The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and there were armchairs to sit in (which I always prefer rather than sitting on the bed). We needed to alter our booking due to a medical emergency and the staff were helpful snd accommodated our changes to the following month. We appreciated their kindness and won't hesitate to stay again.

Nice room. Let us in to the rooms early. Staff went above and beyond by letting us park our harley’s inside the conference room for security. Thank you very much.

It is great. Like a new city motel in a country town.

The bedroom was comfortable, spacious and clean. Central location. Easy parking. Price was a bit high. The continental breakfast was ok but it didn't have any protein. Some eggs would've been nice. There is an Aldi and a RSL next door.

We booked online with booking, com and we didn't get free breakfast very disappointing other than that it was good.

Just an overnight stay here on our journey through to Brisbane. First impressions, very friendly helpful young lady on reception. The room was clean and very comfortable with everything you could need. The laundry amenities brilliant (and free! ). Easy access to shops, eating places etc made this an ideal choice for us. If we pass this way again from our home in the UK, we would stay here.

Stayed here recently with my partner for our anniversary as we were exploring the hunter valley and it was excellent! Upon entering our room the hotel staff had organised rose petals and a romantic theme over the bed and around the room. I found this awesome! Great work from the staff and also 'Michael' from the front desk was outsanding with customer service. Well done!

Location is very good, surrounded by a variety of supermarkets. Driving to Hunter Valley Garden is not far, quite a place to live.

Rooms are clean, good convenient location near supermarkets & cafes. Reception staff are friendly, however, closes at 9pm. We are told smoke detectors are super sensitive, could be set off by steam from shower if bathroom door not closed.

Good room for price. Clean and large tv. No bowls or microwave though.

The airconditioner is extremely loud and inefficient. The room is cold. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Stayed at this Motel at Cessnock for the weekend at Hunter Valley. Room was spacious and comfortable. Good location close to shopping area and next to the Cessnock Leagues Club.
