We needed a quick overnight tent spot in winter, and loved being the only tent in our camping area. It was quiet and the bathrooms clean. Not sure how it will be when it is busy. Reception was friendly and helpful, and closes at 7:30 pm which is handy for travelers arriving late.

Stayed on a powered site, found the park to have just about every amenity one could hope to find. This would have to be the best BIG 4 park we have stayed with. The overall cleanses of the amenities and grounds are a credit to the staff.

Plenty to do for all. It's a big park, but you don't feel cramped ever when it's busy. Great kids activities. Loved using the go kart, although they cost $10 for 30mins. But it was worth it for our child. Could do with mops/signs in bathrooms for people to clean up after showers, especially family bathroom. All in all a great park. Would return.

Great spot and great service. Great for families. Jumping pillow. Night movies outside. Tennis. Put put golf. Right in the beach. Great place to stay.

Great place! Great amenities! Great location! Love the walks along the beach which is right on your doorstep! Definitely coming back.

Wonderful place, spotlessly clean! Lovely amenities, wonderful camp kitckens. Spectacular games rooms and TV room. Play areas a total hit with the kids (jumping pillow, mini golf, playground). Out the back gate and onto the beach short walk to town. This place is a credit to all the staff. Will definitely be returning for a third time! Thank Big 4 Batemans Bay.

Great location and pet friendly. No booking and just drove in and got a site. Great access to beach for both pets and owners.

Very good place very clean and quiet.

The facilities are new and clean. Plenty of toilet and shower cubicles. The whole parking is quiet and neat. Although the locations of fire hydrants can get in the way so parking your RV may be challenging. Not sure who is responsible for cleaning the beach next to the park. The seaweeds were everywhere and the beach looked dirty.

BEST BIG 4 I have ever stayed at! had a little booking issue on arrival and the staff (Sue) was fantastic. She arranged to upgrade our tiny little studio (because I can't read the fine print) to a beautiful spa cabin. Won so many extra points with the Mrs from that weekend away. All the facilities were fantastic, the people were very nice and it is a nice clean place to stay. My partner and I have already booked Australia day weekend for 2019! if you want to stay at the Bay, 100% recommend you stay at the BIG 4. ***** 5 STARS! Thank you Sue, :)

Great camping facilities. Clean and tidy amenities. Bush campers would not like it.

One of the best parks I’ve stayed in, very well maintained and laid out. Spent 6 nights in a cabin, very clean and quite modern, love the built in bbq and sink on the deck, staff very helpful and pleasant. Heaps to do in the area for singles and families.

Stayed for 6 nights, kids loved it. Short walk from the beach, nice beach views. Lots to do for the kids! Lots of stuff around the area or not much of a drive for families. Def a place to come back!

Beautiful place to spend a weekend getaway. They have some lovely studios that one could hire. The place is next door to some lovely beaches. They have their own outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, a mini golf fun course, table tennis, go karts and loads of activities for children.

Fantastic Caravan park walking access to beaches, very clean ensuite powered sites, lovely grounds and and we'll maintained.

Our family have been to a lot of fantastic big 4 parks however this one was very disappointing the management and staff in particular were suprisingly very rude and obnoxious. We expected better from a caravan park taking on the great Big 4 name. My family and my self would highly recommend rethinking when booking here. There a plenty of other fantastic FRENDLY! parks close by.

Very clean facilities. Lots to do for the kids and only a short walk to the beach. Only one small let down, we booked as a group and picked sites together but when we arrived there were already people in our spots. So the group was broken up.

Great camp grounds, very new facilities, supply everything you need. Camp kitchens awesome. Negative, keep everything locked up, locals like to stalk the place at night and steal food/alcohol.

We stayed in a spa unit by the beach. Very nice unit. Surprised by the real coffee provided in the room. Free Wi-Fi is a joke only 50mb. Go karts are fun.

Stayed here for 4 nights park is nice but NO HOT WATER IN SHOWERS. Had 1 hot shower out of 4 very cramped camping spots.

I had a stay here mid-week, with a friend of which I hadn't seen in 8 years, the receptionists were smiley, the groundsman, all polite and the place, was actually really nice. Upon our checkout as I was about to give a tip for the service, we were rudely told that we had to pay for extra people (we asked for a big room that could fit 5), when we told them that there were in fact no other people that stayed with us, we were met with yet another accusation of "there were reports of a party" and "we saw you with other people in your room". Bewildered, we explain that we had been dropped off the day before by some friends, and when we were cleaning our room, we had music playing for a few hours. (Which was not quiet, but not too loud by any means). But we were nothing but polite, and to be met by such abrasiveness was uncomfortable. 2/10 will not stay here again.

We had a great time in April school holidays, 2015. Two families shared a three bedroom cabin and we had plenty of room and the floor plan worked very well. The kids had a great time at Kids Club and the facilities, location and staff were extremely suitable and welcoming. Thanks.

Fantastic place. Am on a 2 week road trip with bike and tent, and this is the best place I've stayed so far. Great facilities, helpful staff, and a stones throw from the beach. Will be back.

Really nice park, new facilities and good location.

This is a great place to stay. Staff are excellant and will go out of their way to help. However Theives are about and through my experience camping have experianced Things stolen and also spent one night chasing theives over fences helping to retreive stolen items. So lock up your bikes and eskys. Surf boards. Wet suits. These are all targeted by local theives! The park does have security go through but are not permanent. This is a great park but whatch your valubles.
