Older property, upgraded, very well maintained, very clean. Service efficient and pleasant. Good value, would stay again.

Placed in a renovated basement listed as a “room”. The view out of my window was directly inside a storage garage. Could hear drainpipes from other rooms running down next to my wall. Complained to the lady at the reception, short black haired, named Tracy. She was aggressive and abusive when requested for a room change. Sure as hell won’t be staying there again. A colleague had similar issues with Tracy from reception.

Rooms are clean and the customer service is good. The location is great as it's in the middle of town but the soundproofing of the rooms and walls leaves a little to be desired since you can hear people talking in the rooms next door and outside. Breakfast was OK but a cafe would be better and the parking can be a challenge, especially when everything's booked out!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in cleanliness wise not the biggest room but extremely clean and comfortable I was very impressed with the crisp clean sheets comfortable pillows very comfortable mattress bathroom was immaculately clean they had room service as well as drinks and food in the fridge you could purchase I had a swim in the pool the water was beautiful and cold on a hot day and it was also extremely clean very impressed with the cleanliness of This Place also very friendly receptionist.

Its located on the main road next door to the shopping centre and walking distance to the local pub. The rooms are spacious and well fitted out. Some of the rooms that back onto the road can be pretty noisy. Decent motel for a short term stay.

Stayed two nights, first night freezing in bed (no electric blankets) second day NO HOT WATER & they want to be considered professional. You have got to be kidding. Weekends no hot breakfast served even though restaurant on premises, WE WILL NEVER USE THIS SHAM AGAIN!

Decent place to stay overnight either for work or if you are simply passing through. Nice rooms. Easy parking. Close to shops and RSL club. Overall great value.

Nice quiet room with good heating.

I booked three nights at this motel for the scone race period and paid $195 per night. I was given a room above the motels restaurant. The exhaust fan from the restaurant was directly above my room. The noise was a constant drone which drove me mad. After just an hour or so, I had to ask for another room. Of course They had nothing except an unrenovated family suite. At least it was quiet so I was happy for the change. I attended the races on the Friday and came back to find I had no car park. When I complained to the receptionist she told me that carparks were not allocated. She offered to move her car so that I could use that space. Firstly paying $195 a night I at least expect to have a car park near, if not in front of my room and secondly, what was the receptionist doing taking up a carpark which is meant for guests. Not happy. The only positive was the great restaurant and the cleanliness. Won't be staying here again.
