One particular young female bar staff member is incredibly Rude, and the aircon is on a 1hr or so physical timer, so if you want to sleep with it on expect to wake up sweating every hour to switch it on. Was asked If I was double vaxxed to stay at the hotel? How stupid.

Rooms are cozy and clean, staff are amazing, so friendly it made me feel like I was back up at my local.

I have always loved the food and entertainment at the Oaks. The staff have always been awesome aswell.
It is a shame the Oaks has hone down the oath of discriminating people based on a vaccination status. Considering alot of these people proberly supported them by buying from the Oaks bottle shop during lock down.
Shameful!

The bar staff were so friendly, service was great, food was delicious — with Anne Stephens Robbie and 2 others.

The food is honestly so amazing at the oaks, staff are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. I love coming here!

Rude staff was going to order food was reading menu got told if I'm not ordering get a seat decided to go to maccas staff there was excellent.

Spent 1 night in pristine accommodation, the restaurant food was great with very welcoming and attentive staff. Excellent live band entertainment — the Moving Pictures. Overall a wonderful night was had by all.

Stayed there for a few nights. The rooms were nice, well sized, comfy beds and general amenities. The restaurant was open late and food was scrumptious. Food and drinks were reasonably priced.

Stayed 1 night in the motel, the room was clean and comfortable. The bloke in the bottle shop was not the friendliest. The bottle shop is where you get the room key from. The staff in the pub were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

We went to the Oaks for lunch yesterday I had a seafood plate and wasnt enjoying it but didnt think anything would be off a couple of hours later I had food poisoning I was vomiting & had diarrhoea & plenty of cramps wasnt nice today I feel fine so must of got it out of my system yesterday arvo thank god but it will be a long time before I eat there again and we all ways go there so very dissapointing.

Great food and friendly service. The meals are a good size without being oversized, the food itself is always great, and the meals are reasonably priced.

Pokies are bad. They just don't pay I've lived in the area all my life so I go there a fair bit. I don't expect to win on any pokie but $50 should keep me busy for more than 5 mins, I write this review after just winning a fair amount but it does not happen very often, so if playing the machines is your thing go somewhere else.

Very good live band venue some free some you pay to see great sound set up.

Enjoyed lunch and a beer with my daughter. The shared seafood plate was delicious and the accompanying lettuce side was crisp and fresh. I recommend this establishment located in Albion Park Rail.

I have only used the bottle shop which is always well stocked and very well priced. They will serve you gladly, efficiently, quickly and even help you out to the car with your grog! They have everything you could ask for. I've never stayed or drank there ao I cannot comment on THAT part but the Bottlo deserves a 5 star!

Family friendly pub. Great location for swap over if children. Or if you want to use it as a Pitt stop on your way South. Bistro is good. BUT I am not a fan of my burger. Being " on a bread board".

Beautiful meals / reasonably priced. Staff very helpfull and obviously they want to know how your meal is and make sure your experience in there is a good one. Customer service is fantsstic. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

The motel was clean, modern and spacious. It had everything you could want and more. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This was the worst hotel We have ever stayed, the Bed was full of Ants, It was Christmas day, no one around to complaint, next day when we asked management, they said, they haven't seen Ants for months. When we complaint, we were told that u had food in the room, Is this an excuse for them. Our kids were so scared, they were running out of rooms. Please avoid this hotel, esp. With kids.

To the two lovely ladies that came over to me on Saturday night, 18th November, to see if I was ok after my fall, thank you again for your concern and kindness, it was very much appreciated!. In hindsight, I wish I had asked your names but I am sure if I see your faces again, I will remember you! I am very good like that. To the two other ladies that just sat there and watched me while on the ground and did nothing, not cool! I felt embarassed as it was but to just sit there and watch, who does that!.

Normally good but today plastic cups instead of glasses, smoke drift through the bar, barmaids forced to work in smokefilled environment. Spoke to management and was told there was nothing they could do about it.

I have come full circle from publican to guest. The Oaks is a much better place now Garry.

Really nice, clean rooms & top location. The hotel provides great service & food.

Poor location, means listening to truck exhaust brakes all night long. Half the lights in my room didn't work. The redeeming feature being the fact that I could suck down 12 pints at the pub next door and pass out despite the sounds of the highway 5 metres away.

2 for 1 Main Meals on a Thursday night. Both the Stuffed Chicken and the Venison Pot Pie were absolutely delicious and the house shiraz was inexpensive and one of the best my wife has had.

Food was good and the staff was nice. Not sure if this is the fault of the venue or someone else but buying tickets for the trivia night didn't garuntee us a table which had to be booked seperatly, which seems stupid and no one told us that was the case. May not be the venues fault but stuff were quick to fix the problem.

Good location, clean rooms. But I've never seen a motel reception inside liquor store before.

Lovely staff, McDonalds was just next door. Apart from the Wi-Fi, the room was extremely decent. Loved the stay.

I was there last night and unfortunately along with a number of other cars my car was vandalised. I was told to call Belinda today to find out what was going on with the enquiry as I was not there when the police arrived and I have never been treated with such rudeness or disrespect over the phone. I was not expecting anything from them but Belinda was not letting me get a word in and just told me basically that they were under no obligation to give me any information. No apologies for what happened on their premises. Just blatant disregard and rudeness. If this is the way management treats their customers then I am not interested in ever returning to this establishment again.

Conveniently placed bottlo with big range, good for a pit stop for passengers travelling up or down the coast.

I'm really not happy, I went with my partner for dinner here. We ordered to mexican dishes, one was a burrito and the other a quesadilla.
So my partners burrito had raw mince meat in amongst the cooked meat and when I returned to the chef, they tried to claim that it was some sort of tomato they used to mix the mince with. I'm really sorry but it was raw meat. It wasn't tomato… it wasn't any sort of magical other tomato it was raw mince. I felt like vomiting it was that feral. Won't be dining here again.

Booked for a room, the day we were supposed to arrive was also an unfortunate day as a family tragedy had occured. Was flat out busy that day and had no time to call them to let them know were cancelling untill the following day and yet still they took out the ful payment from my account. Cancellation policy says 48 hours in advanced for full refund well sorry but we didnt know our grandfather was going to pass away on the day of out check in so OBVIOUSLY we had to cancell. Biggest no heart no sympathy, that money yous took from my acccount wouldve have been put to better use for funeral arrangments then you keeping it. Rubbish!

Worst management and service ever. Waited over 1 1/2 hours for a meal of which when I complained they said they will put it on now for me. Extremely poor. Complained to management who seemed to not really care about it. They said I got my money back and they would cook it again (if I paid). So they inconvenience a customer and offer no customer service to alleviate the annoyed customer. Very poor and will never come here again with so many other good restaurants in the area.

" Yep, It was just like sleeping in the drive through of MacDonalds as all the cars going to MacDonalds drove past our door and you genuinely could enjoy the "entertainment" from your bed and sing along until the early hours of the morning, word for word even. The added feature of the laundry situated above our ceiling and noisy steel staircase mounted to our wall added to the lovely "rent a jail cell" feeling the so called recent renovation (in 1990 something) was aiming for.

Im a local been going here for 8 years. They now sponser the local footy team who run a muk there. Pool tables have been removed cause of this. Its not a safe place to take my kids to any more. The food menu is never correct as they only have half the food available. Highly NOT recommend going there.
