It’s the best dog friendly accommodation I have ever stayed at. The owners are extremely nice, and Cowra is a beautiful place to visit!

The Vineyard Motel provided the perfect weekend away. Clean and spacious rooms, privacy yet the opportunity to gather with others for a cuppa, and the views were spectacular. It definitely gave us the country experience. A big shout-out to Wendy for her welcoming heart. She was so friendly and accommodating. Loved this place.

Had a wonderful stay at this quiet, very comfortable and friendly motel. Room was spotless and a wine on the verandah, enjoying the view, a perfect way to end the day.

The individual service made us feel very special, terrific getaway or stop over on a long drive.

Our puppies were made very welcome too and accepted inside to sleep comfortably with under floor heating.

We recently stayed with a family of four and our toy poodle. We were made to feel most welcomed by Wendy Jane & there was plenty of breakfast provisions! Very quiet beautiful outlook& welcoming host!

A lovely quiet motel out of town with superb views. The room was spacious with underfloor heating. We were looking for safe parking away from view. We got it. It isn't near restaurants but there are BBQ facilities to self cook or Wendy Jane will cook you a meal to eat in your room. The meal was good simple home cooking. Wine, beer and soft drinks were also available at reasonable prices.
Some rooms are also pet friendly. I'd return here again.

I gave this place an "excellent" rating on Trip Advisor and told the owner as I was leaving. The room was nice but I'm changing my review after receiving a narky email from the owner. I had had 2 dogs with me, travelling from Brisbane to Canberra. I read all the very many rules posted around the room and abided by them. The dogs slept on the floor, on their blankie, not on the bed. I even put their water dish in the shower so there wouldn't be drips on the floor (not a rule just me being considerate). As ordered, I didn't put my recycleables in the bin but left them out separately. There was a big storm that night and at 4 am after the storm I took the dogs out for a wee wee. Their paws got wet and a bit dirty so I put them in the car rather than have them leave marks on the floor. It would have been easy to clean up after me as I didn't even make a coffee. I even phoned up later that day to explain that I didn't steal the batteries from the TV remote, but had to cannibalise the air con remote for batteries to use the otherwise dead TV remote. How much more considerate could I have been!? The next day I received a narky email from the owner that she'd found dog hairs in the bed when she stripped it. Now as any dog owner would know, socks pick up dog hairs. That's the only reason I can think why she would have found dog hairs IN the bed. And in the same email she asked for more reviews. So here it is.

Beautiful welcome by Wendy-Jane and our room was everything we could wish for. Nice comfortable bed, clean and large room. Well off the road for a peaceful night sleep and a gorgeous view to wake too in the morning. We will be back. Thank you.

Thankyou Wendy-Jane for the extremely warm friendly service during our most enjoyable stay at your pet friendly Vineyard Motel. The Vineyard Motel provided fantastic accommodation for my husband and I as well as our fur family (Scout, Cricket and Hank, our much loved dogs) on our recent trip to NSW. A spacious room, sparkling clean bathroom and very well supplied kitchenette meant a comfortable, stress-free stay for us all. The private vineyard surrounds are a lovely setting and add to the relaxed atmosphere at this motel.

Unexpected gem just outside Cowra. Nice homely room, beautiful views, and nice wines!

Highly recommend this motel! Host Wendy has thought of everything! The room was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. The fact it's dog friendly is awesome, our girls even got a bag of treats on arrival. The motel is in a quiet lovely location close to town, and there's ample room for the dogs to play. I will be telling friends for sure :-)
