for in a good motel, I'd go back and stay if I were in the Area. Power Points are in short supply, 1 spare single in the bathroom and 1 single in the bedroom only. You could also pinch one from the kettle in the little cubby that it lives in but there isn't really a lot of room. Serviceable but not optimal in today's world.

3rd time here and always impress with this place, reasonable price, room is clean, so is the pool area, first choice if I decide to come this way.

Location is in the centre of town and within walking distance of the blowhole. Rooms are ok but not really suited for business travel with limited power outlets and limited space to use a laptop with chairs that are unstable.

Excellent staff, comfortable rooms, close to everything. A bit short on storage space and a bit of traffic noise in the distance.

Don't be fooled by the outward appearance of a highway motel. Inside it is very pleasant, nicely decorated, modern, and with large, well-appointed rooms. Staff are great, and everything in Kiama is a minute walk away. Would definitely go there again.

Had water enter our bathroom from above while we were out. Night Manager changed our room without a hassle. Great customer service.

We had pre book our room for 2 nights. We arrived on the Friday night at about 6 and checked in. When we got to the room to our surprise it had not been cleaned bed was not made and dirty dishes still on the tables. We were then given a room which was much smaller.

Wasn't too bad for a motel though it was quite expensive to stay the night.

A clean and functional space. We stayed overnight only, in a two queen bed room. The space lacked any charm. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean with plenty of hot water. Got us through the night but I wouldn't look to stay for any extended period.

Excellent! Was made to feel welcome by the friendly staff. The room (and entire complex) was much nicer than I was expecting. For the money this is great value.

Great location from main street, beach & shops just a walk away. Updated modern room, quick check in and check out. Big TV comfortable beds well priced. Only down fall no bar fridge.

Close to everything around town including Thai @ Kiama. Best Thai restaurant. Fullt renovated. Very clean compare to motels in general.

Well situated, good location, ample parking. Fridge froze all our drinks, and one of the towels was dirty, but we didn't need it. Full sized flatscreen, and certainly warm enough. Would stay again.

Great location, with all of Kiama'attractions in easy walking distance. Rooms are large and modern. Staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and know the area well. Recommended.

Nice place, but the experience was slightly marred by some slightly shoddy looking craftsmanship around the room.

You can tell that the motel has been fully renovated as its all new furniture and even a leather lounge. The best thing however is the big screen TV and the fact it's so central and close to everything. Good pool and BBQ area.

Overall experience was good. Good clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. Great swimming pool for the kids to enjoy. Close to everything around town Good food and coffee from the cafe.

Wow what a Sham! have I ever been so upset and annoyed at a place in my life. Never! not only was the room not acceptable, the bed had a lovely bow in it and my pregnant wife had sore back for days after this motel room, we have lived in kiama and do not expect this sort of thing from this sleepy little town, but do yourself a favour and stay somewhere that actually appreciates you. When we asked to have our room changed for the second night — our room amazingly book itself out to someone else, they had double booked the room and did not seem to want to fix the issue. The Staff were rude especially the male staff — If the owner of this establishment ever reads this please do something about this straight away. I would suggest where we ended up the Sebel Harbourside Kiama are accommodating and brilliant the rooms and beds are perfect and the staff are respectful and polite. Kiama Shores you should be ashamed of yourself. I myself will attempt to tell everyone not to stay with you. Kind Regards Jesse Chadwick.
